Abstrak Tujuan Kegiatan ini adalah pengembangan usaha pengolahan melalui kerupuk pangsit. Kegiatan dilaksanakan mulai bulan April-November 2016. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan  adalah  pendidikan,  pelatihan produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha, penggunaan mesin dan pendampingan. Mitra kegiatan yaitu home industri Ofita dan home industri Uci Snack di Kota Medan. Target luaran kegiatan ini adalah  mengembangkan usaha mita melalui pembuatan kerupuk pangsit herbal. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh yaitu mitra memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengolahan kerupuk pangsit herbal, mitra berpartisipasi aktif, mitra  terampil menggunakan alat pencetak kerupuk pangsit herbal. Produksi mitra semakin baik dan penghasilan mitra juga semakin meningkat. Kata Kunci : Home Industri, Kerupuk, Pangsit, Herbal  Abstract The purpose of this activity is the development of processing business through dumpling crackers. Activities are conducted from April to November 2016. The method of activity implementation is education, production training, business management training, machine use and mentoring. Partners of the activities of home industry Ofita and home industry Uci Snack in the city of Medan. The outcome target of this activity is to develop the business of mita through the manufacture of herbal dumpling crackers. The result of the activity obtained is that the partners have knowledge about the processing of herbal dumpling crackers, actively participating partners, skilled partners using herbal dumpling cracker tool. AbstractThe purpose of this activity is to empower the potential owned by the partner community. The activities are conducted from July to November 2017. Activity partners are Ati Rohati and home industries Wahyuni. Location of activity in Suka Meriah Village Siosar Kec. Brand Kab. Karo. This village is an area where the relocation of people affected by eruption of Mount Sinabung. Located 110 km from Unimed. Methods of implementation of activities are education, production training, business management training, machine use and mentoring. Output t of this activity is 1) Potato Sticker Machine and 2) Potato Stick. Specifications of potato sticks are: 1) Have nutritional content: Carbohydrates, Proteins, fats, iron, and fiber; 2) Durable and hygienic. Results of activities obtained are partners have knowledge of potato stick processing, actively participating partners, skilled partners using potato sticker printing machine. Abstrak Tujuan kegiatan ini  : (1) Memberikan mesin pencampur adonan  dan alat pemanggang kue (oven deck) guna membantu mitra memproduksi donat; (2) Memberikan inovasi baru pada usaha donat  melalui pelatihan produksi donat bakar, sehingga jenis donat yang di produksi semakin banyak; (3) Memberikan pelatihan menajemen usaha sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksinya. Mitra kegiatan yaitu Usaha Donat Mutiara  dan Usaha Donat Citarasa di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 8 bulan tahun 2016. Metode Pelaksanaan adalah pendidikan, produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha, penggunaan alat dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh mitra mampu memproduksi donat bakar dengan berbagai kreasi. Peralatan yang diberikan kepada mitra dapat mempercepat produksi mitra. Pelatihan manajemen usaha yang diberikan dapat memperbaiki pembukuan keuangan mitra. Kata Kunci: Usaha, Donat, Bakar Abstract The purpose of this activity: (1) Providing mixing machines and oven to help partners produce donuts; (2) Providing new innovations to donut business through training in the production of grain donuts, so that the types of donuts in production more and more; (3) Providing business management training so as to increase production. Activity Partners are Donut Donut Business and Donate Cuisine Business in Deli Serdang Regency. Activities are implemented for 8 months in 2016. Implementation methods are education, production, business management training, tool usage and assistance. The results of activities obtained by the partners are able to produce donuts with a variety of fruits creations. Equipment provided to partners can accelerate partner production. Stik di buat dengan berbagai rasa, salah satunya rasa wortel.  Mitra kegiatan yaitu usaha industri rumahtangga Mekar Mandiri dan usaha industri rumahtangga Merpati Putih di Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Tujuan Kegiatan ini pengembangan usaha pengolahan stick wortel. Kegiatan dilaksanakan 8 bulan tahun 2016. Metode Pelaksanaan melalui pendidikan, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha, penggunaan mesin dan pendampingan. Target luaran yaitu : a) mesin pencetak stick wortel; b) stick wortel. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh adalah mitra mampu memproduksi stick wortel. Mitra dapat mengoperasikan mesin pencetak stick wortel dengan baik. Method Implementation through education, production training, business management training, machine use and assistance. Output targets are: a) carrot sticking machine; B) carrot sticks. The results of the activities obtained are the partners are able to produce carrot sticks. Partner can operate the carrot sticking machine well. A case study approach within an action research framework incorporating qualitative and quantitative domains was adopted to explore the impact on Queensland farmers of a farm business management extension programme. Three new indices were developed to quantify changes perceived by participants. The first measure, the Bennett Change Index, provided statistically significant evidence that attitudinal and behavioural changes were more frequent in participants with less formal education, but also more frequent in participants who had high urbanisation and self-directed learning index scores. The other 2 new indices, Management Constructs Change and Management Objectives Change, provided evidence of statistically significant changes in participant beliefs about, and attitudes towards, farm business management. Although highly correlated with each other, these changes were unrelated statistically to any of 6 other commonly used biographical or psychometric indices employed; including level of formal education. It is concluded that these new measures, with context-relevant modifications, have potential as aids to programme impact evaluation in a range of agricultural and wider applications. They may provide insights into personal psychological issues that complement direct behavioural measures of change.

This study aims to: (1) Determine the organizational structure of the Banda Aceh City Training Center (PPLM) fighting class (2) Know the stages of the process carried out in the recruitment of athletes at the Banda Aceh City Level Training Center for Students Training (3) Knowing management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the achievements of athletes of the Center for Student Training Development (PPLM) fighting the Banda Aceh City. (4) Knowing the implementation of financial management in the Center for the Training of Student Training (PPLM) fighting the Banda Aceh City degree. (5) Knowing the implementation of the management training of the Tarung College Student Training Development Center (PPLM). The study was conducted at the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The unit of analysis is the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh. (1) Organizational Structure of the Center for Training of Students Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh has been good which already has elements of the organization that continues to strive to facilitate athletes to excel. (2) The process of recruiting athletes has been carried out well because it is very selective and in accordance with the criteria / marking as determined by the standards of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (3) The implementation of facilities and infrastructure management is not good, this is because the supporting media for PPLM athlete facilities is not yet complete and only utilize what is there. (4) The implementation of financial management has been carried out well because it is in accordance with their respective portions. (5) The implementation of training management in the Tarung College Student Training Development Center (PPLM) has been going well. Considering the allocation of funds from the APBN and ABPD which is limited to each year, so that management only maximizes in accordance with the allocation of existing funds. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui struktur organisasi Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh (2) Mengetahui proses tahapan yang dilakukan dalam perekrutan atlet di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh (3) Mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung prestasi atlet Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (4) Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (5) Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen latihan Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Balai Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Unit analisisnya adalah Balai Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (1) Struktur Organisasi Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh sudah sudah baik dimana sudah memiliki unsur-unsur organisasi yang terus berupaya memfasilitasi atlet untuk berprestasi. (2) Proses perekrutan atlet sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena sangat selektif dan sudah sesuai dengan kriteria/ bencmarking sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh standar Kemenpora Republik Indonesia (3) Pelaksanaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana kurang baik, hal ini dikarenakan media pendukung fasilitas atlet PPLM belum lengkap sepenuhnya dan hanya memanfaatkan apa yang ada saja. (4) Pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena sudah sesuai dengan porsinya masing-masing. (5) Pelaksanaan manajemen latihan di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik. Mengingat alokasi dana dari APBN dan ABPD yang terbatas pada setiap tahunnya, sehingga pengelolaan hanya memaksimalkan sesuai dengan alokasi dana yang ada.
