The Request for Educational Reform of the Students of the School of Law in Nagyszeben of May 1848. In spring 1848 amidst the zeal of the revolution started in almost all of the higher educational institutions in Hungary and Transylvania student movements to reform education in the institutions. In May 1848 the students of the Law School of the Saxons in Transylvania at Nagyszeben also submitted an application through the institution’s Senate to the sustaining Lutheran Church including – among others – the following issues: guaranteeing the freedom to education and teaching, reforming the study and exam system, significantly developing the substance of the library, getting the right to meet and vote for the students’ representatives during procedures against students; reviewing the academy’s disciplinary regulation. The following source-presentation – besides the Hungarian translation of the request – explains the circumstances of origin and the afterlife of the application.

With the development in the education system, considering the latest current online exam system, a new projection of online exam system based on Raspberry pi IOT is proposed, and the key implementation techniques and methods are also described. The growing ubiquity of wireless, RFID mobile and sensor devices has provide a promising opportunity to build the powerful examination systems and applications by Internet of Things (IoT). A wide range of IoT applications have been developed in recent years. In an effort to understand the development of IoT in online examination, here we propose the current research of IoT, IOT key enabling technologies, major IoT applications in online examination and identifies research trends and challenges. Here we initially all the examine details are stored in the server. Then By applying face recognition (in Open CV based) technique, you can start the online examination. Due to sometime unwanted person also enter to wright the exam, so this is the best way to identified any culprits are found or not.

<span lang="EN-US">Oral Exam system is applied all over the world, is recently applied in Turkey. After teacher candidates pass the PESE (General Knowledge, General Skills, Educational Sciences, and TPFK), they receive Oral Exam, and they are appointed with the points they receive from this stage or they are considered as unsuccessful. In other words, while Oral Exams are used as the complementary elements of written and similar other exams in the world, they are used as the sole determinants of appointing teachers in Turkey, which is beyond being complementary. As a matter of fact, in countries where Oral Exams are applied, it is observed that this system is used sometimes for preferential purposes, and the influence of Oral Exams on appointment point is kept low. Another reason for the criticisms of the educational syndicates that are active in Turkey on Oral Exam application is the suspicion of its activating the “preferential treatment” mechanism, because evaluations have subjectivity in them; and the evaluations of the members of the commission about the answers of the candidates are not based on adequate and concrete data</span>

This paper introduces a Web-based tutoring system for computer programming that provides an integrated environment for web programming. The proposed system is web-based. It provides an online editor for writing, editing, updating, and executing programming code, so the students can execute examples and practical exercises online, it can help a student navigate through the online course materials, recommend learning goals, and generate appropriate reading sequences.. In addition, it provides auto complete and syntax highlighting in editing code, which could help students to remember the syntax more easily. The proposed system provides communication and interactive forum among students and teachers. And it provides the teachers with an online exam system. It monitors, collects and keeps information about students performance and activities. Therefore, teachers can use the recorded information to keep tracking of the students progress.
