This study aims to develop a geographic information system software that has the ability to develop hazard area zoning of building damage due to earthquake, especially in Banda Aceh and the surrounding areas using peak ground acceleration (PGA) value approach. Analysis and design methods are implemented in this study. The analytical method consists of two stages, namely seismic data collection period 1973 - 2011 by magnitude more than 5 on the Richter scale and the calculation of earthquake acceleration on bedrock using the attenuation function of Crouse. The design method comprises several structured stages, which are designing: data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD), menus, screens, and state transition diagrams (STD). The main conclusions of this study is that a GIS -based local zoning of earthquake hazard risk can be built and developed with calculation and classification approach of the peak ground acceleration (PGA). In addition, there is a relationship significant spatial found by comparing the results with the zoning patterns of building damage in the earthquake of 2004.

The development of the new seismic hazard map of Iran is based on probabilistic seismic hazard computation using the historical earthquakes data, geology, tectonics, fault activity and seismic source models in Iran. These maps have been prepared to indicate the earthquake hazard of Iran in the form of iso-acceleration contour lines, and seismic hazard zoning, by using current probabilistic procedures. They display the probabilistic estimates of Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) for the return periods of 75 and 475 years. The maps have been divided into intervals of 0.25 degrees in both latitudinal and longitudinal directions to calculate the peak ground acceleration values at each grid point and draw the seismic hazard curves. The results presented in this study will provide the basis for the preparation of seismic risk maps, the estimation of earthquake insurance premiums, and the preliminary site evaluation of critical facilities.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah Kabupaten Pidie Jaya, yang secara geografis terletak pada koordinat 4˚54 ’15 .702 ’’ N - 5˚18 ’244 N dan 96˚1 ’13, 656 E - 96˚22 ’1.007 E. Fisiografi regional wilayah penelitian dimasukkan dalam peta geologi Banda Aceh, Lohk Seumawe, Takengon, dengan unit fisiografi Zona Kaki Bukit Barisan. Kondisi geologis daerah penelitian terdiri dari Batuan Pra-Tersier, Tersier, dan Kuarterner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung, menganalisis dan menentukan nilai Puncak Maksimal Percepatan Tanah, sehingga peta percepatan tanah dan peta zona mitigasi bencana gempa bumi dapat diperoleh untuk Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data gempa bumi di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya pada 7 Desember 2016 penulis menemukan nilai maksimum percepatan tanah puncak dengan menggunakan metode Boore (1997) adalah: 225,7 - 85,8 gal. Sementara itu dengan menggunakan metode Fukusima dan Tanaka (1992), hasilnya adalah: 115,0-115,0 gal. Dengan menggabungkan faktor-faktor litologi data sebagai data pendukung lainnya untuk pembobotan, penulis dapat menghasilkan Peta Zona Mitigasi Bencana Gempa Bumi, dari kategori rendah hingga kategori tinggi untuk kabupaten ini. This research was carried out in the Pidie Jaya Regency area, which geographycally situated at coordinates 4˚54 ‘15.702 ‘’ N - 5˚18 ‘2,244 N and 96˚1 ‘13,656 E - 96˚22 ‘1,007 E. Regional physiography of the study area is included in the geological map of Banda Aceh, Lohk Seumawe, Takengon, with the physiographic unit of the Bukit Barisan Foot Zone. The geological condition of the study area is composed of Pre-Tertiary, Tertiary and Quarternary Rocks. This study aims to calculate, analyze and determine the value of Maximum Peak of Ground  Acceleration, so that ground acceleration maps and earthquake disaster mitigation zone maps can be obtained for Pidie Jaya District. Based on the results of the earthquake data processing in Pidie Jaya Regency on December 7, 2016 the author find the maximum value of  peak ground  acceleration using the Boore method (1997) is: 225,7 - 85,8 gal. Meanwhile by using Fukusima and Tanaka method (1992), the result is: 115,0-115,0 gal. By combining those data lithological factors as other supporting data for weighting, the author could produces an Earthquake Disaster Mitigation Zone Map, from low category untill high category for this district.

Entity relationship diagram (ERD) and data flow diagram (DFD) modeling are necessary parts in analysis and design of structured information systems in business. Definition of entities in the ERD, the process, and datastore in the DFD have well described in a lot of literatures. However, practically it is not easy to explain how to design ERD and DFD models so that the students well understand the modeling steps, especially in business applications. This study discussed step-by-step systematic approach to ERD and DFD modeling using "business event-driven" approach that is represented by the REA model, through structuring REA-ERD and REA-DFD. From the results we concluded that the logical design of ERD should be done before designing DFD, so that there would be perfect "balancing" between the entities in the ERD and data stores in the DFD. Consequently, the implementation of these steps needed to be tested both qualitatively and quantitatively in advanced researches

East Nusa Tenggara is a region in Indonesia which included in the category of hazard prone to earthquakes, because it is flanked by two earthquakes zones, (subduction zone at the south and back arc trust in the north). It is also vulnerable to earthquake disasters because of high population density. These conditions would threaten the safety of lives and property of the population, so it needs to be research to analyze the level of earthquake hazard and vulnerability in East Nusa Tenggara. For identification of the level of hazard and the vulnerability of the earthquake in this study using two factors: the danger factor with indicator Peak Ground Acceleration, vulnerability factors with indicators of population density districts in East Nusa Tenggara. The calculation of the value of PGA use attenuation function of Fukushima and Tanaka. From the calculation of the data obtained that has a very high earthquake hazard is in Ende and Alor district, while the district has a very high risk of vulnerability is in Sikka, Sumba Barat Daya and Sabu Raijua.

ABSTRACT<br />Recording and processing data of mother and child in health book (KIA) at Sumbersari Public<br />Health Center is still done manually by handwriting. Manual KIA book recording has an impact<br />on the quality of information contained in KIA books that are not presented optimally. This<br />resulted in inhibition of health services and complete immunization to mothers and children, as<br />well as delays in the process of reporting by health personnel. In connection with this, the current<br />study was conducted to design and implement the application of maternal and child health<br />recording data based on android system. This application design method uses system development<br />life cycle which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and usage. The design of<br />this application using logic modeling by creating context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entity<br />relationship diagrams. The application is made with android operating system version 6.0.1, and<br />uses java based eclipse, with Angular JS as a web-based framework. This application has the<br />ability or features to record patient demographic data, maternal and child health development<br />checks, medications and vaccines, and periodically display charts and tables of maternal and child<br />health. This android based application can be used by midwives and integrated health service<br />cadres with online system.<br />Keywords: Maternal and Child Development, Android.<br />ABSTRAK<br />Kegiatan pencatatan dan pengolahan data buku kesehatan ibu dan anak (KIA) di puskesmas<br />Sumbersari dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan tulisan tangan. Pencatatan buku KIA<br />secara manual berdampak terhadap kualitas informasi yang dimuat dalam buku KIA yang tidak<br />tersaji secara optimal. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan terhambatnya pelayanan kesehatan dan<br />imunisasi lengkap kepada ibu maupun anak, serta tertundanya proses pembuatan laporan oleh<br />tenaga kesehatan. Sehubungan dengan hal ini, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan<br />mengimplementasikan aplikasi pencatatan perkembangan kesehatan ibu dan anak berbasis<br />android. Metode perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan siklus hidup pengembangan sistem yang<br />terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi dan penggunaan. Perancangan<br />aplikasi ini menggunakan pemodelan lojik dengan membuat diagram konteks, data flow diagram,<br />dan entity relationship diagram. Aplikasi dibuat dengan sistem operasi android versi 6.0.1, dan<br />menggunakan eclipse berbasis java, dengan Angular JS sebagai framework berbasis web. Aplikasi<br />ini memiliki kemampuan atau fitur untuk mencatat data demografi pasien, hasil pemeriksaan<br />perkembangan kesehatan ibu dan anak, obat dan vaksin, serta menampilkan grafik dan tabel<br />perkembangan kesehatan ibu dan anak secara berkala. Aplikasi ini berbasis android, yang dapat<br />digunakan oleh bidan dan kader posyandu secara online.<br />Kata Kunci : Perekembangan Ibu dan Anak, Android.

To obtain the seismic responses of typical subway stations in Beijing, a nonlinear analysis was conducted using a pushover method for seismic analysis and design of underground structures. The analysis mainly focuses on stress in columns and side walls and relative displacement between top and bottom slabs under 3 different levels of PGA (peak ground acceleration). From the analysis, the column shows good ductility due to its high ratio of reinforcement, and it has a good performance under strong motions. Compared with columns, side walls suffer from brittle failure and lose bearing capacity prior to column for its lower ratio of reinforcement. The calculated displacement indicates that the relative displacement between top and bottom slabs is linear proportional to peak ground relative displacement (PGRD). And compared with peak ground acceleration (PGA), PGRD is a more reliable design parameter of ground motion for underground structures. And the typical subway stations in Beijng can withstand the earthquake with design PGA up to 0.2 g.

Abstract. The present third part of the study, concerning the evaluation of earthquake hazard in Greece in terms of various ground motion parameters, deals with the deaggregation of the obtained results The seismic hazard maps presented for peak ground acceleration and spectral acceleration at 0.2 s and 1.0 s, with 10% probability of exceedance in 50 years, were deaggregated in order to quantify the dominant scenario. There are three basic components of each dominant scenario: earthquake magnitude (M), source-to-site distance (R) and epsilon (ε). We present deaggregation maps of mean and mode values of M-R-ε triplet showing the contribution to hazard over a dense grid.

This paper presents the seismic hazard assessment for Thuong Tan-Tan My quarries in Di An commune, Binh Duong province, Vietnam. Combination methods of gravity and magneto-telluric were used to estimate the dip angle and the width of the seismic source. The highest water column of 160 m will cause direct stress on the reservoir bottom with a maximum value of 1535.600 kPa and Coulomb stress of 68.693 kPa (at a depth of 2 km). The typical components of natural earthquake hazard (Mn.max = 5.0, depth of 10 km) in Thuong Tan - Tan My reservoir have the following values: peak ground acceleration PGA = 0.073 g ÷ 0.212 g; peak ground velocity PGV = 2.662 cm/s ÷ 7.984 cm/s; peak ground displacement PGD = 0.706 cm ÷ 1.918 cm at 10% probability of exceedance in 50 years. The typical components of triggered earthquake hazard (Mtr.max = 3.5, depth of 6 km) in Thuong Tan - Tan My reservoir have the following values: peak ground acceleration PGA = 0.024 g ÷ 0.172 g; peak ground velocity PGV = 0 ÷ 5.484 cm/s; peak ground displacement PGD = 0.061 cm ÷ 0.461 cm at 10% probability of exceedance in 50 years.
