The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of profitability, firm size, liquidity and leverage on dividend policy. The research sample uses purposive sampling method, which uses as many as 8 companies with a four-year observation period from 2016-2019. The type of data used is quantitative data. Based on the data sources used in this study everything is secondary data. Data collection using documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression models. The results showed variable profitability and firm size listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2019 had a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Meanwhile, variable liquidity and leverage negatively and significantly affect the dividend policy in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. Independent variables that can explain the influence of dividend policy as much as 63.20% while the remaining 36.80% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

The problems that will be discussed in this journal regarding the relationship between the business entity, the solvency of audit delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The criteria of the company being sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so the total number of samples in this study is 100 data. Independent variables in this study are company size, solvability and audit committee, variables dependent inthis study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The results of the analysis show that the solvability variable has a significant effect on audit delay. While the variable size of the company and the audit committee does not have a significant effect on audit delay.

Dividend policy is one of the most important financial functions of a company. This is because the dividend policy has an influence on the company's stakeholders, both managers and investors. This study aims to determine the effect of investment opportunities on dividend policy with Firm Size as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population is 142 companies. Based on the purposive sampling method and the expenditure of outlier data, a sample of 34 companies was obtained. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis show that Firm Size does not weaken the effect of investment opportunities on dividend policy. The results of this study support the residual theory of dividend and agency theory. In addition, the results of this study can also be considered by companies in determining dividend policy and assisting investors in making investment decisions. The aim of the study is to assess determinant of firm value as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity for manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. This study using manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as sample. Sample selected by purposive sampling method. Sample size generated by this method is 14 companies. Data type used in this study is quantitative data. Data souce in this study is secondary data. The data were then analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis to analysis dependent variable, Firm value (TQ), and independent variable such as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity.The research results revealed that profitability, dividend policy and liquidity have positive and significant effect to firm value. However other firm size has positive but no significant effect to firm value.

This study aims to examine the factors that affect audit delay of financial reports on the manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The examined factors of this research are profitability, solvability and firm size as the independent variables while audit delay as the dependent variable. Audit delay measured from the year of closure years of the book to the date issued the audit report. The sample in this research was secondary data and selected by using purposive sampling method consisting of 246 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and submitted financial reports consistently in the period 2013-2015. The analysis method of this research used multiple regression analysis.The result of this research showed that profitability and firm size had negative influence to audit delay. Meanwhile solvability did not have any effect to audit delay.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and sales growth on dividend policy with firm size as a moderating variable in automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. This research was conducted based on information obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses the purposive sampling method. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019, with a sample of 13 companies. The analysis technique used is by using software views. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity (CR) and Leverage (DER) have a significant effect on dividend policy while the variables Profitability (ROA), Leverage (DER), Activity (TATO), Growth, and Sales Growth have no significant effect on Dividend Policy in Automotive Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX. The results of this study also show that Firm size can moderate Profitability (ROA), Leverage (DER), and Activity (TATO) on Dividend Policy. However, Firm size cannot moderate Liquidity (CR), Growth, and Sales Growth on Dividend Policy in the sub automotive sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The purpose of this research is to provide empirical evident whether insider ownership, firm size, profitability, leverage, liquidity, earnings per share and price to book ratio have significant influence of dividend policy. Sample in this research are nonfinancial companies, which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over the three years period 2012 until 2014. This research used purposive sampling method. The sample of this research consist of 52 companies that meet in criteria. This research uses multiple regression analysis to find out the influence of all independent variables above to dividend policy. The result of the research showed that firm size, leverage, earnings per share and price to book ratio had a significant influence on dividend policy, while insider ownership, profitability and liquidity had no influence.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of firm size, firm size, solvency, and profitability to the audit delay. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This population is a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2014 period as many as 12 companies. The samples in this study using purposive sampling method. Performed during the observation period of 3 (three) years ie 2012-2014.Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that company size and profitability significantly influence audit delay. While the size of the firm and the solvency does not significantly influence audit delay.

This study aims to determine the effect of listing age and ownership dispersion on voluntary disclosure with firm size as the moderating variable. The population of this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year from 2014 to 2016. The sample of this study was determined by using a purposive sampling method, and that the total sample of 89 manufacturing companies. The source of data is secondary data. The data was gathered www.idx.com. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results shows: (1) Listing age has not significant effect on voluntary disclosure, (2) Ownership dispersion has significant negative effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure, (3) Firm size is not able to strengthen the effect of listing age on the extent of voluntary disclosure and (4) Firm size is able to strengthen the effect of ownership dispersion on the extent of voluntary disclosure.Keywords: Voluntary Disclosure, Listing age, Ownership dispersion and Firm Size

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect income smoothing. The factors examined in this study were firm size, financial leverage, profitability and stock value as the independent variables while income smoothing as the dependent variable. The samples were 11Automotive and Components companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that submitted financial reports consistently in 2014-2018 period. The data used in this study were secondary data using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis in this study used logistic regression analysis. The test results showed that firm size had a significant effect on income smoothing while financial leverage, probability and stock value had no effect on Income smoothing. Simultaneously firm size, financial leverage, profitability and stock value had a significant effect on Income Smoothing of Automotive and Components Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018.
