Abstract It is known that main aspect at a belt conveyor functioning is speed control. This issue has a greater impact upon a process when two or more belt conveyers must work together in order to obtain high quality products. In this case we talk about, not only speed controlling, but of another important aspect, synchronization of belt conveyers. Present paper describes a solution designed and implemented for synchronization of two belt conveyers of different lengths. Each belt conveyer is driven by a motor. Each motor works at its own speed drive. The two conveyors are working together in a process of producing anti-slip door mats which are mainly used at inside door, decorative purpose, etc. The proposed solution is using a PLC and two variable speed drivers with different transmission ratio. This solution can be applied in processes which are divided in sub-processes that must work as a production flow.

A conveyor belt system essentially consists of an endless belt of elastic material connected between two flat pulleys and driven by the rotation of one of the pulleys by a direct current motor. Usually, the material is fed to the belt near the other end of the pulley. The moving belt that carries the material to the drive pulley tends to sag between the two end pulleys due to its own weight. Rubber conveyor belts are commonly used to transport items with uneven bottom surfaces, small items that fall between rolls, or product bags that sag between rolls.

In this work, we are studying during experiments with a flat belt conveyor system with different speeds such as 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 R.P.M. In this study, it is also included that the observations of the different load capacities (Grams) at different outlet times (Hours). The design of the flat belt conveyor system is very important for the specific speed range of the material handling system from place to place, which depends on the effective length of the belt.

In this paper, we are study about flat belt conveyer system with different R.P.M. such as 50,100,150,200,250 and 300 R.P.M. In this study, it is also included that the observations the different load carrying capacity (Grams) at different working time (Hours). The flat belt conveyer system is very important for the purpose of the material handling system from one place to other place, which is directly depended on the effective length of belt as 1800 mm. In this system we are used the D.C. motor drive system for the purpose of the loading and unloading condition of metallic hook , which is attached the lower portion of flat belt.

In this paper, we are studying the flat belt conveyor system using of D.C. motor with various speed, in this way we are used the 12 V. D.C. motor, flat belt which having 2mm thickness, speed controller, inlet container and outlet container for the purpose of finding the maximum material handling rate with speed.

Theoretical and experimental results concerning interaction between lumpy loads and loading sections of a belt conveyer have been represented. The rational parameters of the loading section of the conveyor belt are determined from the point of view of reducing the amplitude of oscillations after the interaction. The regularities of oscillation amplitude of a loading section after interaction with a single lump have been identified.

The flat belt conveyer system is most important device for reduce the material handling time which is very necessary in industrial application, for this purpose we are construct the highly efficiently flat belt conveyer system using of different distance between two axis of shafts.

Banyaknya peralatan elektronika yang bekerja secara analog dan manual yang mempunyai kemampuan dan efektifitas yang rendah membuat orang berpikir untuk membuat peralatan elektronika yang mempunyai kemampuan  dan keandalan yang tinggi. Salah satu contohnya adalah aplikasi pencucian mobil otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler. Pada kesempatan ini penulis mencoba merancang sistim kerja mesin pencucian mobil otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroler AT 89C51. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu pengetahuan yang didapat kedalam bentuk nyata yaitu perancangan pembuatan suatu alat. Dengan batasan masalahnya yaitu perancangan dan pembuatan perangkat keras dan lunak dari mesin pencucian mobil otomatis yang menggunakan bahasa Assembly MCS-51, Mikrokontroler ATMEL 89C51, Motor Stepper penggerak belt conveyer. Metode penelitiannya adalah melakukan studi mengenai sistem mesin pencucian mobil otomatis menggunakan mikrokontroler dan rangkaian elektronika. Urutan dari sistematika penyajian adalah menyajikan latar belakang, tujuan penulisan, batasan masalah, dan diakhiri dengan sistematika pembahasan. Menyajikan gambaran tentang karakteristik dari mikrokontroler ATMEL AT89C51 yang merupakan komponen utama. Ini merupakan inti penulisan, tahap perancangan alat mulai dari tujuan, perancangan, percobaan perakitan sampai ketahap setelah dinyatakan alat berfungsi. Alat hasil rancangan akan diukur dan diuji secara keseluruhan untuk mengetahui karakteristik alat dan kendalanya yang akan diuraikan tentang prinsip kerja dan blok diagram rangkaian, rangkaian lengkap, perancangan alat, analisa rangkaian dan program komputer.
