Abstract Computer needs at this time experience a significant increase this is because the computer becomes a very important item to facilitate a job. Computers are a need that cannot be abandoned and ignored by humans, almost in every field that humans do today requires computers. Until now UD Sastro Jaya is in Sekar Village, Donorojo District, Pacitan Regency in terms of recording, processing data, quantities and price of goods, data of customers and sales transaction data are still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in difficulties and inaccuracies in recording and calculating the number of types of goods, quantity of goods, price of goods and sales transaction data. To process the data processing, it is necessary to develop a computerized goods sales information system. The author uses the VB.NET software and Ms.Access in making the program. The method used in building a sales information system is the method of observation, interviews, literature, data and system analysis, system design, program making, program testing, program implementation. With this sales application, it can help and facilitate the processing of sales data and can accelerate in making reports. Keywords: Sales Information System, Vb. Net Abstrak Kebutuhan komputer pada saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan hal ini dikarenakan komputer menjadi barang yang sangat penting untuk memudahkan suatu pekerjaan. Komputer merupakan kebutuhan yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan dan diabaikan oleh manusia, hampir pada setiap bidang yang manusia kerjakan saat ini membutuhkan komputer. Sampai saat ini UD Sastro Jaya yang berada di Desa Sekar, Kecamatan Donorojo Kabupaten Pacitan dalam hal pencatatan, pengolahan data barang, jumlah dan harga barang, data para customer serta data transaksi penjualan masih dilakukan dengan metode konvensional, sehingga terjadi kesulitan dan ketidakakuratan dalam mencatat dan menghitung banyaknya jenis barang, jumlah barang, harga barang dan data transaksi penjualan. Untuk memproses pengolahan data tersebut, diperlukan pembangunan sistem informasi penjualan barang yang terkomputerisasi. Penulis menggunakan software VB.NET dan Ms.Access dalam pembuatan program. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem informasi penjualan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, pustaka, analisis data dan sistem, perancangan sistem, pembuatan program, pengujian program, implementasi program. Dengan adanya aplikasi penjualan ini, maka dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam pengolahan data penjualan serta dapat mempercepat dalam pembuatan laporan.   Kata kunci: Vb. In the agency administration, the letter is an important means. Important information related to the agency and the secret is embodied in it . The timeliness of receipt of both outgoing and incoming mail should also be considered, therefore the management of incoming and outgoing mail must be implemented correctly. At this time, the procedure is applied to the management of incoming and outgoing mail to the Division of Administration of the STMIK Komputama Majenang from receipt, manufacture, storage, documentation, to verify the letter, all done conventionally. Documentation of incoming and outgoing mail only in the form of writing in the ledger. While on the stage of filing a letter only a hardcopy document storage. The Administration of STMIK Komputama Majenang felt the need to change the mail management method they are currently using, into a computerized and automated mail management method. With the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Management Information System, it is expected to be able to manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems. The filing of letters is done electronically, namely the storage of softcopy documents, and is equipped with reports of incoming and outgoing letters both daily and per period. In addition, this application also helps monitor the disposition of letters at the verification stage. The research methods used to solve various problems that occur are literature, observation, interviews, data and system analysis, system design, program development, program testing, program implementation. The result of this research is to produce an application that can manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems.

An inventory Information System is an Information System that provides information from several processes including procurement of goods, warehousing, and reporting. Therefore it is necessary to create an Inventory Information System application to improve the company's performance process which originally became computerized which will result in more detailed reports. The creation of this application is done using data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design, and database. Application program creation was developed with PHP and Waterfall model as well as tested using black-box testing. And it is expected that the manufacture of this application can facilitate the company in processing the inventory of goods, then in this research was made Designing Inventory Information System At PT. Arsen Kusuma Indonesia Jakarta.

Cooperative in SMK 1 Pariaman City is cooperative that is on developing and have a routine enough high, but the process processing the data still using a manual system. In overcoming these problems an information system is needed in order to simplify the performance of cooperative devices, then the authors designed a cooperative information system at SMK Country 1 city Pariaman. There are several methods in this writing such as research methods to develop an system the interactive model used has several stages in forming an information system, namely system planning, system analysis, system design and application of system. The result of this writing is a cooperative information system design that uses the testing phase with the blackbox method, namely system testing that focuses on functional spesifications and software and the tester can define a collection of input conditions in testing the functional specifications of the program.

Aqillah Fresh is a shop that sells herbal drinks, which was founded in 2017. This shop has sold many products and also got many customers. The data is managed by the owner of this herbal shop, starting from payment transactions, customer names, product stock and other data. But in managing these data the manager still uses conventional methods such as recording purchases, customer names and product data manually so as to create the accumulation of data. Therefore this study aims to create a websitebased information system in order to make it easier for customers to buy products from this Aqillah Fresh Store and also can make it easier for the manager to be able to manage the data that is in this store. The method used in the design of this information system uses a linear sequential method. This method proposes an approach to system developers systematically and sequentially, starting from system analysis, system design, application development, application testing and maintenance. The results of this study are an E-Commerce application that can facilitate customers in buying products at the Aqilla Fresh Store and also can facilitate the management in managing data at this store.


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

ABSTRACT<br />Background of research is human errors in manual data recording, less accurate and data<br />searching requires several time, thus cause difficulties in traceability system, while traceability is<br />to collect product history from receipt of raw materials, processing, packaging until product<br />delivery to customer. The purpose of this research is to design, and develop information system in<br />fish processing to assist traceability of seafood product from receiving, processing until shipping<br />to customer. System have feature to print QR Code label to put in products, which is readability<br />through label scanning, in packaging stage and product shipments. Information label consist of<br />product information,, species type, grade, and weight, supplier information, processing date, and<br />fishing location. System design consist of feasibility study, data collection, system analysis,<br />system design, and development, testing and implementation. Through the summary transaction<br />module, fish processing can be traced from the beginning, starting from the stage of receiving,<br />cutting, retouching to packaging. The QR code stores information where input data is faster<br />through scanning. The use of internal lot codes, makes it easier to trace fish resources at each<br />stage of fish processing, which consists of the code of the fish catch area, supplier code, and fish<br />processing date.<br />Keywords: Traceability, QR Code, Data Management, Information System<br />ABSTRAK<br />Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah banyaknya kesalahan dalam input data manual,<br />ketidakakuratan dan pencarian data yang memerlukan waktu yang lama, kesulitan dalam sistem<br />penelusuran dimana penelusuran sebagai kegiatan mengumpulkan data riwayat produk dari<br />penerimaan bahan baku, pengolahan, pengemasan sampai pengiriman ke pelanggan.Tujuan<br />penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang, dan membangun sistem informasi pengolahan ikan untuk<br />membantu penelusuran produk perikanan dari awal sampai akhir. Sistem menyediakan fitur untuk<br />print label QR Code untuk ditempel pada kemasan produk yang dapat dibaca oleh alat pemindai<br />dalam pengemasan maupun pengiriman produk. Informasi label terdiri dari informasi produk,<br />jenis spesies ikan, jenis, grade dan berat, informasi pemasok, tanggal pengolahan dan lokasi<br />penangkapan ikan. Perancangan terdiri dari studi pendahuluan, pengumpulan data, analisa sistem,<br />perancangan sistem dan pengujian dan implementasi sistem. Melalui modul summary transaction,<br />dapat di telusuri pengolahan ikan dari awal mulai dari tahap penerimaan, pemotongan, retouching<br />sampai pengemasan. Kode QR menyimpan informasi sebagai kode untuk scanning tahap<br />pengolahan lanjutan, proses penginputan data lebih cepat melalui pemindaian maka data ikan<br />sudah otomatis tercatat pada sistem. Penggunaan kode internal lot, memudahkan dalam<br />melakukan penelusuran sumber ikan pada setiap tahap pengolahan ikan, yang terdiri dari kode<br />wilayah tangkapan ikan, kode supplier, dan tanggal pemrosesan ikan.<br />Kata Kunci: Penelusuran, QR Code, Manajemen Data, Sistem Informasi

In this paper, we used UML method to complete the whole hospital information system analysis and design. It is described the system and determine the requirement of system’s function. It also completes the system’s architecture design and detailed design and implement to the system. The main idea of thesis is as follows: 1)It adopt UML to object-oriented the modeling hospital information system, and will be a good way to solve a few questions from hospital information system in nowadays. 2)It moves around the main ideas of RUP (use-case driven, architecture-centric, iterative and incremental). At the beginning of get demand, through the system analysis, system design, until to the final of the system implementation. It adopts the stepwise deduction to go deep into the way of refining organization to anatomize the whole the process of the hospital information system. Through the success of the hospital information system modeling to prove that the core idea of the UML-based on RUP modeling techniques is practical in the development of large-scale of application systems. At the same time, it also prepared to provide a better reference and instance for the project or team to adopt this technology.

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to work with spatially coordinated data or geographical coordinates. Based on West Sumatra Police Traffic data, there are 48 points of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra. This leads to the need for an accident-prone SIG in West Sumatera that is web-based to describe the map of vulnerable area locations along with the required information. Disaster information system appli-cations using this web using JavaScript and PHP programming language, and using MySql database and Google Maps Fire. The method used in this research is the method used by using. (UML) with stages consisting of system, system analysis, system design, and system implementation. The end result of this research is the creation of web-based GIS application that can present accident-prone location information in West Sumatra online and can be accessed easily.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi penduduk dimaksud untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan dalam masyarakat. Kelurahan Sangaji kota ternate utara selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih dalam bentuk manual sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat dalam proses penambahan, penghapusan (atau pembuatan surat). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi penduduk. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengurusan dokumen kelurahan, serta menginformasikan pelayanan masyarakat yang efisiensi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem. Dalam implementasi ini digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya digunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, PHP, Database, MySQL.Abstract: The population information system is intended to improve efficiency in terms of service in the community. Abstract: To increase the competitiveness of a company requires information, including accounting information. With a good accounting information system, it is hoped that the results of physical process efficiency, data updates and accuracy will be achieved. The system design methodology in making the system goes through the stages (1) System Survey (2) System Analysis (3) System Design (4) System Development (5) Testing (6) System Implementation (7) System maintenance. However, with limited time and funds, the researcher completed the research to the system design stage in the form of standard operating procedures (SOP). As for the conclusion, it was found that the work was still inconsistent (same work but implemented in different ways), recording errors, process delays and poor quality.The system design model that has been prepared by the researcher for the Income Accounting Information System of PT Marci consists of the following procedures: (1) order receipt (2) contract agreement (3) work process (4) billing (5) recording. Keywords: System design, accounting information system, PT MARCI
