In the current context, road accidents have become a major loss to society, with ordinary people being left with little help during an emergency. The SAVE-LIFE Helpline is a comprehensive record of various human contributions. This contribution is very important for people who need help, especially for people who cannot afford to pay their bills. The project is intended to help these cases through donors, where the donor can donate money through the web project directly to people in need. Provides communication between provider and client. The donor can donate to the emergency personnel or to the SAVE-LIFE Helpline, which keeps track of those who need help.

Combining existing advancements in cross-language information retrieval (CLIR) with the new usercentered Web paradigm could allow tapping into Web-based multilingual clusters of language information that are rich, up-to-date in terms of language usage, that increase in size, and have the potential to cater for all languages. In this chapter, we set out to explore existing CLIR systems and their limitations, and we argue that in the current context of a widely adopted social Web, the future of large-scale CLIR and iCLIR systems is linked to the use of the Web as a lexical resource, as a distribution infrastructure, and as a channel of communication between users. Such a synergy will lead to systems that grow organically as more users with different linguistic skills join the network, and that improve in terms of language translations disambiguation and coverage.

Background and objective: With the widespread internet availability, now-a-days Hadith texts which are essential sources of Islamic knowledge appear on many websites. In this paper, a client-based web-extension program that can authenticate online Hadith texts from Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim is presented.Materials and Methods: First, the program reads the content of the specific browsed website and identifies Arabic language only. Then this Arabic text is screened to verify whether this contains any Hadith text by comparing with the authentic source. If complete match occurs in comparison, then the text is marked with green color proving the text as authentic. If some words/letters are missing, then the text will be marked with red color indicating that the Hadith is unauthentic and requires to be verified.Results: Using this web-extension, the authenticity of Hadith from Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim can be verified simply by clicking a button of the web-extension. If the Hadith is unauthentic, it will display the authentic version of Hadith just by moving the mouse over the unauthentic text. Conclusion: This application will create Islamic consciousness for ordinary people. The application will also benefit government agencies of Islamic affairs, Hadith printing centers, etc.


Health care systems are becoming very popular and are in demand extensively in recent years. Health care systems are almost in all the fields. In recent years, the vehicles are manufactured in large number. So, the road accidents also came into screen. Road accidents occurs mainly due to the over speed and unconsciousness of the driver during driving. By continuously monitoring the sleepiness of the driver, the alert can be given to the driver at right time to prevent the accidents. In this project, the sensitive electrode are placed on the head of the drivers in the eco-friendly manner (i.e. inside the band). So that, it will be eco-friendly to the drivers to use and it is the most easier to use. It will be wirelessly connected to the microprocessor, which will check the driver’s sleepiness and the logs will be uploaded to the web. In recent years, Wi-Fi are in use in all the buses. So, all the passengers connected to the Wi-Fi are able to see the driver’s sleepiness sate without any network connection by local Wi-Fi sharing features. Here, Microprocessor is connected to the Wi-Fi will act as a server. In case, if driver slept, passengers connected to the Wi-Fi will get an alert and the driver also get an alert to prevent the accidents. The alert may be a vibrating mechanism which will be fitted in the driver’s seat (or) the sound that will wake up the driver from sleep without disturbing the passenger.

Abstract This article explains the development and use of ICD-9-CM diagnosis codes, CPT procedure codes, and HCPCS supply/device codes. Examples of appropriate coding combinations, and Coding rules adopted by most third party payers are given. Additionally, references for complete code lists on the Web and a list of voice-related CPT code edits are included. The reader is given adequate information to report an evaluation or treatment session with accurate diagnosis, procedure, and supply/device codes. Speech-language pathologists can accurately code services when given adequate resources and rules and are encouraged to insert relevant codes in the medical record rather than depend on billing personnel to accurately provide this information.
