Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is part of  the  banking  financial institutions  apart from the commercial  banking. .One of the activities of the BPR is to distribute the credits as done by the commercial banks. Problems. BPR as micro financial institutions, in doing their business to  distribute  the credit up to certain amount, are faced with  the  commercial banks  which  have more  competitive advantages, both in the price  and facilities provided. Objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing the customers in making decisions to take the credit at BPR. By identifying the determinant factors in choosing the banks, BPR can use it to improve their services to the customers and at the same time BPR can use it as a strategy in  giving credit to the customers or debtors. The metode employed in this study was regressive logistic method, which was  used to  identify  what factors determine the customers to choose credit at BPR. The conclusion is that the procedures and personality of staff are the main factors making the customers choose credit at BPR

The Determinant Factors of Green Practices Adoption For Logistics Companies in Malaysia. A Case Study of PKT Logistics Group Sdn. Bhd. // // // // // This study examines factors that influence the intention to adopt green practices for logistics companies. The determinant factors include technological, organizational, environmental and environmental awareness. The data came from the questionnaire survey on logistics companies in Malaysia, and 150 samples were analyzed. The survey results reveal that three of the factors show insignificant result towards green practices adoption while one factor has positive influences on the intention to adopt green practices. Technological, environment and environment awareness factors exhibit insignificant influences on the willingness to adopt green practices while the organizational factors exhibit significant influences on the willingness to adopt green practices.

There is general agreement that attitudes towards the entrepreneurial activity, and its social function is determinant factors for university students to decide an entrepreneurial career. This study focuses on the impact of entrepreneurship education on student’s motivation and skills towards enterprise education in Mardan. The study was conducted to find out the attitude, motivation, and skills of young student’s towards starting a business. The aim of this study is to find out the impact of entrepreneurial education on students and their motivation and skills towards entrepreneurship in Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan. Data has been collected from a sample of 90 students of Management Sciences Department at AWKUM in Mardan through questionnaires. Data were collected only from Bachelors and Master’s Program Students of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. The result reveals that entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education is having an impact on student’s motivation and skills.
