The aim of the study is to assess determinant of firm value as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity for manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. This study using manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as sample. Sample selected by purposive sampling method. Sample size generated by this method is 14 companies. Data type used in this study is quantitative data. Data souce in this study is secondary data. The data were then analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis to analysis dependent variable, Firm value (TQ), and independent variable such as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity.The research results revealed that profitability, dividend policy and liquidity have positive and significant effect to firm value. However other firm size has positive but no significant effect to firm value.

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

This study aims to determine the effect of listing age and ownership dispersion on voluntary disclosure with firm size as the moderating variable. The population of this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year from 2014 to 2016. The sample of this study was determined by using a purposive sampling method, and that the total sample of 89 manufacturing companies. The source of data is secondary data. The data was gathered www.idx.com. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results shows: (1) Listing age has not significant effect on voluntary disclosure, (2) Ownership dispersion has significant negative effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure, (3) Firm size is not able to strengthen the effect of listing age on the extent of voluntary disclosure and (4) Firm size is able to strengthen the effect of ownership dispersion on the extent of voluntary disclosure.Keywords: Voluntary Disclosure, Listing age, Ownership dispersion and Firm Size

This study aims to examine the factors that affect audit delay of financial reports on the manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The examined factors of this research are profitability, solvability and firm size as the independent variables while audit delay as the dependent variable. Audit delay measured from the year of closure years of the book to the date issued the audit report. The sample in this research was secondary data and selected by using purposive sampling method consisting of 246 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and submitted financial reports consistently in the period 2013-2015. The analysis method of this research used multiple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that profitability and firm size had negative influence to audit delay. Meanwhile solvability did not have any effect to audit delay.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of proportion on independent board ERM disclosure, (2) The effect of the audit committee on ERM disclosure, (3) The effect of the ownership dispersion on ERM disclosure, (4) The effect of firm size on ERM disclosure. Population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method, thus totaling 60 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by the method of documentation at www.idx.com. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyzing the effect of leverage, business risk, firm size, dividend policy, and profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies consumer goods sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019 period. Number of samples are 18 samples by purposive sampling method. Data were collected through Indonesia Stock Exchange official website, which are www.idx.co.id and www.idnfinancials.com. Data were processed by using Eviews 10 software. The results in this study show that leverage and firm size have a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. While, business risk and dividend policy have no significant effect on firm value.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh leverage, business risk, firm size, kebijakan dividen, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sektor consumer goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2019. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 18 sampel yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data perusahaan untuk pemilihan sampel diambil dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia, yaitu www.idx.co.id dan www.idnfinacials.com. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Eviews 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan firm size memiliki pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan, business risk dan kebijakan dividen tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability on firm value in the study of manufacturing companies in the food and beverages sector. This research uses quantitative research. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method, namely the selection of samples is carried out with predetermined criteria. So that as many as 35 data were obtained from 7 food and beverages companies listed on the IDX during the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) firm size has no effect on firm value, (2) leverage has a negative and significant effect on firm value, (3) dividend policy has no effect on firm value, (4) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Keywords: firm size, leverage, dividend policy and profitability.

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

Knowledge and intangible assets become the important source of competitive advatage for company (knowledgw-based economy). The study aims was to investigate the effect of intellectual capital, institutional ownership to profitability and firm value. Sample used were 6 manufacturing companies of sub sectors consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2017, with purposive sampling, secondary data, and panel data regression analysis. The results indicated that simultaneous intellectual capital and institutional ownership affected financial performance. Partially intellectual capital had a positive and significant effect on financial performance, but institutional ownership did not have significant effect. Financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Intelectual capital had an important roles to increase performance and value of the firm.

This study’s main objective is to examine the effect of working capital turnover, return on equity, and firm size toward price book value in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013-2016. Working capital turnover is the proxy chosen from activity ratio. Return on equity is the proxy chosen from probability ratio. Firm size is based on total assets, with the nominal itself is in natural logarithms. Sample of research was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain 58 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the years 2013-2016. This study uses secondary data. Validity test of this study is done with multiple regression analysis and classic assumption test. The results of this study indicates that there is significant influence between the variables Working Capital Turnover, Return on Equity, and Firm Size toward Price Book Value.
