Introduction. The food marketing is an integrating sphere between the production of agricultural goods and its consumption. Functioning of the system of the food marketing will provide effective activity of subjects of agrarian business in direction of providing of population by high quality food and agro-food market development. Purpose. The article aims to investigate theoretical andscientific principles of forming of the food marketing in the system of regional agrarian business and to ground the measures of its development in modern terms. The method (methodology). In the process of research the method of comparison, method of analysis, theoretical and logical methods of generalization have been applied. The dialectical method has become the methodological basis of research. Results. The theoretical base of concept «food marketing» is considered as an interlink between the specialized producers of food and users. Its purpose is in the facilitation of delivery of products from a producer to the user. The place of agricultural production and processing enterprises is studied in the system of the food marketing. The model of functioning of the food marketing is developed in the «food chain» of participants of agrarian business. Forms and methods of realization of products of agriculture are analysed. The measures as for the development of the system of the food marketing in agrarian business of region are determined.

Line quality micro-measurement is of important content of objective measurement, contributing to reproduction quality assessment of digital printed character and line metrics. Transforming physical presswork to digital image is not only the first but also a key procedure in micro quality measurement. In this study, effect of input resolution was verified in order to determine the precision requirement in micro quality survey. A series of experiments were carried out to measure same inkjet samples, which were scanned with a normal flatbed in three resolution sets. The effect on assessment accuracy of resolution condition was analyzed by pair-wise comparison method. Results show that normal flatbed is precise enough for micro line quality measurement. But 600DPI identified in ISO13660 standard is too low to serve in this survey. 1200DPI can work well enough and extra-high resolution version will not respond to improve the measurement precision obviously in inkjet line attribute evaluation.

Abstract One of the main objectives pursued in agriculture as the primary sector in the economy is to increase the labour productivity. In order for this objective to be achieved, it is necessary to increase agricultural production, while at the same time preserve natural resources and the environment. If the creators of development policies are to formulate effective policies and strategies, adequate information relating to all vital determinants of productivity of agriculture is required. Therefore, the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia annually prepares and publishes, among others, information on the value of agricultural production and the number of employees in agriculture. The aim of this paper is to examine the changes in the level of productivity of agriculture in the Republic of Serbia in the period from 2007 to 2013. It also analyses the impact of labour productivity in agriculture in the share of GDP that is realized in this sector of the national economy. Agricultural population, as one of the factors that affect productivity in agriculture is analysed in terms of education and employment. The aim is to quantify the level of productivity in agriculture, as well as to examine the interdependence between labour productivity and GDP in agriculture, in order to point to the critical determinants of productivity that require improvement. The methods used in this paper are: analysis method, synthesis method, comparison method, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis. Research results show that Serbia has achieved an unenviable level of labour productivity in agriculture within the analysed period of time. Research in this study is useful for the creators and holders of the development policy for the future guidance of development policies and strategies of the agricultural sector in Serbia.

Abstract. Reflection symmetry detection for 2D shapes is a well-known task in Computer Vision, but there is a limited number of efficient and effective methods for its solution. Our previously proposed approach based on pair-wise comparison of sub-sequences of skeleton primitives finds the axis of symmetry within few seconds. In order to evaluate the value of symmetry relative to the found axis we use the Jaccard similarity measure. It is applied to the pixels subsets of a shape which are split by the axis. Often an axis found by the skeleton comparison method diverges more or less from the ground-truth axis found by the method of exhaustive search among all the potential candidates. That is why the algorithms that allow adjusting the axis found by the fast skeleton method are proposed. They are based on the idea of searching the axis which is located near the seed skeleton axis and has greater Jaccard similarity measure. The experimental study on the ”Flavia” and ”Butterflies” datasets shows that proposed algorithms find the ground-truth axis (or the axis which has slightly less Jaccard similarity value than the ground-truth axis) in near real time. It is considerably faster than any of the optimized brute-force methods.
