The problems of union can arise in various parts of the business process implementedthat are services to members and consumers, financial management, sales management, promotions and other various services, both the main process and supporting one. For service business processes, the union uses social media and other similiar platform. For reporting business processes, it is still carried out in a manual way. To improve the results of the business process in the system of union, it requires web-based e-commerce in order to help all of the aspects. The presence of an e-commerce system is to help promoting the products and facilitate consumers to do everything within the business processes. The design of the e-commerce system uses the MVC (Model, View, Controller). The programming language used is the PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) based on Codeigniter framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS) and Sublime Text 3 as the editor. Business processes that exist in this union could sell products in a larger area in order to convey the information about the products to consumers quickly. Problems that occur in a service can be seen in a business process carried out. Customer service, management of orders, promotions, and other services, whether it is a main process or a supporting process. In service business this service still uses social media. In business reporting, running is still done manually. To provide good results on this service, the system requires web-based e-commerce to help all who will run the service business process. With the existence of e-commerce services can facilitate existing promotions. This e-commerce system service uses the MVC model (Model, View, Controller). The programming language used is the programming language PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) and uses the Laravel framework and MySQL as a Database Management System (DBMS) and Sublime Text 3 as supporting editors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang dapat mengakomodir manajemen aset Universitas Negeri Padang, baik dalam bentuk produk / hasil kerja dari civitas dan layanan yang diselenggarakan secara internal maupun dari pihak luar yang bekerjasama dengan Universitas Negeri Padang.. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi civitas academica dalam pengembangan bisnis dan untuk mempromosikan produk dan layanan berdasarkan kategori mereka. Desain produk dan layanan sistem informasi manajemen dibangun menggunakan model waterfall dan pola desain e-commerce dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Bahasa pemrograman utama yang digunakan PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), serta CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) dan Javascript sebagai bahasa tambahan dengan MySQL sebagai Database Management System (DBMS). Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework codeigniter dengan arsitektur MVC (Model View Controller). Hasil dari sistem dapat digunakan untuk pengelolaan produk dan layanan, manajemen pemesanan sewa, kerjasama pemangku kepentingan, pengelolaan kualitas pengujian, hingga pengelolaan transaksi. Seluruh aktivitas yang terjadi pada sistem dapat didokumentasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

CV. T. Kardin Pisau Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of knives, having its address at Jl. Hegarmanah No.46 Bandung. As a manufacturing company, CV. T. Kardin Pisau Indonesia needs to take advantage of information technology in warehouse inventory management, no longer in manual management, namely recording in paper media, which will be vulnerable to data mismatches. Web application here is defined as an inventory application, through displays which include items to be stored in the warehouse and incoming and outgoing product transactions. The research method used here is Research and Development (R&D). Making software is done with a waterfall model which consists of stages: needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In object orientation paradigm modeling system with visual UML. The results of this study produce web-based software using the YII Framework with the MVC (Model View Controller) method. Through a web application that provides direct contact, it is hoped that the service process to consumers can be clear and fast. This inventory application can be used as material for product inventory in warehouse stock which includes recording, processing, and reporting data on warehouse inventory. Another benefit is that with this web-based application, the head office can know the inventory in the warehouse by itself so that it can quickly take action to fill the warehouse inventory.

With the wide application of the fixed telephone services and the increasing demand from enterprises and institutions, based on the unified payment platform to purchase an electronic lottery system, a system which is based on browser/server structure, developed modelling on the MVC (Model - View - Controller) design pattern, and is mainly based on the design and development of a unified payment platform, unified payment that falls into such categories as business management, payment engine, the three-channel gateway, in the form of various functional components of an abstract package and through the process engineering series for each function processing chain. Abstract business differences in parametric configuration, defined business processes through product configuration, in a unified channel gateways for different formats, different standards for each channel to send and receive packets processed. Under the unified payment System developed web payment lottery, fixed telephone payment lottery, data acquisition synchronization summary, and simulation billing functions.

DBMS (Database Management System) yang digunakan adalah MySQL. The calculation of the utilities cost of rental office in an office building that is still processed manually and conventionally is certainly troublesome for the building manager. Data processing by using office applications such as spreadsheets becomes ineffective when the number of tenants is increasing and transaction data coming in continues to grow. It causes stakeholders to often experience delays in obtaining the required reports. The research aims to build an application which can be used easily and able to provide information quickly and accurately in the process of calculating the utilities cost of rental office, which consists of the usage costs of electricity, water and gas. The application is developed by using MySQL database and PHP, HTML, CSS, Jquery as programming languages. It also applies the concept of MVC (Model-View-Controller) to the CodeIgniter framework and using agile method in developing the system. The research resulted in a web-based application of the utilities cost information system that is useful for building managers in the process of recording and calculating utilities cost automatically, so it can produce reports quickly and accurately. The advantage of the web-based application is that it allows stakeholders to obtain the required reports because they can be accessed directly online, so that the use of electricity, water and gas at rental offices can be well controlled.

This research aims to develop an electronic reporting application that helps schools manage and share student daily information at school with parents. Making it easier for student guardians to supervise their children at school. This is implemented using the applied methodology used in solving practical problems in the modern world. In its application, a web-based application was built that was designed using the MVC (Model View Controller) method which aims to group functions into a unit in accordance with their respective types such as data, display and controller so as not to be scattered. Which is implemented with the Codeigniter framework which has very good documentation, small files, good performance and easy to integrate. So as to produce a Website-based E-report system using the MVC Method that can provide services in managing data such as adding, viewing, editing, and deleting data about the daily lives of students in schools stored in the database.

Information transmission in the network is more and more accepted due to the fast and convenient of the network access. The MVC (Model-View-Controller) could be a very good solution to solve the problems as separating between user interface logic and business logic that developers found. We describe and explore ASP (Active Server Pages), PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) and robustness analysis method, and we implement MVC architecture in ASP.Net framework and PHP framework respectively. With the comparison between ASP.Net framework and PHP framework, in this study, our findings show that PHP framework is more difficult than ASP.Net framework to implement MVC architecture, and the ASP.Net framework is better than PHP framework under the same environment.
