The aim of this research is to analyze the effects of celebrity endorsement on consumer perception and purchase intention of cosmetic product. The populations in this study were cosmetic users in Purwokerto region. By employing cluster sampling, 120 females who have ever watched cosmetic advertisement were chosen as the sample. The variables of this research were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the analysis results, it was revealed that Trustworthiness had no effect on consumer perception whilePhysical attractiveness and Expertise had positive effect on consumer perception and also consumer perception had positive effect on purchase intention. Those results imply that the company should choose a celebrity endorser who are possesing several aspects such as honesty, trustworthiness, and sincerity in advertising. Beside that, the company should give priority on physical attractiveness of celebrity endorser. Moreover, the company should create promotion through advertising with a celebrity endorser who has various expertises such as knowledgeabout the productsand experience to become a star of cosmetics product

The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive on brand attitude and how attitude towards the endorsement mediates the effects of attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive on brand attitude. The population of this study is consumers of The Body Shop in Jakarta who acknowledge Jerinx. This research uses a descriptive approach. Sampling was done using a purposive sampling method. In total there were 100 respondents who participated. Data were collected using an online questionnaire, Google Form. The analysis used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS as a tool for analyzing data. The result of this study indicate that celebrity motive has a positive and significant effect towards brand attitude, while attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, and celebrity expertise have positive and not significant effects towards brand attitude. Attitude towards the endorsement is a positive and significant mediator of attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive towards brand attitude. Furthermore, this research can be used as new insights for brands on advertising their products using celebrity endorsement, how and what to consider for choosing the right celebrity endorser.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, dan celebrity motive terhadap brand attitude dan attitude towards the endorsement memediasi pengaruh attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive terhadap brand attitude. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen The Body Shop di Jakarta yang mengetahui sosok Jerinx. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik pendekatan purposive sampling. Secara total terdapat 100 responden yang berpartisipasi. Data dikoleksi menggunakan kuisioner online, Google Form. Analisis yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS sebagai alat untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa celebrity motive memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand attitude, sementara attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, dan celebrity expertise memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap brand attitude. Attitude towards the endorsement merupakan mediator positif dan signifikan dari attitude towards the celebrity, celebrity—brand fit, celebrity expertise, and celebrity motive pada brand attitude. Selanjutnya, penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai wawasan bagi perusahaan dalam periklanan dengan menggunakan strategi celebrity endorsement, bagaimana dan apa yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam memilih celebrity endorser.

The strategy research used explanatory research and association research. The population is customers Geprek Ayam Bensu in East Jakarta and using sample as much 117 respondent. Method used quantitative research. The analyzing technique use structural equation modeling analysis. The result research is: (1) celebrity endorsement not have impact significant to purchase intention. (2) brand image have impact significant to purchase intention. ABSTRACTThe number of e-commerce companies in Indonesia causes intense competition toattract someone to visit and purchases through their site. Some of the factors that havean influence on a person's purchase intention are trust, risk perception and security.Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between trust and riskperception on consumer safety and its implications for consumer buying interest in theShopee marketplace, Jambi city. The sampling technique in this study used nonprobability sampling or rather purposive sampling with 100 respondents who wereresidents of Jambi City who used Shopee e-commerce. Data analysis was performedusing the PLS-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method processed withSmartPLS 3.2.8 software. The results of this study indicate that consumer trust and riskperception have a significant positive effect on consumer safety. Oleh karena itu,penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan dan persepsi resikoterhadap keamanan konsumen dan implikasinya terhadap minat beli konsumen dimarketplace Shopee kota Jambi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian inimenggunakan non-probability sampling atau tepatnya purposive sampling dengan 100responden yang merupakan warga Kota Jambi yang menggunakan e-commerce Shopee.Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) berbasis PLS yang diolah dengan software Smart PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen dan Persepsi risiko memiliki pengaruhpositif signifikan terhadap keamanan konsumen. Sedangkan keamanan konsumenberpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.Kata Kunci: e-commerce, Minat Beli Konsumen, Persepsi Risiko, kepercayaankonsumen dan keamanan konsumen.

This research aims to identify and examine the effect of the Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance existing areas of Jakarta. The method used is descriptive and associative. Target population studied is Unit in Unit 14 Analysis of the Tax Office in the region of Jakarta. Sampling technique used is random sampling. Model influence analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling ) with alternative method PLS ( Partial Least Square ) which is aimed at testing the Influence between Tax Transparency and Trust Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance that there diunit analysis has been given permission to conduct research. Results of the analysis showed that partially Tax Transparency and unsignificant positive effect on the Taxpayer Compliance. Similarly, the Trust Taxpayers partially positive and significant impact to the Taxpayer Compliance . Simultaneously Transparency and Trust Tax Taxpayers Against the Taxpayer Compliance effect, this means that the Tax and Trust trades Taxpayers together will increase the Taxpayer Compliance.   Keywords: Tax Transparency, Trust, Taxpayer Compliance.     Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada wilayah DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi target yang diteliti ialah Satuan Kerja yang ada di Unit Analisis 14 Kantor Pelayanan Pajak diwilayah DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampel yang digunakan ialah random sampling. Model pengaruh di analisa menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan metode alternative PLS (Partial Least Square) yang bertujuan menguji Pengaruh antara Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak yang ada diunit analisis yang telah diberi ijin untuk melakukan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Transparansi Pajak secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Begitu pula dengan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak yang secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak. Secara simultan Transparansi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, hal ini berarti bahwa dengan Transakasi Pajak dan Kepercayaan Wajib Pajak bersama-sama maka akan meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak.

PurposeIn spite of the increasing organic and interactive marketing activities over social media, a general understanding of the source credibility of voluntary user-generated content (UGC) is still limited. In line with the social identity theory, this paper examines the effects of consumers' perceived source credibility of UGC in YouTube videos on their attitudes and behavioral intentions. Additionally, source homophily theory is included to predict the antecedent of source credibility.Design/methodology/approachThree hundred and seventy two Generation Y respondents were interviewed using snowball sampling. Data were analyzed with component-based structural equation modeling technique of partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).FindingsFindings confirmed that perceived source credibility indirectly affects purchase intention (PI) and electronic word-of-mouth via attitude toward UGC. Besides, perceived source credibility mediates the effect of perceived source homophily on attitude toward UGC.Practical implicationsSince today's consumers have begun to trust and rely more on UGC than company-generated content on social media when making purchase decisions, companies may reconsider democratizing certain aspects of their branding strategies. Firms may fine-tune their marketing communication budgets – not only just by sponsoring public figures and celebrities but also by nurturing coproductive engagements with independent content creators who are ordinary consumers. Endowed with their imposing credibility, these micro-influencers and prosumers have high potentials to be uplifted to brand ambassadors.Originality/valueWhile consumers' purchase outcome can be measured easily using metrics and analytics, the roles of source homophily in stages leading up to the purchase is still elusive. Drawing on the rich theoretical basis of source homophily may help researchers to understand not only how credibility and attitude are related to PI but also how this nexus generates positive word of mouth among UGC followers within the social media circles.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah keinovatifan dapat memoderasi peran pengaruh sosial terhadap minat pembelian kopi Starbucks sebagai produk hijau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey. Responden adalah 100 konsumen Starbucks. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh sosial berpengaruh terhadap niat membeli kopi Starbucks dan keinovatifan konsumen tidak memoderasi peran pengaruh sosial terhadap minat pembelian kopi Starbuck sebagai produk hijau. The purpose of this study was to determine whether innovativeness can moderate the role of social influence in the purchase intention of Starbucks coffee as a green product. Respondents were 100 Starbucks consumers. The sampling technique is convenience sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire by survey method. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that social influence had effect on Starbucks coffee purchase intentions and consumer innovativeness did not moderate the role of social influence on the purchase intention of Starbuck coffee as a green product. This might be due to brand equity factors, collectivistic culture and limited sample size, which can be suggested for future researchers.

Salah satu kunci sukses dalam industri perbankan adalah dibutuhkannya interaksi personal dalam bentuk implementasi strategi relationship marketing (pemasaran relasi), hal ini dikarenakan sifat layanan yang tidak berwujud dan tidak bisa dipisahkan dari penyedia layanan dengan demikian lembaga perbankan harus peduli dengan pengembangan dan pengelolaan hubungan dengan pelanggan.Tujuan studi ini mengkaji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, komitmen kontinuan serta loyalitas nasabah debitur pada PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat. Hal ini di karenakan, kualitas layanan selain memiliki efek pada komitmen hubungan, kualitas layanan yang disampaikan dapat menjadi motivasi dalam diri nasabah debitur untuk melanjutkan hubungan dengan perusahaan perbankan. Komitmen pelanggan dipandang sebagai faktor kunci dalam retensi pelanggan dan loyalitas, sedangkan kualitas layanan umumnya dipandang sebagai struktur utama yang mendorong loyalitas pelanggan. Dalam studi ini, ukuran kualitas layanan diantaranya, adalah; kualitas interaksi (interaction quality), kualitas lingkungan (environment quality) dan kualitas hasil akhir (outcome quality). Adapun komitmen pelanggan, dalam hal ini dibedakan menjadi tiga yaitu, komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif dan komitmen kontinuan.Sampel dalam studi ini adalah 126 nasabah debitur PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat yang menggunakan kredit untuk kegiatan usaha dan minimal satu kali transaksi peminjaman, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling untuk menentukan kantor cabang dikarenakan lokasi PT. Bank Kalbar menyebar secara geografis serta proporsional sampel dalam menetapkan jumlah responden pada masing-masing cabang. Teknik analisi data dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil study mengatakan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif, dan komitmen kontinuan, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, serta komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif dan komitmen kontinuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah debitur PT. Bank Kalbar di Kalimantan Barat.

This research is aimed to determine the factors that significantly influence consumer perception in buying imported fruits using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The study use 164 data obtained from questionnaire, which respondents were aged 18 years old or above, from Gianyar Regency, had bought and had felt imported fruits. The study use 4 latent variables (perception, product, personal, culture) with 19 measured variables. The results showed that consumer knowledge about imported fruits (product) and culture about the use of imported fruits in traditional ceremonies (culture) were significantly influence consumer perception about consumption of imported fruit (perception).

Leader humor plays an important role in organizations because it affects employees' attitude and behavior. The positive effect of humor in organizations has been widely touted; however, research on the effect of leader humor on employee creativity is still rare. This study addressed how leader positive humor affects employee creativity and whether work engagement mediates this relationship. Data were collected from 233 supervisor–subordinate dyads in 23 Chinese hightech companies. Results of structural equation modeling indicate that leader positive humor was positively related to work engagement, and that work engagement was positively related to employee creativity. Additionally, work engagement mediated the relationship between leader positive humor and employee creativity. Thus, organizations should encourage managers to use positive humor to enhance employees' engagement at work, which will, in turn, lead to creative outcomes. This research extends understanding of the leader positive humor–employee creativity relationship.
