This study aims to determine the effect of listing age and ownership dispersion on voluntary disclosure with firm size as the moderating variable. The population of this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) year from 2014 to 2016. The sample of this study was determined by using a purposive sampling method, and that the total sample of 89 manufacturing companies. The source of data is secondary data. The data was gathered www.idx.com. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results shows: (1) Listing age has not significant effect on voluntary disclosure, (2) Ownership dispersion has significant negative effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure, (3) Firm size is not able to strengthen the effect of listing age on the extent of voluntary disclosure and (4) Firm size is able to strengthen the effect of ownership dispersion on the extent of voluntary disclosure.Keywords: Voluntary Disclosure, Listing age, Ownership dispersion and Firm Size

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and operational complexity on audit delay and test the effect of size of the company as moderating variable. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 which were accessed through www.idx.co.id. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 50. The analysis technique used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression to examine the direct effect of profitability and operational complexity on audit delay and Moderated Regression Analysis to test firm size as moderating influence profitability and operational complexity in audit delay. The results showed that profitability had negative effect on audit delay. The operational complexity has no effect on audit delay. The size of the company strengthens the negative effect of audit delay on profitability. Firm size is not able to moderate the influence of operational complexity on audit delay. This research aims to examine to analyze the effect of tunneling incentive, bonus scheme and exchange rate on the company’s decision to do transfer pricing. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014 until 2017. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 48 manufacturing companies. The data used is secondary data. The technique of collecting data by documentation at www.idx.com. The analytical method used is Panel Regression Analysis with SPSS22 software. /This research use logistic regression analysis as analysis /method.The result of analysis in this research showed that tunneling incentive and bonus scheme had no effect on ithe company’s decision to do transfer pricing.  Exchange rate had a significant effect on the company’s decision to do transferi pricing

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

The aim of the study is to assess determinant of firm value as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity for manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014. This study using manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as sample. Sample selected by purposive sampling method. Sample size generated by this method is 14 companies. Data type used in this study is quantitative data. Data souce in this study is secondary data. The data were then analyzed using multiple linier regression analysis to analysis dependent variable, Firm value (TQ), and independent variable such as profitability, dividend policy, firm size and liquidity.The research results revealed that profitability, dividend policy and liquidity have positive and significant effect to firm value. However other firm size has positive but no significant effect to firm value.

The research objective was to examine and analyze the Influence of Auditor Client Tenure, Company Growth, Auditor Reputation, and Leverage toward Opinion Audit Going Concern. This survey was conducted at Manufacturing Companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2017. The data used in this study is secondary data with sampling using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive technique with a quantitative approach using descriptive statistical tests, multicollinearity test, logistic regression analysis, and coefficient determinant. Based on research has been conducted, the authors note that the auditor client tenure is not effect significantly to the opinion audit going concern, the company growth is not significant influence to opinion audit going concern, auditor reputation has a negative significant effect to opinion audit going concern, and leverage has a significant effect to opinion audit going concern

This study aims to examine the factors that affect audit delay of financial reports on the manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The examined factors of this research are profitability, solvability and firm size as the independent variables while audit delay as the dependent variable. Audit delay measured from the year of closure years of the book to the date issued the audit report. The sample in this research was secondary data and selected by using purposive sampling method consisting of 246 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and submitted financial reports consistently in the period 2013-2015. The analysis method of this research used multiple regression analysis. The result of this research showed that profitability and firm size had negative influence to audit delay. Meanwhile solvability did not have any effect to audit delay.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of proportion on independent board ERM disclosure, (2) The effect of the audit committee on ERM disclosure, (3) The effect of the ownership dispersion on ERM disclosure, (4) The effect of firm size on ERM disclosure. Population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2017. The sample is determined based on purposive sampling method, thus totaling 60 companies. This study aimed to examine the effect of the volatility of cash flows, sales volatility and differences in accounting income with taxable income of the persistence of earnings. This research is classified research causative. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method, there are 42 companies as samples. The data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is a panel regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the volatility of cash flow and significant negative effect on the persistence of earnings, while variable sales volatility and differences in accounting income to taxable income has no effect on earnings persistence.

This study is conducted to see the effect of the company's firm size, growth opportunities, leverage and liquidity on the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2015. The Data that is used on this study is a set of data panel with purposive sampling method, and the criteria for the sample is: (1) manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2015, (2) manufacturing companies that has transaction exposure ( liabilities and / or assets denominated in foreign currency, (3) manufacturing companies that has the data is needed for this study. The total sample of this study is 106 companies or 424 observation within 4 years. The Data analysis technique that is used on this study is logistic regression with z-statistic as hypotheses testing to test the regression coefficient with an alpha of 5%. The study result shows that firm size, growth opportunities and liquidity positively and Significantly Affect the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments, while leverage negatively and insignificantly Affect the decision of hedging with foreign currency derivative instruments.   Key words: firm size, growth opportunities, leverage, liquidity, hedging, derivatives, risk management

The study was conducted to investigate the effect of KAP size, solvency, audit tenure, and complexity of operations on audit delay. The data used are secondary data derived from the financial statements of mining sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2018. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling, so that the total sample can be obtained as 57 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed with  the SPSS 22 program. The results of the study simultaneously show that the size of the KAP, solvency, audit tenure, and complexity of operations affect the audit delay. While the research results partially state that the solvency and complexity of operations have an influence on audit delay, while the KAP size and audit tenure have no effect on audit delay. From the results of the study, is expected to assist auditors in identifying factor - factor that affect audit delay in optimizing performance and as a material consideration for investors in making investment decisions.
