Activities in both government and private agencies require data and information, one of which is archived. Archive is an important factor that supports the smooth running of activities in the agency. The archive information system is created efficiently and effectively with a mobile application based that aims to help users manage archives. In making this information system, Android Studio assistance software is used as a software maker program and Corel Draw as an application design maker. The method used in this application is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a sequential design process that is often used in software development, the process continues to flow downward like a waterfall through several stages namely system requirements analysis, system design, coding and finally testing. From these problems and methods produced an archive information system that aims to facilitate its users in managing records.Keywords: Information system, Archive, Android Studio, Waterfall

Abstrak: Sistem informasi penduduk dimaksud untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan dalam masyarakat. Kelurahan Sangaji kota ternate utara selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih dalam bentuk manual sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat dalam proses penambahan, penghapusan (atau pembuatan surat). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi penduduk. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengurusan dokumen kelurahan, serta menginformasikan pelayanan masyarakat yang efisiensi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem. Dalam implementasi ini digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya digunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, PHP, Database, MySQL.Abstract: The population information system is intended to improve efficiency in terms of service in the community. Sangaji Urban Village North Ternate City has an information system that is still in the manual form which makes it difficult and slow in the process of adding, deleting (or making letters). Therefore it is necessary to do research to design a population information system application. The purpose of this information system is to provide convenience to the community in managing urban village documents, as well as providing efficient public services. The steps taken in this case are system requirements analysis, system design. Abstract — Security and confidentiality of a file are important aspects because the owner of the file does not want the data to be known by irresponsible parties. To keep the file secret and secure there are techniques called cryptographic algorithms and steganographic algorithms. Cryptographic algorithms are a way to change the contents of the file to be incomprehensible, while steganographic algorithms are a way of inserting files that you want to keep secret with other file types such as images, sounds, or videos. One type of cryptography is Caesar Cipher and steganography is Least Significant Bit (LSB). Caesar Cipher is a way of securing and keeping the contents of a file secret by shifting letters, while the Least Significant Bit (LSB) is a method of insertion by replacing the rightmost or backmost bits. This research uses waterfall software development with the stages consist of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The program code is written in Java language and uses the Netbeans 8.2 application. The result of the research is that with 10 research materials, 5 document files (* .doc) and 5 image files (* .png), only 2 files of each research material can be processed by this software. The tests carried out included testing the functions and steganographic criteria such as Fidelity, Recoverable, and Robustness.   Keywords — Algorithm, Caesar Cipher; Least Significant Bit (LSB); Netbeans;

Abstract During a design process, designers iteratively go back and forth between different design stages to explore the design space and search for the best design solution that satisfies all design constraints. For complex design problems, human has shown surprising capability in effectively reducing the dimensionality of design space and quickly converging it to a reasonable range for algorithms to step in and continue the search process. Therefore, modeling how human designers make decisions in such a sequential design process can help discover beneficial design patterns, strategies, and heuristics, which are important to the development of new algorithms embedded with human intelligence to augment computational design. In this paper, we develop a deep learning based approach to model and predict designers’ sequential decisions in a system design context. The core of this approach is an integration of the function-behavior-structure model for design process characterization and the long short term memory unit model for deep leaning. This approach is demonstrated in a solar energy system design case study, and its prediction accuracy is evaluated benchmarked on several commonly used models for sequential design decisions, such as Markov Chain model, Hidden Markov Chain model, and random sequence generation model. The results indicate that the proposed approach outperforms the other traditional models. This implies that during a system design task, designers are very likely to reply on both short-term and long-term memory of past design decisions in guiding their decision making in future design process. Our approach is general to be applied in many other design contexts as long as the sequential design action data is available.

Abstract Computer needs at this time experience a significant increase this is because the computer becomes a very important item to facilitate a job. Computers are a need that cannot be abandoned and ignored by humans, almost in every field that humans do today requires computers. Until now UD Sastro Jaya is in Sekar Village, Donorojo District, Pacitan Regency in terms of recording, processing data, quantities and price of goods, data of customers and sales transaction data are still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in difficulties and inaccuracies in recording and calculating the number of types of goods, quantity of goods, price of goods and sales transaction data. To process the data processing, it is necessary to develop a computerized goods sales information system. The author uses the VB.NET software and Ms.Access in making the program. The method used in building a sales information system is the method of observation, interviews, literature, data and system analysis, system design, program making, program testing, program implementation. With this sales application, it can help and facilitate the processing of sales data and can accelerate in making reports. Keywords: Sales Information System, Vb. Net Abstrak Kebutuhan komputer pada saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini dikarenakan komputer menjadi barang yang sangat penting untuk memudahkan suatu pekerjaan. Komputer merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan dan diabaikan oleh manusia, hampir pada setiap bidang yang manusia kerjakan saat ini membutuhkan komputer. Sampai saat ini UD Sastro Jaya yang berada di Desa Sekar, Kecamatan Donorojo Kabupaten Pacitan dalam hal pencatatan, pengolahan data barang, jumlah dan harga barang, data para customer serta data transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan dengan metode konvensional, sehingga terjadi kesulitan dan ketidakakuratan dalam mencatat dan menghitung banyaknya jenis barang, jumlah barang, harga barang dan data transaksi penjualan. Untuk memproses pengolahan data tersebut, diperlukan pembangunan sistem informasi penjualan barang yang terkomputerisasi. Penulis menggunakan software VB.NET dan Ms.Access dalam pembuatan program. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi penjualan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, pustaka, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, implementasi program. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan ini, maka dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data penjualan serta dapat mempercepat dalam pembuatan laporan.   Kata kunci: Vb. Summary Objectives: To identify success and failure factors in the design process of a regional health information system. Methods: A constructive evaluation study including interviews, observations, usability study and document analysis. Results: Modelling was found to be a key element for the successful implementation of a health information system. The developed service chain model helped to define use cases and to implement seamless service chains. User participation in the design process was a success factor resulting in good user acceptance and signs of positive impacts on work practices. Evaluation study also helped system developers to guide the system’s further development. An important failure factor identified was the lack of semantic interoperability of the system components. Conclusions: The results emphasize the socio-technical nature of health information systems. The starting point for development should be thorough insight into the health care work practices where the information systems are to be used. Successful system design should start from modelling of work processes, data and information flows and definition of concepts and their relations. Health informatics as a scientific discipline provides theories and models for the design and development process.
