This research was conducted to analyze in depth how the quality of Jakarta digital library services in the Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service. The theory analysis is a theory of five dimensions of service quality consisting of :Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The method in this study useds a qualitative approach with descriptive methods Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity test uses Triangulation. The results showed that the quality of digital library services in the DKI Jakarta Provincial Library and Archives Service has not been fully said to be good. Collection of books in the Department of Library and Archives of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government is incomplete, iJakarta applications sometimes experience errors/bugs, other than that the download time of books to be read is relatively long, can reach 5 minutes per book, Inadequate complaints channel for users / users who want to convey the problem,Handling of complaints is still very dependent on PT.Aksaramaya. This can hinder readers/visitors who need a quick complaint handling because the Library and Archives Service must first coordinate with PT.Aksaramaya and There is no audio book facility that should be available for persons with disabilities from the blind group.

The community is responsible for the implementation of the community early awareness, meanwhile the government is obliged to facilitate it. A good role of the Community Early Awareness Forum or Forum Kewaspadaan Dini Masyarakat (FKDM) followed up by the government can save the community from security threat or disaster and minimize losses by anticipating the security threats and disaster. This research uses qualitative approach. Concept operationalization in this research refers to the used strategy, the SWOT analysis. The FKDM strategies in social conflict early prevention are: 1) inserting early warning system by increasing institutional capacities which include three elements; government, private sector, community through dialogue, 2) National Unity and Politics Agency or Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik (Kesbangpol) of DKI Jakarta actively making dialogue persuasively and finding solution, 3) budgeting of conflict handling according to the Government Regulation gives opportunity to strengthen community resilience to protect the community, encourage community participation, handle social conflict, and preserve local wisdom to maintain peace.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the extent to which the influence of Auditor Competence, Auditor Independence and Professional Ethics on the Quality of Audit Results. The research was done by quantitative approach. The population in this study is all auditors and prospective auditors at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia amounted to 160 people. Sampling technique is done by simple random sampling with the number of samples of the study amounted to 115 respondents Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is no significant influence between the auditor's competence with the quality of the audit result and there is no significant influence between the auditor independence and the quality of the audit result. While professional ethics significantly influence the quality of audit results. Together the competence, independence and professional ethics affect the quality of audit results. For further research is expected to use a questionnaire with a wider coverage and expected to use more variables that affect the quality of audit results.

Access to services in accordance with the Public Information Disclosure Act directs all public bodies that utilize state/local budgets, must have Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) whose duties and obligations provide information services to the public in order for the distribution of information so that aspects that prioritize services can occur properly. This study examines how the PPID performance of Bungo Regency Government in the fulfillment of public information availability. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman. Furthermore, this study uses a data validity experiment using the Triangulation Method, namely by comparing information or data in different ways to obtain the correctness of information. The results showed that the performance of PPID Bungo Regency in the fulfillment of the availability of public information has not been maximally shown resulting in the service of unsatisfactory information received by the community. The cause is due to the lack of public information. The public does not always get the public information that is intended. Nevertheless, the development of public data/information has not been carried out. As the main provider of public information, the Regional Device Organization (OPD) as the Auxiliary PPID in Bungo Regency has not performed the function of depositing information to the main PPID by applicable rules.

Communication and informatics office of west Sumatra make efforts to increase employees’ working effectiveness in achieving working target. However, there are specific problems in working implementation. The problems are teamwork among the employees, working facilities is not supported, and lack of field specialization. This research use descriptive quantitative method that is aims to know the influence between independent variable (working culture) towards dependent variable (employees’ working effectiveness). The population of this research is employee of Communication and informatics office of west Sumatra that is 47 employees. This research use total sampling which the total sample is equal to total population. The result of this research show significance effect partially and simultaneously between working culture towards employees’ working effectiveness as big as 24,4%.

This paper is a result of the analysis and observations that the researchers conducted directly and openly. This research was carried out continuously by looking at several aspects related to the promotion of candidates as participants in the 2020 Bengkulu Provincial Election for Cagub. In this case the researchers focused on political marketing used by the number 1 pair, Helmi-Dedi. The research method used is the constructivist paradigm. Based on the results of research on political marketing applied by candidate pairs Helmi -Dedy in the Regional Head Election for the 2018-2023 period using an analysis knife, namely the Political Marketing Theory of Adnan Nursal (Nursal, 2004: 242) has three target groups that can be grouped into three: 1. Direct marketing of political products to potential voters (push political marketing), 2. Marketing of political products through mass media (pull political marketing) and 3. through influential groups, figures or organizations (pass political marketing).

Maghrib Mengaji Community Movement or better known as GEMMAR Mengaji is a national program of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia which is launched in every Province and Regency / City in Indonesia(Revelation, 2018). Indonesian Muslims constitute the majority community where almost all Indonesian citizens are predominantly Muslim. According to the 2010 statistical data, Muslims in Indonesia totaled 207,176,162 people or 87.18% followed by Christianity with a percentage of 6.96%, in the next position, namely Catholicism with a percentage of 2.91%, Hinduism 1.69%, Buddhism. 0.72, and Khong hu chu 0.05%. Today people prefer to spend their time watching television than reading the Koran or other positive activities(Kristiawan, 2016). This also happens in Lebak Regency as an area which also has the characteristics of the majority being Islam. So that with the implementation of the perda, the magrib reciting movement can bring about mental changes in thinking, especially among children and adolescents for a better life. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of the maghrib recitation regional regulation is quite good if viewed from the communication dimension which shows the socialization carried out by the implementing agency, resources in the form of incentive support for reciting teachers, adequate facilities in the implementation of magrib recitation, and the number of teachers. sufficient recitation.

Supervision of village funds is an action in the management of village funds carried out by government officials. This is because village funds are funds sourced from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget intended for villages through the Regency / City Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget and are used to finance government administration, development and community and community empowerment. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision of village funds carried out by the Inspectorate at Gampong Geulumpang Tujoh, North Aceh Regency. The type of research is using a qualitative approach. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study were the supervision of village funds carried out by the Inspectorate at Gampong Geulumpang Tujoh, Matangkuli District, North Aceh Regency, carried out in several stages, namely inherent supervision, functional supervision, legislative supervision and community supervision and the obstacles faced by the inspectorate in monitoring village funds in Gampong. Geulumpang Tujoh, Matangkuli District, North Aceh Regency, is that there is no element of accuracy of village funds, is not timely in providing village fund information and is not objective in managing village funds. It is hoped that the obstacles in the supervision of village funds carried out by the Inspectorate of North Aceh Regency should require a special budget provided by the central government to further support the implementation of supervision of village funds carried out by the North Aceh District inspectorate, besides that the North Aceh Inspectorate needs to add members to each supervisory team so that the inspection can run thoroughly.
