The vital importance of knowledge management, in today’s complicated and changing environment as a source for strategic reconstruction of an organization cannot be denied. Furthermore, the effective sharing of knowledge is one of the most important success factors in an organization. This study aims at predicting the staff’s sharing of knowledge in the central library of the University of Isfahan. The conceptual framework for this study is consisted of the completed model of Theory of Reasoned Action. The statistical population of the current study contains the staffs of central library in university of Isfahan out of which 160 participants were studied by the census method. For the validity evaluation of the model, the structural equations model was applied and based on the results of path analysis relationship between research variables it was confirmed. The research results show that the expected organizational reward, reciprocal benefits, self-efficacy of knowledge, and enjoyment in helping others affect attitude and intention for the sharing of knowledge. The research findings indicate the positive impact of subjective norms on knowledge sharing intentions.

Public services are the primary channels and government activities in which citizens contact public organizations. In turn, public services provided by the government are critical for citizens to recognize public organizations and governments according to their content and procedure. With the onset of COVID-19, the existing face-to-face public service delivery system has shown limitations in meeting citizens’ needs for public services (fastness, transparency, and safety); as a result, a shift to non-face-to-face public services is required. The study proposes the question: “How does citizens’ satisfaction with non-face-to-face public services affect public organizations (response and transparency) and government satisfaction?”. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of satisfaction (content and procedural) with non-face-to-face public services on the perception (responsiveness and transparency) of public organizations and governments’ satisfaction. Specifically, non-face-to-face public services are divided into content and procedural aspects to analyze the responsiveness and transparency of public organizations and their impact on government satisfaction. This study used a structural equations model for analysis and used data collected in 2019 by the Korea Institute of Public Administration, a representative public research institute in Korea. The main analysis results are as follows: the responsiveness and transparency of public organizations increased alongside satisfaction with content and procedural satisfaction with non-face-to-face public services, and government satisfaction increased with responsiveness to and transparency toward public organizations.

To fullfill their household food security, farmers living at lowland areas should have high capacities in improving their productivity and income in order to have food acessibility. The use of lowland areas in South Sumatera have known and have managed by society since along time ago. Some farmers have their own land (owner) and the others don’t have any land property. Nowadays farmers at lowland areas are in difficult conditions because of the climate change impact, bio-physic and socio economic problems. Farmers at lowland areas tend to have the risk at food security. Why the household of lowland farmers still faced with insecurity risk, how the capacity level influenced it, and how the alternative strategy to increase capacity of lowland farmers household, are the problem that undertake in this research. This research used survey design to 200 household of lowland farmers at Ogan Ilir and Ogan Komering Ilir District South Sumatera Province based on landowner status. Data were collected on April-June 2010. Analyzed were performed with descriptive technique and Structural Equations Model (SEM). Conclussion of this research are: (1) food security of lowland farmers are low, the influenced factors is social environment feature, empowering process, capacity of farmers houshold and extension performance; (2) capacity of farmers househould positively influenced the food security of household; (3) the capacity of farmers household increasing may obtain by emendation of empowerment process, strengthen the social environment support, and enhancement of empowerment agriculture extension.

Keywords: Farmers household capacities, household food security

The aim of this paper is to analyze the quality of the services offered by banking entities. The objective of the research has been to identify the key factors determining the service quality as perceived by the clients of banking entities in Castilla y León; it is important to note the way in which quality influences the customers' satisfaction. Others goals of the research focus on how the clients' satisfaction on the perceived service affects their loyalty to the entity.
Through a factor analysis of the main components, the key features influencing quality were found: i) physical aspects (physical structure, conveniente location, modern equipment, etc.), ii) aspects of service's performance (conventional operations and services which the bank offers and performs, personalized service, reputation of the entity, etc.), and iii) new technologies (cash dispenser, internet or phone banking). Afterwards, the results of the structural equations model indicate a great influence of the aspects of service's performance in the service quality. They also demonstrate that quality appears as an antecedent of satisfaction and that there is an influence of quality in satisfaction and of satisfaction in the loyalty of the customer to the banking entity.
The main objective of this chapter is to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on Portuguese exporting textiles small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Therefore, a quantitative methodological approach was used, conducting a descriptive, exploratory, and transversal empirical study, having applied a questionnaire to a sample of Portuguese SMEs, associated of the Portuguese textile association (ATP). The structural equations model was used for this purpose, using the partial least squares (PLS). Based on survey data from 247 firms, the empirical results indicate that 1) innovation have a positive and significant impact on differentiation, 2) proactivity and risk-taking does not have a positive and significant impact on differentiation, and 3) innovation, proactivity, and risk-taking does not have a positive and significant impact on cost leadership. This study shows that Portuguese textile SMEs seek to support and stimulate new ideas, experimentation, and creativity that surely result in new products, services, and processes.

The objective of the present study is to analyze the influence of coaches on emotional intelligence and on levels of anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and resilience among athletes. Five-hundred forty-seven semi-professional athletes between the ages of 16 and 19 participated in this study. Various statistical analyses were conducted which explain the causal relationships between the variables. The results, obtained using a structural equations model, find that while autonomy support positively predicts emotional intelligence, perceived control predicts it negatively. Moreover, emotional intelligence positively predicts self-esteem and self-determined motivation, but negatively predicts anxiety. Other results show that self-esteem positively predicts self-determined motivation, whereas anxiety predicts it negatively. Finally, self-determined motivation positively predicts resilience. Indeed, the study demonstrates the influence and the importance of coaches in relation to the emotional intelligence, psychological well-being, and motivational processes of adolescent athletes when the latter engage in their respective sports. These results help to better understand how different behavioral, emotional, and social aspects belonging to the athlete interrelate with one another during competition.

After having demonstrated the relationship between tourism and economic growth, tourism-led economic growth (TLGH), and economic-driven tourism growth (EDTG), the scientific literature was concerned with studying the relationship between tourism and economic development, limiting itself to analyzing a possible unidirectional relationship between tourism, economic growth, and economic development. In this context, the aim of this article is to determine if the relationship between tourism and economic development is bidirectional given that, although tourism can be a tool for economic development, it is also true that a higher level of economic development influences tourism growth. Using a sample of 143 countries, and applying confirmatory factor analysis together with a structural equations model, the bidirectional relationship is confirmed. Therefore, although tourism growth and economic development face different challenges, if public policies work in a coordinated manner, they may contribute significantly to improving economic development in countries that are configured as tourist destinations.
