<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

This study aims to analyze and test the effect of profitability, leverage, and managerial ownership on firm value with the moderating variable, namely Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The population used in this study is all manufacturing companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the last three years, namely 2017-2019. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The results of this study explain that profitability and leverage do not have an effect on firm value, while managerial ownership has a negative effect on firm value. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is able to moderate the effect of profitability and managerial ownership on firm value, while Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is unable to moderate the effect of leverage on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of profitability and capital structure with variable corporate social responsibility as moderation. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling method. The type of data this research is quantitative research with data sources used in the study is secondary data. The result of this research that positively affects the profitability of the company’s value, capital structure does not affect the value of the company, CSR moderating influence on the value of the company’s profitability, and CSR does not moderate the affect of capital structure on firm value

This study aims to determine whether the Corporate Social Responsibility affect the value of the company to profitability and the size of the company as variable moderang. This study is based on the theory that the rise and fall in value is influenced by the reporting company's Corporate Social Responsibility towards the public and variable proritabilitas well as the size of company that is considered capable of affecting the value of the company as Corporate Social Responsibility reporting to company value decreases and increases. This research is a quantitative research in the form of hypothesis testing. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical methods, this study uses an external data source with secondary data obtained from the financial statements issued by companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI),. The test in doing this research is the analysis of test data and test hypotheses and test the significance of studies using multiple linear regression. The results showed Corporate Social Responsibility positive effect on firm value with significance 0.012. Profitability as a moderating variable 1 does  affect the Corporate Social Responsibility and the value of the company the significance value of 0.048. The size of the company as a moderating variable 2 is considered a positive influence on Corporate Social Responsibility and the value of the company with a significance value of 0.049. This research is consistent with prior research as explained in the discussion.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of leverage and managerial ownership on firm value by disclosing corporate social responsibility as a moderating factor. This research was conducted on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using the nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique and obtained 13 mining companies, so the number of observations in the study was 65 observations over 5 years. Data analysis techniques used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the study, it shows that disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable weakens the influence of leverage on firm value, disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable that strengthens the effect of managerial ownership on firm value. Firm value are certain conditions that have been achieved by a company as a description of public confidence in the company after going through a process of activities for several years, namely since the company was founded until now. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, dividends, leverage, and corporate social responsibility to corporate value empirical study on companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The analysis showed that the positive effect on the profitability of the variable value of the company, dividends positive effect on the value of the company, while leverage has no effect on the value of the company and corporate social responsibility variable does not affect the value of the company. Adjusted R2 value of this research model is 49.3%.

This purpose to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and to determine the role of profitability in strengthening the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value. This research was conducted on consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. The number of samples was 75 in 3 years of observation, with the method of collecting samples using the nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research stated that CSR has an effect on firm value and profitability is not able to moderate the effect of CSR on firm value. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of media disclosure, environmental performance and public ownership on disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The data source used is secondary data sourced from annual reports of manufacturing companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and company websites. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The sample selection criteria are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2018 period, publishing annual reports in the 2016-2018 period, following PROPER in the 2016-2018 period, and providing the complete information needed by researchers related to variables -research variable. Manufacturing companies that fit the criteria and can be used as research samples are 72. The data collection method is by downloading financial reports and annual reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and searching for the company's website. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis method with analysis instruments in the form of descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value through the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR Disclosure). The sample in this study was 105 objects of observation obtained using purposive sampling technique from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results show that profitability has a negative and significant effect on CSR disclosure but is positive and significant on firm value, while firm size has a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure but is positive and not significant on firm value, while CSR disclosure has a positive and significant effect on firm value and able to mediate the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of profitability on firm value with corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable on the finance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study population is all finance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange at the end of the observation period, namely 2017. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 24 companies. The data used is secondary data taken from the company's annual report through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The test uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 16 Program tool. Profitability is measured using Return On Asset and Return On Equity, while company value is measured by Price to Book Value and corporate social responsibility is measured by the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index. The results showed that Return On Asset had a negative and not significant effect on firm value, Return On Equity had a positive and significant effect on firm value, CSR weakened significantly the influence of ROA on firm value, and CSR significantly strengthens the effect of ROE on firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Company Value and Profitability and how the impact of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on firm value through Profitability as an Intervening Variable. This study uses a sample of mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange and uses a purposive sampling technique. This research is quantitative. The data used is secondary data and uses data collection methods, namely documentation and literature. A study conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) shows that Corporate Social responsibility has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Corporate Social responsibility has a positive and significant impact on Profitability, and Profitability has a negative and little impact on Firm Value and Profitability can mediate Corporate Social responsibility on Firm Value as an intervening variable
