Abstract: The aim of this paper proposes a project based implementation File Tracking System (FTS) used in private and mostly in government sector. This project is built on Railway System using three tier architecture. This application is used to prevent corruption. There are a large number of departments in the Railway Department where file transfer is done from one department to another. The number of files moving within the specific time duration, file allocated to any employee and whether the file has been forwarded or not. Sometimes if someone has to do corruption then they does not send that file forward, seeing all this problem we have developed File Tracking System (FTS), which track the movements of the file within the organization. This application will keep track the movement of files from one desk to another inside the department.

Hospital Inpatient Tracking System using RFID technology is a web application developed for the medical personnel (doctors and nurses) to track the movements of the inpatients in the accident and emergency department of government hospitals. RFID reader fixed in each of the rooms will detect the patient who is wearing the registered tag when enter and leave from the room. It is designed to solve the problems of long queues, overcrowding, delayed treatments, and insufficient beds for patients. Tracking process is taken to track all of the registered patient. At the same time, duration of patient process in each of the room will be recorded and calculated to get the range of processing time in each of the room. It can be used as reference and solving the bottlenecks that faced by hospitals. All the medical personnel need to register and approved by system administrator before accessible to the system.

Spatial and temporal patterns of railway commuting to Wrocław The development and optimisation of the agglomeration and regional railway system is one of the basic challenges for the regional policy of the local government in Poland. There are many studies focusing on the problems of functioning of railway transport in agglomeration areas, however there are less studies dealing with the issue of demand for railway services during the day. It is a evident research gap. The main purpose of this article is to recognize the spatial and temporal differentiation of the railway passenger volume in Wrocław. The article presents the number of passengers arriving and departing from Wroclaw according to particular directions, and identifies peak hours based on the daily distribution of passenger volume in specific time intervals.

Famers’ fair an important tool in transferring latest technologies to farmers is gaining momentum over the years. The main purpose of organizing such farmers’ fair is to create awareness among visitors about new technologies developed by researchers primarily from the government sector, agricultural and allied research centres and State Agricultural Universities (SAUs). Considering its importance, an exploratory study was carried out to identify the constraints perceived by the visiting farmers and remedies suggested by them for improvement of farmers’ fair. The present study was conducted at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University (CCS HAU), Hisar main campus during 2019-20. Empirical data were collected through personal interview technique with the help of well-structured and pre-tested interview schedule and analyzed using standard methodology. Findings revealed that infrastructural constraints were perceived highest with composite index value (CIV) of 38.28, followed by physical (34.37), institutional (30.00), miscellaneous (19.27) and social (07.81) constraints. With regards to suggestions, most of the farmers suggested time duration of farmers’ fair should be increased followed by adequate transport facilities, seeds should be made available at low price, etc. Hence, the paper recommends that although the farmers’ fairs are playing an effective role in information dissemination but must be updated each year to catch more attention of the farmers.

A novel gaze tracking system for controlling home appliances in 3D space is proposed in this study. Our research is novel in the following four ways. First, we propose a nonwearable gaze tracking system containing frontal viewing and eye tracking cameras. Second, our system includes three modes: navigation (for moving the wheelchair depending on the direction of gaze movement), selection (for selecting a specific appliance by gaze estimation), and manipulation (for controlling the selected appliance by gazing at the control panel). The modes can be changed by closing eyes during a specific time period or gazing. Third, in the navigation mode, the signal for moving the wheelchair can be triggered according to the direction of gaze movement. Fourth, after a specific home appliance is selected by gazing at it for more than predetermined time period, a control panel with3×2menu is displayed on laptop computer below the gaze tracking system for manipulation. The user gazes at one of the menu options for a specific time period, which can be manually adjusted according to the user, and the signal for controlling the home appliance can be triggered. The proposed method is shown to have high detection accuracy through a series of experiments.

Objective:Internet / mobile phone addiction has become a major concern in today’s world. Current diagnosis methods are based on questionnaire survey. This typically involves asking the person concerned around 15-30 questions. Each response is allotted a specific score, and the range in which the final sum of the scores lies is used to determine his/ her level of addiction. These tests assume that the respondent is answering the questions honestly and that he/she has an exact idea about his/ her usage durations. In the present work, the validity of these assumptions is questioned. Methods: Mobile phone usage is considered as a case study here. In this work, a group of 40 students in the age group of 13-18 (male= 52.5%, female= 47.5%) are surveyed. These students are asked a single question of how much do they think they use their phone. This information is compared with their actual phone usage times (obtained through the inbuilt usage tracking system of the phones, or similar such Apps). Conclusion:Based on the present survey, it is found that on an average, the participants use their phones for 1.4 times longer than they think they do. The disparity between the estimated and actual usage time duration forms the basis of the proposed approach for assessing the level of mobile phone addiction.

Rastin Swap Card is defined in Rastin Banking. This card is issued based on the Swap Contract in Rastin Banking or principle of sovereignty rights of contracts. In Rastin Swap Card there are two periods. In the first period card issuer lends money to the cardholder, and in the second period borrows money from card holder instead. At the first stage card issuer credits a certain amount of money for specific time duration to the card of cardholder and requests the cardholder to deposit the same amount for the same period at the end of the cited time duration (first maturity) in the issuer's deposit account. Card issuer and cardholder can agree for a combination of amount and duration for which the product of them (amount by the duration) be equal for both operations of lending money by the issuer and depositing by the cardholder.Rastin Swap Card (RSD) has no interest rate and is different from conventional debit and credit cards, but considering the ICT-based systems, RSD is being processed and managed through electronic banking systems. Rastin Swap Card can be issued in both local and foreign currencies. Bank receives a fee by offering Rastin Swap Card service. JEL: E43, E44, E52, E58, E62, E63

Many labs today wish to transfer data between their EDS systems and their existing PCs and minicomputers. Our lab has implemented SpectraPlot, a low- cost PC-based system to allow offline examination and plotting of spectra. We adopted this system in order to make more efficient use of our microscopes and EDS consoles, to provide hardcopy output for an older EDS system, and to allow students to access their data after leaving the university. As shown in Fig. 1, we have three EDS systems (one of which is located in another building) which can store data on 8 inch RT-11 floppy disks. We transfer data from these systems to a DEC MINC computer using “SneakerNet”, which consists of putting on a pair of sneakers and running down the hall. We then use the Hermit file transfer program to download the data files with error checking from the MINC to the PC.
