The development of technology and the internet has facilitated global activities both in the fields of economics, governance and human lifestyles. The interest in repurchasing online is of particular concern to Lazada, which have decreased the number of visitors to Lazada's online shopping sites. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of customer satisfaction in memdiasi effect of service quality on repurchase intention. The study was conducted on Lazada in Denpasar with 80 respondents. Data obtained by questionnaire which was analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality positively and significantly influences repurchase intention. Service quality positively and significantly influences customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction positively and significantly influences repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality on repurchase intention. This shows that customer satisfaction has an important role in service quality thereby increasing repurchase intention in Lazada. The development of the internet raises opportunities for the marketing of a product and bring new forms for retail transactions, one of which is online shopping.  Furthermore with the Internet, online consumers more easily gain access to information and they offered a wide variety of products and services that can be selected at competitive prices. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence of E-Service Quality, Price Perception and Experiential Marketing to Repurchase Intention which mediated by Customer Satisfaction in On-line Shopping. The amount of samples is 180 respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents who have shopped using online shopping with random sampling method. This study uses data analysis of Structural Equation Modeling by using Lisrel software. The result showed that there is the influence of e-service quality to customer satisfaction and to repurchase intention, while repurchase intention has negative influence occurs. Furthermore, price has no influence to customer satisfaction but has an influence to repurchase intention. Experiential marketing has no influence to customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. Customer satifaction has positive effect on repurchase intention. The effect of e-service quality and experiential marketing through customer satisfaction as mediation variable has no influence to repurchase intention, while price perception influence to repurchase intention.

This research aimed to investigate consumers’ intention to repurchase jamu at Jamu Café. Service quality, customer satisfaction, and Word-of-Mouth (WOM) were selected as the predictor variables. In total, 200 participants who purchased jamu at the café were selected conveniently. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses as well as Structural Equation Model (SEM). As a result, service quality influences customer satisfaction significantly. As customers are satisfied, they do word-of-mouth and repurchase. On the other hand, WOM has an insignificant impact on repurchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of customer value mediating the influence of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Agung Automall Gianyar. Variables examined in this study are variable customer value, brand image, service quality and customer satisfaction. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the sobel test. Based on the results of the analysis found that the brand image variable has a significant positive effect on customer value, the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer value, the brand image variable influences customer satisfaction, the service quality variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, the customer value variable has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer value variables have a significant positive effect on mediating brand image on customer satisfaction, customer value variables have a significant positive effect on mediating service quality to customer satisfaction. This study examines the effect of e-service quality and perceived price fairness on customer loyalty with the intervening role of customers’ satisfaction in the online shopping site in Indonesia. The research method uses a quantitative research design with a survey model. The sample used in this study is Lazada consumers which consists of five large cities in Indonesia (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tanggerang, and Bekasi City) and have done online shopping site at Lazada at least once in the last six months. The object of this research were the 200 customer respondents who had made purchases on the largest online shopping site platform of Indonesia, Lazada. Data analysis was done by using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that: first, the e-service quality and perceived price fairness affect customer satisfaction positively. Second, there is a mediating effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between e-service quality and perceived price fairness on customer loyalty. Third, e-service quality and perceived price fairness directly affect customer loyalty positively but insignificantly. The result implies that the role of customer satisfaction is significant in creating loyalty. In the online shopping site a  good quality and perception about price could positively influence customers but not necessarily form loyalty.

Nowadays, consumers are not only looking for good tastes, but they are also looking for a cosy cafe atmosphere and satisfying service. The high competition in the culinary business has forced entrepreneurs to offer different concepts to attract customers. This study will give an account of analyzing the role of cafe atmosphere, service quality and customer satisfaction in customer purchase intention in thematic cafe in Surabaya. This study involved 150 respondents with PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data. The analysis shows that all of the hypotheses proposed are supported. The results of this study also present that, compared to service quality, the cafe atmosphere has a stronger effect on customer satisfaction, leading to repurchase intention of the customers.

The existence of the internet is followed by the development of various advanced technologies such as smartphones. A smartphone is a smart phone that is equipped with various convenience features for its users. Many aspects of life are affected by the development of the internet, one of which is consumer behavior. Consumer behavior is dynamic, meaning that consumer behavior is always changing and moving all the time, therefore when the Internet and technology continue to develop, consumer behavior also changes, including in terms of shopping. Customer satisfaction and loyalty depends on the quality of service provided by the company, in the online market we are more familiar with e-service quality is a new version of service quality that was developed to evaluate a service provided on the internet network. This study will examine the effect of e-service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty by involving 276 respondents who frequently shop online. The analytical tool used is path analysis. From the findings of the study mentioned that e-service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction but e-service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. In this era, one of the business opportunity is cafe business. This study aims to explain the effect of store atmosphere, service quality, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions, and the role of customer satisfaction mediates the influence of store atmosphere and service quality on repurchase intentions. The research was conducted at The Night Market Cafe & Co Working in Denpasar, using 150 respondents and data analysis techniques in the form of Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the store atmosphere and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. The atmosphere and quality of service have a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on repurchase intentions. In addition, the results of this study also show that customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of store atmosphere and service quality on repurchase intention at The Night Market Cafe & Co Working. Technological advances are increasingly developing, making the internet not only used forcommunication and information sources, but also as an electronic trading medium or betterknown as e-commerce (electronic commerce). In e-commerce, many products are sold andpurchased online at prices that can compete with store prices. Easy transaction processesthat can be done anytime and anywhere and the price of goods is more affordable, making ecommercea shopping option. Therefore, through this research the researcher wants to knowthe attitude of online shopping towards trusts through customer satisfaction mediators.Research respondents were people who had been shopping online on the Indonesian networkand used it themselves. The number are 184 people with accidental sampling technique. Datacollection using the google.docs questionnaire which was distributed through Whats up anddata analysis using path analysis with the Lisrel program. The results of the analysis showthat there is an influence of online shopping attitudes towards trusts through customersatisfactionmediators.
