Following the necessity to provide transparent information on social activities, corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure is important for companies in Indonesia. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of information ofCEO Power (CEOP), Board Capital (BCAPDUM), Media Disclosure (PMED), and Profitability (ROA) on CSR. This research usedmanufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016 as the subject. Using thepurposive sampling method, 26 companies were selected as the research sample. Research findings showed thatCEOP, PMED, and ROA haveastatistical effect on CSR disclosure, whereas BCAPDUM has no effect on CSR disclosure. Therefore, CEOP, PMED, and ROA have a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure. Keywords:   CEO Power, Board Capital, Media Disclosure, Profitability, CSR

The company makes an economic and social contribution to society in the form of corporate social responsibility (CSR). This study aims to examine the factors that influence CSR disclosure in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling method was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 27 companies. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that profitability, company growth (growth), and company size (Size) were partially related to CSR disclosure.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a very important role for the company and now become an obligation for every company. The purpose of this study examined the effect of institutional ownership, board of commissioners, profitability and size on CSR disclosure. This research conducted at mining manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2014 and obtained 76 sample companies. The method used is multiple regression analysis. The result showed only institutional ownership affecting CSR disclosure. This suggests institutional ownership structure can act in monitoring the company. Independent board has not effected on CSR, it failed to monitor the actions of top management. Profitability has not effected on the disclosure of CSR, it enabled the company to have two perspectives on CSR. The most companies view CSR as a deduction from earnings. CSR disclosure has not affect the size of the CSR disclosure area.DOI: 10.15408/etk.v16i2.5236

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of corporate social responsibility and financial performance on firm value with managerial ownership as an intermediary variable. Corporate social responsibility and financial performance are used as independent variables. Meanwhile, firm value is used as the dependent variable. Managerial ownership is used as a moderating variable in this study. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2018 period are the population in this study. Purposive sampling method is a sampling method used in this study by producing 27 companies with 2 observations to produce a sample of 54. Multiple linear regression and moderation regression analysis are the analytical methods used in this study. This research shows that corporate social responsibility and financial performance have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Then corporate social responsibility and financial performance with managerial ownership as the moderating variable have a positive and significant effect on firm value.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dampak corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan pada nilai perusahaan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel perantara. Corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan digunakan sebagai variable Independen. Sedangkan nilai perusahaan digunakan sebagai variable dependen. Kepemilikan manajerial yang digunakan sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini. Perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2017-2018 merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Metode purposive sampling merupakan metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menghasilkan sebanyak 27 perusahaan dengan pengamatan selama 2 sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 54. Regresi linier berganda dan analisis regresi moderasi merupakan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemudian corporate social responsibility dan kinerja keuangan dengan kepemilikan manajerial sebagai variabel moderating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

<em>Corporate social responsibility practice becomes important subject in company`s activity, because it will affect the company's reputation. Besides, institutional investors likely prefer to invest in companies that have a social responsibility as it is considered to increase the legitimacy and future performance. This study aims to investigate the effect of CSR disclosure on institutional ownership. We use percentages ownership to measure institutional ownership. CSR measurement instrument used in this study adopted a previous research. The instrument comes from research Hackston and Milne, which was adjusted with Bapepam regulation in Indonesia. We also divided CSR disclosures in four sub-dimensions. The samples used in this research were 115 listed agriculture, mining, and manufacturing companies in indonesian Stock Exchange which studied during the years of 2010. Using SPSS 20, The analysis methods of this research used multiple regression analysis. Studies shows that not all dimensions of CSR disclosure effect on institutional ownership. Only product dimensions of CSR disclosures has a significant positive impact on institutional ownership. However, this paper fail to find any significant impact of another CSR dimensions. Thus, our study suggests that the dimensions of the product can affect investment decisions. In contrast, institutional investors have not focused on environment, employee relation, and community activities in investment decisions.</em>

PurposeThis study aims to analyze the effect of ownership structure that consists of managerial ownership and institutional ownership of the extensive of corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure.Design/methodology/approachThe population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), as the manufacturing companies are considered to have great potential on environmental damage (Mathews, 2000). The selected sample were the companies which meet certain criteria (purposive sampling) which published the complete annual financial statements from 2011 to 2015. This study used an analysis method using partial least square (WarpPLS) to assess the effect of the structure of ownership consists of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the extent of the CSR disclosure.FindingsThe results showed that there is a direct effect of a negative and significant correlation between managerial ownership on CSR disclosure, and there is a direct effect of a positive and significant correlation between institutional ownership on CSR disclosure.Originality/valueOriginality of this paper shows PLS (WarpPLS) that applied to determine the effect between variables managerial and institutional ownership on CSR disclosure. This research is collected data financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies obtained from the Indonesia Capital Market Reference Center (PRPM), which is located in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which there has not been research by the methods and the same location.

This research is using quantitative study aimed to see whether there are influences of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Leverage, and Managerial Ownership on Tax Aggressiveness. In this research, tax aggressiveness is measured using Cash Effective Tax Rates, corporate social responsibility disclosure is measured using Corporate Social Responsibility Index, leverage is measured using Debt to Total Assets, and Managerial Ownership is measured using dummy variable. This research uses consumer goods industry sector in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2017 financial year. Number of observation of 81 samples obtained through non-probability sampling method is purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis in this study was used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 25 analysis tool with a significant level of 5% (0,05). The results of these tests indicate that (1) corporate social responsibility disclosure has a positive significant influence on tax aggressiveness, (2) leverage has no significant influence on tax aggressiveness, (3) managerial ownership has a negative influence on tax aggressivenessKeywords : Tax Aggressiveness, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, Leverage, Managerial Ownership

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure on Cost of Equity Capital. CSR disclosure index is measured based on Global Reporting Initiative standards, while Cost of Equity Capital is measured by Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). This study uses manufacturing companies which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010. By purposive sampling, this research obtained 72 companies as a samples. The control variables used are financial leverage and firm size. Multiple regression analysis by SPSS 16 was run for testing the hypothesis. The result show that CSR disclosure and financial leverage have no effect to Cost of Equity. Then, firm size have positive effect to Cost of Equity.
