This study aims to determine the effect of tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty. Then, the impact of tourist loyalty on the intention of tourists to recommend others visit the tourist attractions. A total of 221 respondents filled out the questionnaire given by the researcher when they visited a tourist attraction, Puncak Becici Yogyakarta. This place is a new destination in Yogyakarta, so research is needed to make this place better. The hypotheses were tested by regression analyses. The results showed that tourist satisfaction has a positive effect on tourist loyalty. Then, tourist loyalty has a positive effect on the intention of tourist recommendations. The implication is that people managing tourist attractions need to maintain the level of tourist satisfaction so that tourists become loyal, and then they will have the intention to recommend others visit. This article discusses the impact of the management changes ofTanah Lot tourist attraction on community of Beraban village,Tabanan, Bali, and efforts of the new management in realizing Tanah Lot as a sustainable tourist attraction. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The management changes of Tanah Lot tourist attraction have direct and indirect impacts to the local community. The impacts are divided into three aspects, namely physical, social cultural and economic aspect. Efforts made by the new management in order to realize Tanah Lot includes adding tourist attractions, tourism facilities, distributes the location of trade, organising and supervising activities of the tourism business, and forming a group of merchants as well as establishing good relationship and communication with private land owner. Indicators used as a benchmark is the Magic Pentagon, namely a healthy economy,the welfare of the local community, does not change the natural,healthy culture, and tourist satisfaction.

Museums are more important than ever before. They play a substantial role in people‟s leisure activities and belong to one of the most important tourist attractions. The visitors have a strong effect on local economies, especially in touristic locations. Not surprisingly therefore more and more museums are founded usually in spectacular buildings. This research employs three dimensions of service quality to understand the factors underlying tourist satisfaction of „Monumen Yogya Kembali‟.These dimensions investigated are namely Service Quality, The Appearance of the Museum and Collection Management. Sampling has been conducted at the Monumen Yogya Kembali between October 12- 25th 2015. Convenient random sampling has been employed to 100 respondents. Through a 4 point Likert-type scale, tourists‟ expectations of a perfect service provider have been compared with the practices of Monumen Yogya Kembali to determine if there are any gaps. Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management‟ has been analyzed together with its effects on tourist‟ satisfaction through regression analysis. Linear regression analysis is conducted to test the research model. The regressionmodel that explains the satisfaction variable via Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management factors is tested. Accordingly, the tested regression model is meaningful (F: 34,651, p < 0.001) and independent variables can explain the50,5% of the change in the satisfaction variable. Closer analysis of the model parameterssuggests Service Quality, the Appearance of the Museum, and Collection Management variables have a significantly positive effect on satisfaction.

Using data from the 2018 Vietnam Household Living Standard Survey, our study investigates the impact of education on household income in rural Vietnam. Both mean and quantile regression analyses were employed to analyze the impact of education. We found that education has a positive effect on the household income after controlling for various factors in the models. However, quantile regression analysis reveals that the effect of schooling years increases with quantiles, suggesting that education bring higher returns for richer households. We also found that households with the heads having higher qualifications or vocational education tend to earn higher income levels. Combined together, these findings imply that while education was found to increase household income, it increases income inequality in rural Vietnam. Our research findings suggest that improving the access of poor households to better education is expected to increase their income and reduce inequality in rural Vietnam.

ABSTRAK Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara jumlah objek daya tarik wisata, jumlah akomodasi hotel, jumlah wisatawan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kabupaten Manggarai Barat periode 2010-2019. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini ialah data sekunder yang didapat dari website Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan dan juga Badan Pusat Statistik. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa : 1). Jumlah odtw tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. 2). Jumlah akomodasi hotel berpengaruh positif teradap pendapatan asli daerah. 3). Jumlah wisatawan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan asli daerah.   Kata Kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Objek Daya Tarik Wisata, Akomodasi Hotel, Jumlah Wisatawan. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the number of tourist attraction objects, the number of hotel accommodations, the number of tourists on the local revenue of West Manggarai Regency 2010-2019. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and also the Central Bureau of Statistics. From the results of this study concluded that: 1). The number of odtw has no effect on local revenue. 2). The amount of hotel accommodation has a positive effect on local revenue. 3). Purpose The purpose of this study is to find out the level of influence of Islamic attributes and pull motivation to the satisfaction of Muslim tourists visiting Indonesia. Furthermore, this study may reveal where variables have a strong influence on the variable satisfaction of Muslim tourists. In addition, this study also wanted to know if Islamic attributes can influence the satisfaction of Muslim tourists with pull motivation as a moderating variable. Design/methodology/approach Using quantitative methods, this study analyzed the results of questionnaires that have been distributed to 200 Muslim tourist respondents who have visited Indonesia. To declare the hypotheses, the collected data were analyzed with structural equation modeling-partial least square using SmartPLS application version 3.2.7. Findings From this study, it was discovered that pull motivation has more effect on the satisfaction of Muslim tourists visiting Indonesia. Other results showed that both Islamic attributes and pull motivation simultaneously affect the satisfaction of Muslim tourists. Furthermore, Islamic attributes can affect pull motivation and pull motivation can also become an intermediary variable in bridging the impact of Islamic attributes on the satisfaction of Muslim tourists. Research limitations/implications The limitations of this study include the relatively small sample used and not yet taking foreign tourists as respondents. Besides that, you can also add several variables to complement this research in the future either as an intervening variable or a mediator variable. Practical implications To increase the satisfaction of Muslim tourists traveling to Indonesia, policymakers in Indonesia must further improve the facilities of the pull motivation aspect such as the cleanliness of tourist attractions, exotic locations and hygienic shopping centers. In addition, aspects of Islamic attributes must also be updated, such as aspects of adequate worship facilities and tourist attractions that apply the concept of halal for Muslims. Originality/value The originality of this study on the pull motivation variable as an intervening variable and adding the Islamic attribute variable in the case of Muslim tourist satisfaction.

Aims: This paper aims at investigating the effects of customer relationship management in terms of tourist attractions and facilities, outlets (F&B), and front office services on tourist satisfaction. Design: A total of 136 questionnaires containing 34 items was used to collect information from tourists in Radisson resort in Aqaba city located in Jordan. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to test the research hypotheses. Findings: Results of the current study revealed that there is a significant impact of tourist attractions and facilities, and front office services on tourist satisfaction, whereas outlets (F&B), has no significant impact on it. Results of T-test showed that there is no significant difference in the impact of tourist satisfaction that in favor of gender. Also, results of ANOVA test indicated that there is no significant difference in the impact of tourist satisfaction that can be attributed to age, occupation, educational level, the purpose of the visit, holiday booked a date and a number of previous visits. Implications: this study will contribute a better understanding of tourist’s satisfaction through proper customer relationship management in terms of tourist facilities, outlets, and front office services. Originality: This study is considered the first case study that links tourist satisfaction with the prober management of the hotel facilities and outlets

Purpose The fan page of social network site can be used as a platform for the tourist attractions to interact with their consumers. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how entertainment, informativeness, and socializing gratifications affect a user’s attitude toward a tourist attraction fan page in the context of smart tourism, on which scant research has been conducted so far. Design/methodology/approach The authors investigate how entertainment, information, and socialization gratifications affect a user’s attitude toward a tourist attraction fan page of Hong Kong youth in the context of smart tourism using structural equation modeling. Findings The authors show that three aspects of gratifications, i.e., entertainment, informativeness, and socializing, have significant impacts on a user’s attitude toward a tourist attraction fan page, which subsequently has an impact on intention to visit the attraction through a user’s attitude toward a tourist attraction developed through his/her attitude toward a fan page. Originality/value Scant research has been conducted to study how uses and gratifications affect a user’s attitude toward a tourist attraction fan page in the context of smart tourism. This research fills this research gap.

Kampoeng Rabbit’s is one of the new tourist attractions established in the city of Pekanbaru about 2 years ago precisely on February 2, 2017 which has a land area of 1190M2 and is located on Jalan Kenanga, Tenayan Raya, this place is a tourist magnet in the Pekanbaru area, especially the Tenayan Raya area. The objectives of this program are: 1) Designing Kampoeng Rabbit’s management to be a family-friendly tourist destination. 2) Building a plan in developing Kampoeng Rabbit’s in order to become a tourism place that has prospects going forward. Implementation methods of this activity include initial survey activities, problem identification, needs analysis, determination of target audiences, program formulation, formulation and measurement of program success indicators, program implementation, target audience development strategies, partnership and partnership, monitoring and evaluation, results workshop with stakeholders, reporting, and updating post-program target data per 4 months. The results of the activities for the time being are: 1) The people of the Region of Tenayan Raya, especially on Jalan Kenanga, Kelurahan Mentangor Kec. Tenayan Raya can directly feel the impact of this Kampoeng Rabbit’s tour. 2) This tourist spot is an educational tourist spot that provides a family-friendly atmosphere that is suitable for extended family trips. 3) Increase the income of Kampoeng Rabbit’s manager. 4) Making Kampoeng Rabbit’s attraction can be known and known by many people, especially outside the Pekanbaru area. 5) With the cooperation of the owner of the tourist attraction and local community leaders such as the Head of RT and RW Chairman can develop Kampoeng Rabbit’s empowerment program to make the Tenayan Raya area a family-friendly tourist attraction.

The research on the Analysis of Tourist Satisfaction of Lake Sarangan Magetan Based on Tourism Experience takes the object of tourists visiting the Sarangan Magetan Lake. This study aims to analyze tourist satisfaction after visiting Sarangan lake tourism objects based on tourism experience and knowing what attributes need to be improved to increase tourist satisfaction. Respondents in this study were tourists who visited the Telaga Sarangan tourist attraction, amounting to 70 people. While the data analysis technique in this study uses the Importance Performance Analysis. The research findings show that (1) Priority factors that need to be improved are novelty indicators with question items. I get new experiences after traveling in Sarangan Lake and (2) Factors that need to be maintained and improved such as comfortable traveling in Sarangan Magetan Lake, tourists feel comfortable and happy when visiting, get an unforgettable experience after visiting, get an unforgettable experience and get new experiences, the beautiful Sarangan Lake Magetan tourist attractions, feel amazed at its beauty. Keywords—: tourist satisfaction; tourism experience.

This research is conducted to determine effect of service quality and packaging of tourist attraction on visiting decisions and the impact on tourist satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach where the results of this study are expected to provide useful strategic information in the management of the Sonobudoyo State Museum. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents taken based on the tourist population. In the discussion of this study, researchers used multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show simultan that there is a positive and significant influence between the variable quality of service and packaging of tourist attraction to visiting decisions and their impact on tourist satisfaction. The results of the analysis partially have the effect of variable service quality on tourist satisfaction that is not positive and significant.Keywords: Quality of Service, Packaging of Travel Attractions, Decisions Visit, Satisfaction of Travelers.
