Online Examination System is an online test simulator is to take online examination, test in an efficient manner and no time wasting for manually checking of the test paper. The main objective of this web based online examination system is to efficiently evaluate the student thoroughly through a fully automated system that not only saves lot of time but also gives fast and accurate results. For students they give papers according to their convenience from any location by using internet and time and there is no need of using extra thing like paper, pen etc. Online examination system helps students to offer a quick and easy way to appear for the test. It also provides the results immediately after the examination with 100% accuracy and security. Student can enter to perform exam only with their valid username and password. This examination contains multiple choice questions and appropriate number of options. There are no limitations on number of options and it can be randomized so same set of question will not appear to all student so it prevent manipulation. More than one option can be correct but the user can select only one option. This provides time limit. The user can see their results after completing the exam. This helps the students to write the exam from far distance and which can provide security and simplicity and other beneficial features to the user.

Online examination system is a web-based examination system where examination is taken online i.e. through the internet or intranet using computer system. It is an effective solution for mass education evaluation. We have developed an online examination system based on a Browser/Server framework using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 for the design, C# 3.5 for coding, and Microsoft SQL Server as database. ASP.NET is the preferred web technology. The system carries out the examination and auto-grading for multiple choice questions which is feed into the system.KEY WORDS: Online, Examination, System, Auto-grading, Web-based.

The development of technology in the digital era is now very fast along with the growth of industries from all sectors. The 4.0 industrial revolution has begun to enter its era, which emphasizes the pattern of the digital economy, artificial intelligence, big data, robotic, or known as the phenomenon of disruptive innovation. Education in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 or known as Education 4.0 is a phenomenon that responds to the need for the emergence of the industrial revolution 4.0 where humans and machines are aligned to get solutions, solve problems and of course discover new possibilities of innovation. The Era of Education 4.0 is very influential for the world of education, as it also experiences an increase in quality, speed and practicality. Online exams can be said to belong to the era of Education 4.0 because conventional exams (manual) have shifted towards computerization. Online test (Online Test) is one of the methods of evaluating learning outcomes or measuring a person's ability level using a computer. Therefore, the authors researched the web-based online exam system at SMK PGRI Cikampek. Currently the Midterm Examination (UTS) and Graduation Examination (UKK) systems that are implemented at the school are still conventional (manual). So that teachers often experience technical obstacles in processing questions and exam results, such as broken answer sheets, uneven distribution of questions, leakage of questions caused during distribution, and so on. With the online examination system the school can reduce or even minimize the problems that occur in the implementation of conventional exams (manual) because with a computerized system everything can be managed and monitored more neatly easily and centrally.

Recently, with rapid development of computer/network technology and algorithms for composing test paper, cyber-based online examination system is a practically valuable hot research concern. In the paper, the mathematical model is created for solving problems with the online test paper composition system. Through comparative analysis of merits and shortcomings of various coding schemes, and to overcome the shortcoming that traditional genetic algorithms easily fall into premature convergence, it utilizes the adaptive adjustment method of dynamic parameters and elitist strategy to improve to develop the online test paper forming scheme based on adaptive genetic algorithm. For the selection of each parameter, simulation test is conducted to obtain the solution approximate to the best one.

Test paper problem is a typical multi-constrained objective optimization problem. By using genetic algorithm, this paper analyzes the initial population generation, the chromosome coding and its genetic manipulation, control parameters. Solving that by natural-coded genetic algorithm, improves test paper success rate and convergence rate. This genetic algorithm is applied successfully on NHibernate architecture, and developed "automatic test paper" Online Examination system.

English, as one of the most important information carriers, has become the most widely used language worldwide, and its importance is increasingly prominent in each field of our society. Examinations are an important means of evaluating the level of English language learning and teaching outcomes. For the problems existed in traditional English exam, this paper research English online examination system intelligent test paper based on random algorithm. First, the design test paper constraints, including the question amount constraint, questions type constraints, knowledge point constraints, difficulty constraints, answer time constraints and so on; Then, using the linear congruence generator study of a random number generation, list recursive formula and describe parameters; Finally, using flow diagram to study random test paper process, for each step describing in detail. Advantages of random algorithm are easy to use, the disadvantage is not retrospective, applies to the number of exam papers and extraction requirements are relatively few cases.

Online examination system is built on internet applications, aimed at achieving information management of examinations. Online examination system in the generation of test papers, the submission and approval can be done automatically on the network. We proposes a new heuristic genetic test paper algorithm, and the proposed algorithm is applied to the online examination system. From the experimental results, the improved algorithm has achieved satisfactory performance.

The Frith‐Happé Animations Test, depicting interactions between triangles, is widely used to measure theory of mind (ToM) ability in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This began with recording, transcribing, and subjectively scoring participants’ verbal descriptions of the animations, which consistently found ToM-specific impairments in ASD. More recently, there has been a move towards a more objective test of ToM using these animations with multiple-choice questions (White et al., 2011). However, there has been surprisingly little uptake of this test in and outside the laboratory, meaning it is currently unclear if White et al.’s (2011) findings replicate. Further, the lack of an online version of the test may be hampering its use in large-scale studies and outside of research settings. Addressing these issues, we report the development of a web-based version of the Frith-Happé Animations Test for autistic and neurotypical adults. An online version of the test was developed in a large sample of the general population (Study 1) and data collected online were compared with those collected in a traditional lab-based setting (Study 2). The new online test was then administered to adults with a clinical diagnosis of ASD and matched neurotypical controls. Results demonstrated that the test could successfully be administered to autistic adults online and, replicating White et al. (2011), they showed ToM difficulties when compared to neurotypical adults (Study 3). Overall, we report the development of a quicker, more objective, and web-based test of the Frith‐Happé Animations Test, based on White et al.’s (2011) multiple-choice version, and discuss its potential use in and outside of autism research settings.

Examination System was necessary to separate teaching and testing. A web-based Examination System was developed with Java Web technologies. The system provided the functions, including question management, paper generation and test online. Also the combination of client-side programming and server-side programming techniques were used and analyzed.
