Correctional institutions are organizations that have the same important duties and functions as other institutions in the Criminal Justice System, such as the Police, Prosecutors and Courts. The duties and functions of the Correctional Institution are to carry out guidance for prisoners and correctional students. The formulation of the problem in this research is what are the patterns, what are the obstacles and what are the efforts of the Class II/B Muara Bungo prison in conducting prisoner development based on Law Number 12 of 1995. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Informants in this study were all Penitentiary Class II/B Muara Bungo and all convicts and ex-convicts. With the number of informants as many as 12 people. The results of the study show that the pattern of fostering prisoners at the Class II/B Muara Bungo prison based on Law Number 12 of 1995 has been implemented well through spiritual development and independence. With the aim of building mental and spiritual as well as developing the potential, talents and interests of prisoners. The results of inmates coaching by the Class II/B Muara Bungo prison can also be said to be quite good because it has been able to improve the abilities and skills of prisoners in various fields of business and has been able to increase the obedience of the prisoners. However, the implementation has not been optimal due to limited facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and low awareness of prisoners to be able to do coaching. Efforts are being made to increase human resources, improve facilities and infrastructure and collaborate with the Bungo Regency Job Training Center, and provide motivation and understanding to prisoners about the importance of coaching programs.

This study was to determine the relationship between training and competence on the performance of the Pangkep district job training center employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with t test and F test models. It is known from the results of multiple linear regression testing that training and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Indicators of training needs, training targets, training curriculum, training, and trainers, affect employee performance as a condition for improving employee performance. positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Pangkep Regency Job Training Center. Background: Road traffic injuries (RTIs) are a leading public health problem. Approximately 1.3 million people die each year as a result of road traffic crashes as of June 2021. RTIs cause considerable economic losses to individuals, their families, and to nations as a whole. 93% of the world's fatalities on the roads occur in low-and middle-income countries. This study aimed to assess the pattern of RTIs among individuals attending a rural health training center in Tamil Nadu. Methods: The present study was a record based cross sectional study comprising of 113 patients who attended an outpatient department in rural health training center in Tamil Nadu from January 2021 to June 2021.We collected socio-demographic data (age and sex) and pattern of injuries from the database. We entered data in excel sheet and analyzed using SPSS version 21.0.Results: Mean (±SD) age of the patients was 34.2(±18.46) years. Most common pattern of injury was abrasion 98 (86.7%), followed by contusion 28 (24.8%) and laceration 14 (12.4%) respectively. Most RTIs required dressing 106 (93.8%) while 13 (11.5%) needed suturing. Conclusions: The present study showed that RTIs were more common in the younger male population. Abrasion was the most common type of injury reported.

In athletic horses, prolonged and intense training gives rise to an imbalance between the production of free radicals and antioxidant molecules, leading to oxidative stress. Considering the relation between exercise and oxidative stress in horses, the present work aims to validate the Kit Radicaux Libres (KRL) test as a tool to verify the influence of taming, training and racing on the total blood antioxidant activity and some haematochemical parameters. Five Italian Standardbred racehorses (two males and three females, aged 12 ± 1 months) from the same training center were selected and monitored upon arrival and during the following year until the racing season. Blood samples were obtained at different timepoints, corresponding to different steps of training. The data showed that KRL values were higher (p < 0.001) before the beginning of the taming period and at 60 days of taming, compared with the training and racing periods; additionally, the total protein value was affected by the training program, whereas no effects of training on muscle enzymes were detected. These results confirm that exercise plays a role in the production of free radicals and show that the KRL test may represent a valid method to determine oxidative stress in athletic horses.
