To date, the 2013 curriculum has been implemented for almost a decade. But this latest curriculum has not been well-implemented due to many obstacles. Accordingly, plethora studies have been extensively carried out to refine the praxis. However, the investigation of this area in junior high schools is underexplored. Thus, this study was carried out to fill this void. This research study aimed to investigate the problems in enacting 2013 Curriculum, to reveal the hindering factors, and to showcase how teachers cope with those problems. Grounded in a case study, nine English teachers of state junior high schools were recruited. Data were collected through observations, documentations, and interviews. The findings confirmed that teachers experienced some delinquent setback in translating curriculum into instruction. This was related to how they teach using suggested teaching stages, integrate intended domains of competence, and conduct authentic assessment. Furthermore, students’ lack of motivation and autonomy was also a sizeable impediment. In relation to this, some hindering factors and teachers’ endeavours to cope with the abovementioned problems were also elaborated systematically. To end this article, some practical recommendations were proposed accordingly.

This study expects to discover the improvement of science teachers' comprehension of the STEM concept, the improvement of teachers' readiness in implementing it, and the relationship between the comprehension of STEM concepts and readiness in implementing it in learning science. The participants were 50 science teachers from a few junior high schools in Ciamis who joined the workshop and simulated natural science learning dependent on STEM concepts in the Galuh University in Ciamis, Indonesia. The method of study used descriptive utilizing instruments of questionnaires and interview guide. The data were investigated using descriptive statistics with SPSS version 25.0. In addition, data from interviews were analyzed qualitatively (as complementary data). The exploration results show an increase in understanding of the STEM concept of science teachers and an increase in teacher readiness to implement it in science learning. This increase in understanding of STEM concepts and readiness to implement them is strengthened by developing a plan for implementing STEM-based learning and observing STEM-based science learning simulation activities conducted by several workshop participants. In addition, there is also a high correlation between understanding the STEM concept and the teacher's readiness to implement it in science learning.

Cyberloafing has been considered as a form of opposite / unproductive work behavior (CWB) that can endanger organizations. This study takes a different view that cyberloafing can show a potentially positive function in this context that can help employees overcome boredom at work. The sample of this study was 70 administrative employees at junior high schools in Kebumen which were taken randomly. By using PLS assistance we tested the relationship between low work underload on cyberloafing and counter-productive behavior with boredom as mediators. The results of the study indicate boredom mediates the work underload and cyberloafing relationship. Cyberloafing is used by employees as a coping strategy (adaptive behavior) to overcome work boredom compared to counter-productive behavior   Keywords: Cyberloafing, work underload, kebosanan, counter productive work behavior(CWB)
