Commercial organisations practise corporate hospitality to develop loyalty and trust, keep in touch with clients, and weather business. A challenge exists where corporate hospitality may camouflage corruption. One of the pertinent issues is addressing the obscuring boundaries of corporate hospitality to ensure commercial organisations in Malaysia are not trapped in the labyrinth of corruption, which will affect the sustainability of the business. This research employs a doctrinal approach that utilises library-based research to procure both primary and secondary sources. The research outcome may assist the government, policymaker, and commercial organisations' stakeholders in combating corrupt practices within their organisations. Crime prevention is considered as the main agenda of the government. Nevertheless, it has usually been overlooked that the victim him/herself can be the contributing factor to the criminal incident. The main problem is in educating the community on the preventive measures that could be taken in order to avoid victimization of individuals. Such suggestions are based on Islamic principles. Hence this paper discusses the preventive measures that can be observed by both individuals and the community to prevent criminal victimization. Tourism is a sector that always has a dynamic movement which will benefit the local community. Lumban Suhi-suhi is a tourist village famous for its ulos on Samosir Island that has become one of the tourist attraction. Due to the limitations of facilities arrangement make it becomes less of the attraction itself. Therefore, the environment-based mechanism becomes one of the concepts that will be applied to improve the tourist facilities in which could increase tourists in that area. There is a close relationship between the creation of urban spaces and ergonomics. To make new stimulating and satisfying urban spaces, ergonomics criteria should consider. In this study, two main urban squares from Istanbul examined. Selected urban squares evaluated by site observation according to the classified ergonomics criteria. Strong and weak points of chosen squares discussed and some suggestions proposed. The results demonstrated the fact that urban equipment meets the individual ergonomic criteria are not sufficient in the use of both squares, and they need to be re-planned.Keywords: Ergomomics; urban squares, IstanbuleISSN: 2398-4287 © 2019. The back lane is often associated with annoying, disgusting, narrow and dark. This paper concerns the use of the back lanes of the old shop houses in China Town, Kuala Lumpur. The instruments used in collecting data include observation, unstructured interview and literature review. The use and physical characteristics of back lanes were identified. It was found that the back lanes of China Town in Kuala Lumpur showed the success of turning back streets into lively alleys. Malaysia is known for its multicultural diversity, which is heavily influenced by the ancient Malay culture, indigenous peoples and the cultures of Malaysia's second main ethnics groups - the Chinese and Indian. For centuries, our cultures have blended to create Malaysia's diverse heritage. Sadly, Malaysians are slowly losing their ancient culture due to modernisation. One particular culture of Malaysia that is close to extinction is the Peranakan culture. The researcher found it vital to implement our cultural motif into product design, so she has come out with a freestanding kitchen with an influence of the Peranakan motif. Both students and teachers are environmentally challenged. Teachers are not well-heeled to do everything including giving feedback to students. Writing is a challenging area in teaching ESL. It was said that giving written feedback to students’ writing is the most time consuming and challenging job (Ferris, 2007). Previous studies have indicated that certain types of fragrance in the vehicle are useful in keeping the driver alert. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of lavender or vanilla flavor fragrances toward driving performance. Ten human subjects were tested using the driving simulator in three different conditions; driving with vanilla, lavender flavor fragrance and driving without fragrance. A questionnaire was distributed to examine the emotion states of the driver after driving the simulator. Our results indicate that fragrance did not affect the speed reduction. The purpose of the study is to examine youth customer behaviour due to the restaurant’s atmospheric element environment. It also explores the environment of the restaurant and the use of atmospherics by the restaurateurs through the reactions of the customers. The dimensions of colour, design, lighting, and restaurant layout, among others, were measured. Qualitative data taken from 300 youth customers were analyzed, and interpretations of the relationships were made. Edutourism was initiated to benefit from both the booming tourism industry and the growth of education sector in Malaysia. Edutourism is expected affect related sectors positively. However, edutourism activities suffers from various challenges. The study investigates the challenges and barrier faced by public universities in realising edutourism agenda. Primary data was collected through interviews with selected public universities. Among the factors that hinders the development of edutourism are unsuccessful collaboration between university and travel agency as well as university readiness in upholding edutourism agenda. This study contributes to an in-depth understanding of the factors that impede edutourism success.
