The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive on brand attitude and how attitude towards the endorsement mediates the effects of attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive on brand attitude. The population of this study is consumers of The Body Shop in Jakarta who acknowledge Jerinx. This research uses a descriptive approach. Sampling was done using a purposive sampling method. In total there were 100 respondents who participated. Data were collected using an online questionnaire, Google Form. The analysis used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS as a tool for analyzing data. The result of this study indicate that celebrity motive has a positive and significant effect towards brand attitude, while attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, and celebrity expertise have positive and not significant effects towards brand attitude. Attitude towards the endorsement is a positive and significant mediator of attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive towards brand attitude. Furthermore, this research can be used as new insights for brands on advertising their products using celebrity endorsement, how and what to consider for choosing the right celebrity endorser.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, dan celebrity motive terhadap brand attitude dan attitude towards the endorsement memediasi pengaruh attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive terhadap brand attitude. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen The Body Shop di Jakarta yang mengetahui sosok Jerinx. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pendekatan purposive sampling. Secara total terdapat 100 responden yang berpartisipasi. Data dikoleksi menggunakan kuisioner online, Google Form. Analisis yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS sebagai alat untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity motive memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand attitude, sementara attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, dan celebrity expertise memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap brand attitude. Attitude towards the endorsement merupakan mediator positif dan signifikan dari attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive pada brand attitude. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam periklanan dengan menggunakan strategi celebrity endorsement, bagaimana dan apa yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam memilih celebrity endorser.

This study determine the effect of green perceived value and green perceived risk on green repurchase intention mediated by green trust in customers of The Body Shop products in the Special Region of Yogykarta. The independent variables are green perceived value and green perceived risk. The dependent variable is a green repurchase intention. Green trust is a mediating variable. The population in this study are customers of The Body Shop products. Sample collection is done by area sampling techniques by grouping DIY into 5 groups, namely Bantul, Gunungkidul, Kota Yogyakarta, Kulon Progo, Sleman and the purposive sampling with the criteria of having made at least 2 purchases of The Body Shop products number of 150 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this study are If consumers feel the benefits of a product towards the environment is high, it will increase trust and repurchase in the product. If consumers have a negative perception of a product that is high it will reduce trust and reduce interest in repurchasing the product. Consumer trust in products can mediate consumer ratings of the benefits received, negative perceptions and repurchase in the product.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effects of celebrity endorsement on consumer perception and purchase intention of cosmetic product. The populations in this study were cosmetic users in Purwokerto region. By employing cluster sampling, 120 females who have ever watched cosmetic advertisement were chosen as the sample. The variables of this research were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the analysis results, it was revealed that Trustworthiness had no effect on consumer perception whilePhysical attractiveness and Expertise had positive effect on consumer perception and also consumer perception had positive effect on purchase intention. Those results imply that the company should choose a celebrity endorser who are possesing several aspects such as honesty, trustworthiness, and sincerity in advertising. Beside that, the company should give priority on physical attractiveness of celebrity endorser. Moreover, the company should create promotion through advertising with a celebrity endorser who has various expertises such as knowledgeabout the productsand experience to become a star of cosmetics product

The increasing of consumer needs for cosmetics must be balanced with the care of environmental issues through marketing activities (green marketing). The green marketing concept can be applied in every element of marketing mix comprehensively. The Body Shop is one of the pioneer in cosmetic companies implementing the green marketing mix. The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of green marketing mix towards consumer satisfaction and loyalty. Selected respondents are the consumer who visit the store at least two times within the last six months and above 17 years old. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by SMART PLS software. The result of this study indicate that green marketing mix’s effect towards loyalty through consumer satisfaction is higher than green marketing mix’s effect towards loyalty directly.

This research aims to analyze the influence of words of mouth and celebrity endorsers to brand awareness and brand attitude. It also examines the influence of words of mouth and celebrity endorserson brand attitude through the consumers’ brandawareness in Top Coffee, Mataram. The population of this research was the Top Coffee’s in Mataram City. There wehe 100 respondents, the sample was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that there was a positive and significant correlation between words of mouth and celebrity endorsers toward brand awareness and brand attitude. There was also insignificant or partially significant effect on the correlation of word of mouth and celebrity endorsers toward brand attitude that was mediated by brand awareness. This research has both theoretical and managerial implications in the context of Top Coffee products. Key words: words of mouth, celebrity endorser, brand awareness, brand attitude

The purpose of this study is to test the effect of service encounter quality, brand attitude, image, trust towards customer loyalty at Garuda Indonesia. Study as many as 100 respondents who knew and have used Garuda Indonesia flight services in Jakarta. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires online (Google Form) to the respondents selected in the study. The analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3 software as a tool to analyze data. The results of this study are service encounter quality doesn’t have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Brand attitude doesn’t have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Image doesn’t have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty and trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Thus the results of the study are expected to provide input for Garuda Indonesia in increasing customer loyalty. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pertemuan layanan, sikap merek, citra, kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Garuda Indonesia. Diteliti sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan yang mengetahui dan pernah menggunakan jasa penerbangan Garuda Indonesia di Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik pendekatan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online (Google Form) pada responden yang terpilih dalam penelitian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3 sebagai alat untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pertemuan layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, sikap merek tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, citra tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan jadi dari ketiga variabel tersebut tidak mampu memberi pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan untuk variabel kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi Garuda Indonesia dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

<p><b>Research Paradigm:</b> The approach for this study is based on positivism theory with an intention to obtain evidence through focused observations and identify its likeliness with the actual data collected so that it can be generalized with the findings of other scholars who have worked on the topic (Remenyi et al., 1998). As elaborated by (Gill & Johnson, 2002), the crux of positivism philosophy revolves around the relationship of cause and its effect generated by different constructs, and the best possible exploration of these variables.</p><p><b>Research Design:</b> Primary data would be collected through a structured close-ended questionnaire which use to gather the responses from the stakeholders including teachers, coordinators, and school management and human resource personnel in the private schools. Therefore, the research questionnaire adapted from Dogan (2009) and Asiyai (2016) as a research instrument.</p> <p><b>Sample Size and Sampling technique:</b> The target population for this research study consists of different stakeholders for instance: teachers, coordinators, and school management and HR personnel working in private schools of Karachi -Pakistan. Non-probability purposive sampling is being used for this study. The sample size of 400 different stakeholders from private schools would be adequate to figure out the results (Loehlin, 2004). Since the actual size of the population is not exactly known and neither accessible to conduct random sampling, therefore non probability purposive sampling is chosen. Since the sample consists of different stakeholders for instance: teachers, coordinators, and school management and HR personnel working in private schools of Karachi -Pakistan. Therefore, it is a purposive sampling.</p><p><b>Data Collection Tool:</b> In this study we used the quantitative research to measure the perceived effectiveness of in-service training in improving teacher’s performance with one independent variables: in-service training (Training need assessment and training methodology), one dependent variables teachers performance (Task performance and contextual performance), 03 mediators (professional skills, knowledge enhancement and work engagement) and one moderator (reward). Questionnaire has distributed in the several schools by hand or through email.</p><p><b>Statistical Technique:</b> Since the model consists of multiple variables with mediation and moderation model, therefore the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used. The interface terms integrated with the model is measured for statistical significance via bootstrapping method. The structural equation modeling has executed by the partial least square approach.</p><p></p>

Abstrak: Konvergensi Kecocokan Teknologi dengan Kebutuhan Konsumen dan Fungsionalitas Layanan Mobile Broadband terhadap Perilaku Use Diffusion. Kesesuaian teknologi  jaringan seluler dan perangkat dengan kebutuhan pengguna menentukan penggunaan dan membentuk perilaku penggunaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis interaksi antara kebutuhan teknologi fit dan perilaku penggunaan layanan broadband. Data diperoleh melalui survei di wilayah Jakarta. Sampel yang dikumpulkan dari 258 responden adalah pengguna layanan seluler prabayar dan pascabayar dari lima operator di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menghasilkan (1) NTF berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku difusi penggunaan (intensitas dan variasi dalam penggunaan) (2) TFF berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku penggunaan, (3) Intensitas penggunaan berpengaruh positif pada NTF dan TFF, (4) Variasi dalam penggunaan berpengaruh positif pada NTF dan TFF, (5) NTF, TFF saling mempengaruhi secara positif dengan intensitas penggunaan dan variasi penggunaan. Penelitian lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan perilaku pengguna dari perspektif pemain industri telekomunikasi lainnya seperti pengembang konten dan aplikasi serta produsen perangkat.Kata kunci: Kesesuaian Teknologi, Kebutuhan, Perangkat, layanan mobile broadband, Perilaku penggunaan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pengukuran tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap situs e-commerce. Langkah awal yang dilakukan yaitu identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan melalui studi literatur dan studi empirik untuk menentukan model analisis terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi secara online yaitu pengetahuan konsumen terhadap e-commerce, reputasi penjual, resiko dalam transaksi, kemudahan penggunaan e-commerce, jaminan sistem, sikap/perilaku terhadap sistem dan sistem keamanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Provinsi Bali menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dengan kriteria responden pernah berkunjung dan melakukan transaksi di e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia lebih dari 3 kali. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan data interval berskala 5 Likert. Instrumen terlebih dahulu diuji validitas isi dengan metode Robert Gregory, validitas empiris menggunakan rumus product moment, reliabilitas instrument menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, dan menghasilkan 59 pernyataan yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan data. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 126 responden. Teknik analisis data, pengujian hipotesis dan pengujian model menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS AMOS 21. Hasil penelitian ini melalui pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang situs e-commerce dan perlindungan keamanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan. Resiko, kemudahan e-commerce, jaminan sistem dan sistem keamanan bukan menjadi sesuatu yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan karena pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. Reputasi yang dirasakan dan sikap merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan dan paling berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian diuji menggunakan goodness of fit index dan menghasilkan bahwa model penelitian tersebut dapat diterima dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keinginan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi online

Abstract: This study examined the role of good corporate governance and investment opportunity set in maintaining firm performance. This study's sample population comprised 240 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed by using structural equation modeling analysis (SEM). The results showed that good corporate governance in terms of board size had a negative effect on firm performance. Meanwhile, good corporate governance in terms of board independence and investment opportunity set had a positive effect on firm performance.Keywords: good corporate governance, investment opportunity set, firm performance Menuju Kinerja Perusahaan di Indonesia: Peran Good Corporate Governance dan Investment Opportunity Set Abstrak: Studi ini menguji peran good corporate governance dan investment opportunity set dalam menjaga kinerja perusahaan. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa good corporate governance ditinjau dari ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan good corporate governance ditinjau dari independensi dewan komisaris dan investment opportunity set berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Kata kunci: good corporate governance, investment opportunity set, kinerja perusahaan
