National defense and security education for students is one of the contents of the human training strategy, aimed at training new and qualified people to perform two tasks: construction and defend the Socialist Vietnam Fatherland. It is very important and necessary to research the teaching management of national defense - security education for students of Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City in the direction of developing practical capacity. The author of the article has investigated the current situation of teaching management in defense and security education at the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City in the direction of developing practical capacity, analyzing strengths, analyzing weaknesses, causes of the situation and the problems posed.

ABSTRACT The paper aims to analyse the reality of negative emotional adjustment skills in communication with children of preschool teachers using a surveying questionnaire on a representative sample of 254 preschool teachers in Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City. Participants were recruited conveniently from a large number of preschool teachers, from 10 preschools including both public and non-public schools. In addition, the questionnaire survey was used as the main method of this research. The research results show that the level of achievement of preschool teachers in negative emotional adjustment skills related to recognising negative emotions is inappropriate for the current situation, and changing negative emotions is still limited, just at an the average level.

Social work in hospitals is an important field in social work. In Vietnam, social work in hospitals is new, and its development has been started after we had the project of the development of social work profession by the Ministry of Health in the period 2011 - 2020 and the 43/2015/TT-BYT circular about instructions on the organization and implementation of the social work in hospitals. Due to the beginning, the development of social work in the hospital in Viet Nam in general and Ho Chi Minh city, in particular, have many issues to discuss. Research about the current situation to developing social work profession in hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, we had using two main research methods: quantitative (total number of samples used is 120) and qualitative (total sample number is 15) in the social work team/room on 3 hospitals at district, city and central levels. The results of the study outlined an overview of the situation of implementation and effectiveness of social work activities in hospitals in Ho Chi Minh city: there are social workrooms/teams in all hospitals from the district to the city and central levels. Activities of social work in supporting patients and relatives of patients are diverse. Knowledge of the role of social work of the Management Board/Board of Directors, health workers, patients, and family members has been increased. However, there are still difficulties in organizing social work activities with the true of specialized and methods, there are also a less of social workers, social work services for health workers have hardly been implemented and performed… On that basis, we have also proposed solutions to promote the professionalization of social work in hospitals.

As the development of society and economy, increasing effort s are made in education and reform in both teaching and education. The number of college teachers at young age bracket is expanding, whose teaching ability pose influence on the quality of college education and teaching. Therefore, the teaching ability of young teachers has become a key issue for the smooth development of teaching management and reform in colleges and universities. This paper will first analyze the current situation of the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities, and then studies can be conducted in the strategies to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities from various aspects and angles, so as to promote the process of educational reform in colleges and universities.
