The rapid development of capital markets are now attracting the attention of people andcapital owners to invest in capital markets. During the year 2013-2016 the average stock price of the textile and garment enterprises sub-sector experienced a fluctuating condition. The financial ratios that are suspected to affect the ups and downs of stock prices are ROA and EPS. The population of this research are 15 Textile and Garment Sub-Sector Companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. The analysis technique used is linear regression analysis with SPSS program. This study aims to determine the effect of ROA on stock prices through EPS as a mediator. The results showed that ROA has no significant effect on stock prices, but ROA has a significant influence on the mediation variable that is EPS. EPS variable has positive and significant effect to stock price. ROA and EPS have a significant effect on stock prices. EPS is fully mediated variable and can significantly mediate the relationship between ROA and stock prices. Based on the analysis results, can be concluded that the variables that affect the stock price is EPS, while the ROA variable does not affect the stock price. As well as EPS variables can mediated the relationship between ROA and stock prices. The results of this research, it is expected the company further increase the profitability of the company in order to increase the stock price so that it can give benefit the company and investors.

Sukuk in Indonesia is growing rapidly with marked Corporate Sukuk issuance reached 65 Sukuk. Within this development also trigger the issuance of Ijarah Sukuk more in demand by the issuer as it is considered more prospective than the Mudharabah Sukuk.This study aimed to determine the issuance effect of Ijarah Sukuk on the financial performance issuer in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009 to 2013. The independent variable in this study is Sukuk to Equity Ratio and the dependent variable in this study are Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Earnings per Share. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis OLS with 95% of confidence level.The results of this study show that Sukuk to Equity Ratio has significant effect on Return on Assets, but Sukuk to Equity Ratio has not significant effect on Return on Equity and Earnings per Share.

The effect of exchange rate, interest rate and dividend of share price on banking sector which is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2013-2017. Essay. Tegal: Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Pancasakti Tegal,2018. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of investors in considering stock prices in the banking sector in 2013-2017. Hypothesis in this research is 1) exchange rate effect on stock price. 2) interest rates affect the stock price. 3) dividend pershare effect on stock price. 4) exchange rate, interest rate and dividend pershare simultaneously affect the stock price. The population used in this study is a banking company that publishes stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample in this research are 21 banking companies. With technique of sampling using purposive sampling. The data in this research is quantitative data. Sources of data in this study are secondary sources obtained from the share price of an annual banking company published in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2017. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis method using descriptive statistic, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination, then obtained the result of research that the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on stock prices, the interest rate does not significantly influence the stock price, against stock price, exchange rate, interest rate and dividend pershare have significant effect to stock price.

This study aims to see stock price stability at a Pharmacy company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014 - 2016 by using several variables such as Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ratio. This research is a type of quantitative research which used fundamental analysist by referring to an analysis of company performance that is used to predict stock prices in the future. The method of determining the sample in this study is based on purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria of eight pharmacy companies. The data used in this study were collected through non-participant observation methods using the data contained in the IDX. Testing of the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that there is no significant influence on stock prices when using Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets and Price Earning Ration. On the contrary, Price Earning Ration partially has a positive and significant effect on the stock price of pharmaceutical companies in the 2014-2016 period. The stock price is important for the company because it reflects the value of the company. Stock prices can change because of the influence of various factors, including: inflation, Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, ROA, and DER on stock prices. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 34 companies with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that inflation has no effect on stock prices, ROA has a positive effect on stock prices, and DER has a positive effect on stock prices. This study aimed to determine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Dividend Per Share and the Financial Leverage of the company's stock price on auto listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2006-2010 period either simultaneously or partially. The method used is the method of documentation, the data processing techniques using the Software Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 19.0 for windows evaluation. In conducting this study the authors using multiple linear regression analysis. The results either simultaneously or partially indicates that a significant difference between earnings per share, dividend per share and financial leverage on stock prices. This is evident from the calculated F and t is greater than F table (2.975) and t table (1,706). In addition, 69.3 % stock price able to be explained by the variable earnings per share, dividend per share and financial leverage. The remaining 30.7 % can be explained by other variables, such as Return On Assets (ROA), SBI Interest Rate, Price Earning Ratio (PER). The result is expected to be useful for the researchers themselves, the automotive company's management, as well as potential investors for further research. For automotive company's management should pay attention to earnings per share, dividend per share and the financial leverage that can be used to predict the rise or fall of stock prices is then to take the decision to invest.

This research aims to determine: The influence of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Return on Equity (ROE) either partially or simultaneously on Stock Price of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2016-2019 period. Data were taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. Analysis prerequisite test including normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. Data analysis  technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Statistical results also show that the current ratio (X1) and return on equity (X3) partially have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y). Debt to asset ratio (X2) partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices (Y). Simultaneously current ratio (X1), debt to asset ratio (X2), and return on equity (X3) have a positive and significant effect on stock prices (Y).

 The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of earning per share, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets (ROA) to stock price. This research was conducted on mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test and T test. The analysis result of this research shows that stock price is influenced simultaneously by earning per share, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets (ROA). Meanwhile, the partial analysis shows that earning per share influences significantly on stock price, debt to equity ratio influences but insignificantly on stock price, and return on assets (ROA) doesn’t influence but is significant on the stock price.

Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) simultaneously on the stock price of banking companies; to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) partially on the stock price of companies, and; to determine which variable that is dominant between Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) on the stock price of companies. This research is explanatory research that aims to analyze the relationship between variable and other variables. The analysis technique used is descriptive test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results and the discussion in this research, it can be concluded as follows: 1) simultaneously or jointly between ROA and ROE affect the stock price of banking companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017; 2) Partially Return on Assets (ROA) significantly influence the stock price of banking companies on stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017 while Return on Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on the stock price of banking companies on stock price on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017. This study was conducted by the firm that included the stock index of IDX (Indonesian stock exchange) consist of the 45 best stocks (LQ45 index companies) that are listed on the Indonesian Securities. This study aims to assess the effect of earnings per share and the firm size on stock prices. The purpose of this study is also to prove that the size of the firm can moderate the relationship between earnings per share and stock prices. By conducting a regression analysis, this study gives evidence that earnings per share and firm size have a significant effect on stock prices. The size of the firm is also able to moderate the relationship between earnings per share and stock prices. The results of this study gave evidence that profit and the size of the company can provide important information for investors in making decisions.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the relationship between dividend policy and profitability on the o stock prices. The population in this study are companies registered in the LQ-45 period 2009 - 2018, the reason issuers contained in this index tend to distribute dividends and have high trade liquidity. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and the total observation companies were 6 sample companies. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. As the results, the devidend policy brings a possitive effect on the stock prices, and the profitability that has been proxied by ROA also brings a possitive effect on the company’s stock price.
