Service quality is one of the biggest factors in determining consumer loyalty. The aim of this study is to analyze how the Go-Jek service quality an influence customer satisfaction in shaping customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company. This research is quantitative and the variables examined in this study are website design, reliability, trust, customer satisfaction, to support consumer loyalty. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta and the data was collected using a questionnaire based on a Likert-scale, and the taking method uses purposive sampling with 300 respondents. Data were then analyzed using structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the help of WarpPLS software. The results of the study show that the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty to the Go-Jek company were positive and significant.

This research aims to measure the financial performance of PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. The analysis was carried out based on the Decree of the Minister of State Owned Enterprise (SOE) Number:KEP-100/MBU/2002 concerning the Assessment of SOE Soundness Levels. The indicators used to measure the level of financial soundness are the return on equity (ROE), return on investment (ROI), cash ratio, current ratio, collection periods, inventory turnover, total asset turnover and equity to total assets ratio. PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk financial soundness level tended to decline, namely from A (sound) in 2018 and then decreased to BBB (less sound) in 2019.

This study aims to examine the effect of changes in individual behavior in the use of electronic payment systems on switching intentions and switching behavior of individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Total of 100 respondents from various regions in Indonesia were tested in this study. Most of the respondents are generation Z and millennial. The data were processed using SEM PLS. The results show that during the pandemic, individuals who have already used digital payment systems have the intention of switching from conventional to digital payment systems. The intention to switch has also had a positive effect on the behavior of moving from conventional to digital payment systems. This research adds references to behavioral research related to the development of the payment system in Indonesia, especially during the pandemic.

This research aims to examine the determinants of internal whistleblowing intention at OPD Purbalingga Regency. The determinants of internal whistleblowing intention need to be examined because Indonesia is one of the countries with a high level of fraud. This research used primary data in the form questionnaires with purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study were 27 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) in Purbalingga Regency, Central Java Province. The variables examined in this study were professional commitment, ethical environment, moral intensity, and personal cost. This research used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that professional commitment, ethical environment, moral intensity, and personal cost have a positive and partial effect on the intention to conduct internal whistleblowing at the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Purbalingga Regency. A person with a high moral intensity tends to have a high intensity to whistleblowing. This means that morals are often an important limitation for a person to take action. A person with high moral boundaries will not like anything beyond the existing moral rules.

Higher education is expected to be able to produce professionals who are able to compete in the era of globalization both in science and in morals, however fraudulent practices are often found in the world of education which is often referred to as academic fraud. This study aims to determine the factors that influence student academic fraud by using the fraud diamond concept and religiosity. Collecting data in this study using online questionnaires and purposive sampling techniques with the criteria of active students who have taken auditing courses 2. The sample of this study was 80 active students of the Accounting Study Program at Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta, and Universitas Sanata Dharma Yogyakarta. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression models and data testing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that opportunity and rationalization have a significant positive effect on academic cheating while pressure, capability, and religiosity have no effect on academic cheating.

This study aims to analyze the antecedents of repurchase intention on Apples smartphones. The population used in this study is the Indonesian people. While the sample taken from this study was 250 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data via google form which is distributed online through social media. The sampling technique used in this study was Convienence Sampling. The data were processed by SEM analysis using the AMOS program. Data variables used in this study consisted of variables of service quality, perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results of the data analysis conducted indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on service quality variables on perceived usefulness, service quality on customer satisfaction, service quality on repurchase intentions, perceived usefulness on customer satisfaction, perceived usefulness on repurchase intentions and satisfaction. customers against repurchase intentions.

The purpose of this study is to study and compare financials for each financial period for three periods from PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk. Period 2016-2018. The company’s financial performance uses Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Investment (ROI), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). This study uses a comparative quantitative method using secondary data sources, namely the source of PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk’s financial reports since 2009. The research sample consisted of 12 financial statements selected by purposive sampling with a total of 48 data, and data analysis techniques using Two Ways ANOVA. The analysis showed a significant difference between finances based on the category of financial ratios over the three periods known from the significant value of 0,000<0.05.

There are two considerations that investors need to notice if they want to invest in the capital market, namely, return and risk. An investor needs to diversify to gain benefits and minimize risk by forming the optimal stock portfolios. This research analyzes the differences between Islamic stock (based on JII) and non-Islamic stock (based on LQ45) stock portfolio investment using the single index model. The samples were consistently listed on the JII and LQ45 stock indices in January 2018-December 2019. There are 35 stocks for the LQ45 stock index and 25 stocks on the JII stock index. Sharia stocks' optimal portfolio comprises three stocks, while the optimal portfolio of non-Islamic stocks shall consist of four stocks. The Independent Sample T-Test was implemented to analyze the differences between the Islamic (JII) and non-Islamic (LQ45) optimal stock portfolios based on the Sharpe Ratio, Jensen Ratio, and Treynor Ratio. The results show that there is no significant difference between Islamic and non-Islamic stocks.

This study is to determine the level of Islamic financial literacy of Islamic banking study program students about Islamic capital market derivative products. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The instrument used was a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample in this study amounted to 70 students of Islamic banking study programs in the year 2015/2016. Data analysis techniques in the validity test using Person Correlation, reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha and frequency testing. The results showed that the level of Islamic financial literacy of IAIN Bengkulu Islamic study program students was in the Medium category. The medium category is in the indicators of the level of knowledge and confidence level of 62.88% and 62.91%. Whereas the skill level indicator was 57.74% or still low. This percentage is interpreted into financial literacy level criteria according to Chen & Volpe, which are low (<60%) and moderate categories (60 ≤ 79%).

Justice is an important factor in improving employee performance. In its application, companies must apply good business ethics so that the relationship between justice and performance can increase. Several previous studies have discussed the relationship between fairness and performance, but still few have linked it to business ethics, especially Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice on employee engagement moderated by Islamic work ethics at Ratu Samban University (UNRAS), Bengkulu. The sampling technique used in this study is the census method, which is taking the entire population as a sample of the study. Based on the number of population then the sample in this study amounted to 80 respondents. The research variables consist of independent variables namely distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, the dependent variable is the Employee Engagement, and the moderation variable is the work ethic of Islam. Data analysis in this study using hirearki regression analysis. The results of this study prove that Distributive Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Procedural Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Interactional Justice has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Islamic Work Ethics moderate the effect of Distributive Justice on Employee Engagement, Islamic Work Ethics moderate the effect of Procedural Justice on Employee Engagement and Islamic Work Ethics  moderate the influence of Interactional Justice on Employee Engagement.
