Banyaknya peralatan elektronika yang bekerja secara analog dan manual yang mempunyai kemampuan dan efektifitas yang rendah membuat orang berpikir untuk membuat peralatan elektronika yang mempunyai kemampuan  dan keandalan yang tinggi. Salah satu contohnya adalah aplikasi pencucian mobil otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler. Pada kesempatan ini penulis mencoba merancang sistim kerja mesin pencucian mobil otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroler AT 89C51. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan yang didapat kedalam bentuk nyata yaitu perancangan pembuatan suatu alat. Dengan batasan masalahnya yaitu perancangan dan pembuatan perangkat keras dan lunak dari mesin pencucian mobil otomatis yang menggunakan bahasa Assembly MCS-51, Mikrokontroler ATMEL 89C51, Motor Stepper penggerak belt conveyer. Metode penelitiannya adalah melakukan studi mengenai sistem mesin pencucian mobil otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroler dan rangkaian elektronika. Urutan dari sistematika penyajian adalah menyajikan latar belakang, tujuan penulisan, batasan masalah, dan diakhiri dengan sistematika pembahasan. Menyajikan gambaran tentang karakteristik dari mikrokontroler ATMEL AT89C51 yang merupakan komponen utama. Ini merupakan inti penulisan, tahap perancangan alat mulai dari tujuan, perancangan, percobaan perakitan sampai ketahap setelah dinyatakan alat berfungsi. Alat hasil rancangan akan diukur dan diuji secara keseluruhan untuk mengetahui karakteristik alat dan kendalanya yang akan diuraikan tentang prinsip kerja dan blok diagram rangkaian, rangkaian lengkap, perancangan alat, analisa rangkaian dan program komputer.

we are studying about the flat belt conveyer system with different speed, in this way we are many component used for proper performance. The flat belt conveyer system is most important device for reduce the material handling time which is very necessary in industrial application, for this purpose we are construct the highly efficiently flat belt conveyer system using of different distance between two axis of shafts.

With the improvement of the load and speed of belt conveyor, the dynamic characteristic problem of belt conveyer appears especially outstanding. This paper analyzed the force situation of the conveyer by the discrete dynamics model, divided n viscoelastic properties mass units in advance, then built system analysis dynamics model by vibration mechanics, built modal neutral file of the flexible belt block by means of finite element analysis software, and built the virtual prototype model of the belt conveyor using ADMAS program. It analyzed the effect of stiffness and damping of belt on the starting process by dynamic characteristics simulation method. The simulation results showed that the speed wave period of belt with the smaller stiffness was longer and the peak was bigger, the belt speed easily occurred stronger surge, the transverse vibration of belt conveyor became more violent. With the increasing of stiffness, the belt speed wave peak value decreased. As the same time, the speed surge also decreased when other operation parameters of the belt conveyer system are fixed, with increasing of the damping, the dynamic tension force peak became smaller gradually, it led to decrease of vibration curve peak. Damping coefficient played the important role in decreasing the vibration intensity, the research result offers a new basis for the analysis and study of the dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor.

A conveyor belt system essentially consists of an endless belt of elastic material connected between two flat pulleys and driven by the rotation of one of the pulleys by a direct current motor. Usually, the material is fed to the belt near the other end of the pulley. The moving belt that carries the material to the drive pulley tends to sag between the two end pulleys due to its own weight. Rubber conveyor belts are commonly used to transport items with uneven bottom surfaces, small items that fall between rolls, or product bags that sag between rolls.

In order to prove that the semicircle trench belt conveyer can achieve the transportation of the great inclination angle, the semicircle trench belt conveyer's basic design principles were proposed by analyzing its working principle. What’s more, on the basis of the analysis, the reasonable supporting roller group scheme of arrangement was presented. And through the comparison between the semicircle trench belt conveyer and other forms of belt conveyer, the characteristics of the semicircle trench belt conveyer were summarized. This kind of belt conveyer has a wide application prospect.
