CVT system (Continuously Variable Transmission) is a transmission system that uses a pulley and belt system, instead of using gears. The components of a continuously variable transmission are studied through this analysis, including how CVT functions. The object of this research was to decide the centrifugal force measurement. Usage of real data on motorized vehicles using CVT in this estimate. The object of this analysis was to decide the centrifugal force measurement. Usage of real motorized vehicle data using CVT in this estimation. The engine-generated details and the distance or displacement that takes place in the drive pulley. There is a top speed of 8500 RPM from the value received. 10.68984 Nm torque, kW 7.93275154, 60.6 Nm centrifugal force, displacement: 24.6 mm

This machine has a capacity of 5 kg at a time.The discussion focused on the transmission system and frame. Main powerin the form of an electric motorto be transmittedusing pulleys and V-belt. Using motor 0.75HP with a motor rotation of 1400 rpm on the main motor. Transmi typesi used pulleys and belts-v, with belt type A. The drive pulley on the motor is 75mm,puli on a 75mm grinder.

A conveyor belt system essentially consists of an endless belt of elastic material connected between two flat pulleys and driven by the rotation of one of the pulleys by a direct current motor. Usually, the material is fed to the belt near the other end of the pulley. The moving belt that carries the material to the drive pulley tends to sag between the two end pulleys due to its own weight. Rubber conveyor belts are commonly used to transport items with uneven bottom surfaces, small items that fall between rolls, or product bags that sag between rolls.

In the locations where driving forces are transmitted, the changing tensile forces cause rapid elastic deformations of the belt. The deformation changes the belt speed. Measurement of the belt speed on the friction contact sections is essential to identify elastic slippage. However, the scale of the phenomenon is small, so it is necessary to use precise measuring equipment. The article presents measurements of the linear belt speed with the use of various sensors and measuring devices. A measurement error was determined for each of the presented measurement methods. The method with the highest accuracy was used to identify the elastic slippage on the drive pulley.

In the company PT. Headquarters of Tunas Utama produces quite a lot of waste so that there needs to be a treatment to accelerate the waste processing. The problem is how to make the waste can be processed quickly so that it can be processed to be included in the production process so that there is no buildup of waste. Planning an agitator asbestos waste mixer machine, where the equipment or machine serves to accommodate the middle waste before entering into the mixing process and stirring continuously to avoid sedimentation. In this final project, the right type of agitator will be selected for the waste mixing process, then count the existing engine elements such as the type of mixer, motor, transmission, and shaft. So that it can produce the right mixer. From the results of the calculation of the mixer using a motor with a power of 0.5 HP with a reducer of 1:30, the transmission system uses a v-belt and a pulley with a drive pulley diameter of 129 mm and a driven pulley diameter of 200 mm, resulting in a rotation of 30 rpm. For the stirrer, using a paddle stirrer with a drive shaft diameter of 50 mm.Keyword : Machine element, Planning,Waste, Agitator Didalam perusahaan PT Djabes Tunas Utama menghasilkan waste yang cukup banyak sehingga perlu adanya penanganan untuk mempercepat proses pengolahan waste tersebut. Permasalahannya adalah bagaimana cara agar waste tersebut dapat diolah dengan cepat sehingga dapat diproses untuk dimasukkan pada  proses produksi sehingga tidak terjadi penumpukan waste. Maka dari itu perlu adanya mesin pengaduk untuk mengaduk middle waste tadi agar tidak terjadi pengendapan. Dan mesin pengaduk tersebut banyak macamnya.  Dan akan direncanakan sebuah mesin pengaduk waste asbes jenis agitator, dimana peralatan atau mesin ini berfungsi untuk menampung middle waste sebelum masuk ke proses mixing dan dilakukan pengadukan secara terus menerus untuk menghindari pengendapan. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dipilih jenis agitator yang tepat untuk proses pengadukan waste tersebut, kemudian menghitung elemen-elemen mesin yang ada seperti jenis pengaduk, motor, transmisi, dan poros. Sehingga dapat menghasilkan mesin pengaduk yang tepat. Dari hasil perhitungan mesin pengaduk tersebut menggunakan motor dengan daya sebesar 0,5 HP dengan reducer 1:30, sistem transmisi menggunakan v-belt dan pulley dengan ukuran diameter pulley penggerak sebesar 129 mm dan diameter pulley yang digerakkan sebesar 200 mm, sehingga menghasilkan putaran sebesar 30 rpm. Untuk pengaduknya menggunakan jenis pengaduk paddle   dengan diameter poros penggerak sebesar 50 mm.Kata kunci : Elemen  mesin, Perencanaan, Waste, Mesin pengaduk (agitator)

This study of the influence of variations in pulley diameter driven on shallot chopper machines against the chaff yield capacity is motivated by the production and consumption of shallots in Indonesia is quite high, so it takes a red onion chopper machine to facilitate the handling and processing. The purpose of this study was to make a shallot chopper machine, to analyze the effect of variations in pulley diameter on the yield of onion chopping, and to analyze the results of onion chopping. In this study, the analyzed were chopper speed with variations in pulley diameter driven 6 inch, 7 inch, 8 inch and 1½ inch drive pulley diameter. The test method uses 200 grams of shallots per experiment with repetitions three times the experiment with variations of pulley driven 6 inches, 7 inches, and 8 inches. After testing, an analysis of the data obtained in the form of chaff yield capacity is completed. The best test results were obtained using variations in pulley diameter driven by 6 inches with a chopping yield capacity of 3.77 grams / second.

A new electromagnetic drive rope and pulley type downhole blowout preventer is proposed. The moment equilibrium equation of downhole blowout preventer is established. The structural dimensions of the valve plate connecting position of blowout preventer and pulley rope location are optimized. The dynamic simulation of pulley type downhole blowout preventer is carried out to improve the parameters of this new blowout preventer and to improve its motion performance and mechanical properties.

This article summarizes the development of United States, Japan and other foreign combine threshing part monitoring system. Meanwhile it analyses the research status of China from two aspects of fault diagnostic and the relationship with feed rate. Which is specifically illustrated the present researching status of the fault alarm, fault warning, troubleshooting, and the relationship be-tween feed rate and travel speed, roller torque, the drive pulley oil pressure relations. At last it con-cludes the insufficiency in the present studies and points out the direction of the strengthened re-search that is model of real-time controlling about feed rate.
