Abstract — Security and confidentiality of a file are important aspects because the owner of the file does not want the data to be known by irresponsible parties. To keep the file secret and secure there are techniques called cryptographic algorithms and steganographic algorithms. Cryptographic algorithms are a way to change the contents of the file to be incomprehensible, while steganographic algorithms are a way of inserting files that you want to keep secret with other file types such as images, sounds, or videos. One type of cryptography is Caesar Cipher and steganography is Least Significant Bit (LSB). Caesar Cipher is a way of securing and keeping the contents of a file secret by shifting letters, while the Least Significant Bit (LSB) is a method of insertion by replacing the rightmost or backmost bits. This research uses waterfall software development with the stages consist of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The program code is written in Java language and uses the Netbeans 8.2 application. The result of the research is that with 10 research materials, 5 document files (* .doc) and 5 image files (* .png), only 2 files of each research material can be processed by this software. The tests carried out included testing the functions and steganographic criteria such as Fidelity, Recoverable, and Robustness.   Keywords — Algorithm, Caesar Cipher; Least Significant Bit (LSB); Netbeans;

The final assignment is a scientific paper, in the form of writing research results that must be completed by each student to get a bachelor's degree. In the Department of Industrial Engineering there are several stages of the process that must be done by students, including registration of supervisors, seminar proposals and final hearings. So far the registration is still using google form where it is only limited to registration, and for the final assignment guidance report has not been recorded properly and done manually using the assistance sheet in the thesis logbook so the final assignment supervisor and coordinator has difficulty monitoring the student's guidance. The purpose of this study is to build a website-based system using the codeigniter framework and the waterfall method. The stages passed in the waterfall method include needs analysis, system design, implementation and system testing. The results of this research are the final assignment guidance management system in the industrial engineering department of Muhammadiyah Malang University which can monitor, assist in reporting guidance activities, and registration in the final assignment process.The final assignment is a scientific paper, in the form of writing research results that must be completed by each student to get a bachelor's degree. The matter of time still being an important thing in a shoe’s laundry services, because it can take a long time to get a shoes laundry. That’s why it required a tracking system to checking a status from our shoes at the clinix shoes and care laundry. The making of this system uses the method, waterfall starting from requirements analysis, system design, writing program code, testing programs, implementing programs, and writing program code in a structured manner. Writing program code using PHP, MySQL database and using the framework. With Codeigniter 3 this tracking system, customers can input the receipts provided by the admin clinix shoes care, to find out the status of shoes being laundered, and in this tracking system the customer can also check rates laundry.

The Lumpatan 1 Village Office which is located on Jl.Betung-Sekayu, Lumpatan, Sekayu, Musi Banyuasin Regency is the Lumpatan I Village Office for the Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. This office has a duty as community service for the Musi Banyuasin area. However, this office does not yet have electronic media to convey information to the public, so it is difficult for people to find information about the office. So far, to find information about this office, people still come to the office directly without any media connecting the community with this office. In this study the method used is the Waterfall method which consists of five stages, namely: Needs Analysis, System Design, Coding, Testing or Implementation, and Maintenance. With this Company Profile, it will be useful for the Lumpatan 1 Village Office and users (Community) because it is a medium of information or a liaison between the office and the community. This Company Profile was built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as a medium for delivering data and the web server is localhost PHP Myadmin.

PT. Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu is still experiencing problems at this time, where the system for selecting the best Avsec officers has not reached the target and is currently not running optimally, all because the assessment of the selection of the best Avsec officers is still carried out manually / objectively. The system is designed to produce information that can help personnel managers to assess employee performance using data and models to solve problems using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The system development method used in this research is a waterfall which consists of needs analysis, system design using UML, a system designed to produce information that can help PT. Angkasa Pura II Kualanamu to assess the best Avsec officers by using data and models to solve problems using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The assessment is based on the criteria of achievement, performance, discipline, loyalty and responsibility.

Patient beds in hospitals are beds designed for people who need health care. Complaints of hospital nurses are still severe when moving patients from the patient's bed to the operating bed. Therefore we need a tool that can make it easier for nurses to move the patient's body from a particular operating bed to an inpatient bed or vice versa called APB (Automatic Patients Beds). However, the performance of APB (Automatic Patient Beds) that designed is still manual. In this study, android applications developed as controllers of APB (Automatic Patient Beds) with a sequential (waterfall) method, where this application will control the bed so that it can move automatically via android via bluetooth communication. In system design with sequential method consists of several stages, starting from the needs analysis, system design, writing program code, testing, and implementing the program. The results showed that if the patient's bed button clicked, the system would move the mattress to the operating bed, and if the operating bed button were clicked, the mattress would move to the operating bed, the patient's bed would stop if one of the beds were active, This indicates that the mattress has moved to the right position. With this application, it is expected to facilitate patient care in the hospital.

Science and technology are experiencing very rapid development, one of them in the field of web applications whose growth has been increasing rapidly. Staffing Department of Universitas Palangka Raya has used applications to manage employee data, one of them is the employee attendance list. However, the management is still not efficient because staff from the staffing department cannot directly enter employee attendance status such as leave, permission, and illness directly on attendance data processors because they have to wait for data retrieval from the electronic attendance machine at the end of the month so that the process of making attendance recapitulation runs slowly. Software development in generating a file of the attendance data of Universitas Palangka Raya employees using the Waterfall software development method. The first step is to carry out a needs analysis of the system created, including library research, data collection, consultation, and design. Based on this analysis, the system design was created that uses Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, as the system design that will be created. The next step is writing the program code. In writing program code, the programming languages used are HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as interface designs supported by PHP and MySQL programming languages for data storage and exchange. In the next step, testing is done to test the functionality of the application that has been made using the black box method. This software will be a tool to generate files on attendance data for Universitas Palangka Raya employees.

Activities in both government and private agencies require data and information, one of which is archived. Archive is an important factor that supports the smooth running of activities in the agency. The archive information system is created efficiently and effectively with a mobile application based that aims to help users manage archives. In making this information system, Android Studio assistance software is used as a software maker program and Corel Draw as an application design maker. The method used in this application is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a sequential design process that is often used in software development, the process continues to flow downward like a waterfall through several stages namely system requirements analysis, system design, coding and finally testing. From these problems and methods produced an archive information system that aims to facilitate its users in managing records.Keywords: Information system, Archive, Android Studio, Waterfall

This paper establishes a new object-oriented HIS modeling mechanism and method based on UML. For HIS development, first establish a concise and accurate model, and it is the key to the software development. It can make the developers grasp the global understanding of the whole system and the relationship between its related parts, and can prevent people prematurely get into the details of the various modules. It has a decisive influence on various aspects of the application system such as cost, performance, flexibility, security, maintenance and so on.

This paper mainly describes the process of design, modeling and implementation of college OA system. System design is based on the MVC design concept and uses the most advanced technology of UML and J2EE. And system architecture is achieved by STRUTS. Our implementation shows that this method simplifies the software development process and improves the flexibility, scalability and reusability of software.
