The Indonesian country which is famous for its tropical climate has now experienced a shift in two seasons (dry season and rainy season). This has an impact on cropping and harvesting systems among farmers. In large scale this is very influential considering that farmers in Indonesia are stilldependent on rainfall which results in soil moisture. Some types of plants that are very dependent on soil moisture will greatly require rainfall or water for growth and development. Through this research, researchers tried to make a prototype application for watering plants using ATMEGA328 microcontroller based soil moisture sensor. Development of application systems using the prototype method as a simple method which is the first step and can be developed again for large scale. The working principle of this prototype is simply that when soil moisture reaches a certainthreshold (above 56%) then the system will work by activating the watering system, if it is below 56% the system does not work or in other words soil moisture is considered sufficient for certain plant needs.

The architecture model of the Internet of thing system is the primary foundation for the design and implementation of the Internet of thing system. This article discusses the method and practice of time automaton modeling and model checking for the architecture of the Internet of thing system from the state and time dimensions. This article introduces the theory and method of modeling using time automata. And then, combined with the actual need of the elderly health cabin Internet of thing system, a dynamic and fault-tolerant time automaton model is established through a relatively complete architecture modeling. The model checking method verifies that the designed Internet of thing system has no deadlock system activity, service correctness, and timeliness correctness. The results of modeling experiments and model validation show that the reference model of time automata Internet of thing architecture established in this article can better reflect the nature of interaction with the physical world, heterogeneity and large-scale, dynamic, and incompleteness of the Internet of thing system.

In this paper, we used UML method to complete the whole hospital information system analysis and design. It is described the system and determine the requirement of system’s function. It also completes the system’s architecture design and detailed design and implement to the system. The main idea of thesis is as follows: 1)It adopt UML to object-oriented the modeling hospital information system, and will be a good way to solve a few questions from hospital information system in nowadays. 2)It moves around the main ideas of RUP (use-case driven, architecture-centric, iterative and incremental). At the beginning of get demand, through the system analysis, system design, until to the final of the system implementation. It adopts the stepwise deduction to go deep into the way of refining organization to anatomize the whole the process of the hospital information system. Through the success of the hospital information system modeling to prove that the core idea of the UML-based on RUP modeling techniques is practical in the development of large-scale of application systems. At the same time, it also prepared to provide a better reference and instance for the project or team to adopt this technology.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model is the main-stream access control model. When addressing large-scale and distributed application, the highest Security Administrator(SA) of RBAC model always try to transfer his management authority to his inferior SAs to decrease his workload. However, How to ensure that these inferior SAs perform their management authorities legally is a big problem. Although there are a technology framework of administrative RBAC model, named ARBAC97, the supervise mechanism and audit mechanism on the utilization of transferred authorities is incomplete in RBAC model. In this research, an audit-integrated ARBAC (au-ARBAC) model is presented. In the au-ARBAC model, a right and liability mechanism has been set up, an audit role is defined and auditing permission is assigned to this role. At the same time, we put forwards two types basic audit business: routine audit and accident audit. As to accident audit, a decision process for division of responsibility is designed to clarify the responsibility of wrongdoer SAs. The Au-ARBAC model can help to improve the Consciousness of authorization responsibility and to perform their management authorities responsibly and legally.
