One method of evaluating the procurement is a merit point system (value system). In a merit point system price is one of the evaluation criteria, with the understanding that the more complex technical requirements and the more difficult to compare bid proposals, the lower the price weights. In general, the total value for technical bids is higher than price bids. At the auction using the merit point system, there are two main things that greatly affect the results of procurement, namely the determination of technical weighting and the price that will be used when evaluating bids and the method of weighing technical bids. When this is done correctly and appropriately, the company will get the right contractor in accordance with needs and can avoid the opportunity to commit fraud or corruption in the process of procurement. For this reason, the authors conduct research on the determination of technical weight and price as well as the method of weighting technical offerings with a case study of the selection of contracting IPM Geothermal Drilling through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach where the results of the study indicate that the AHP can assist the Procurement Planner to determine the technical weight and price as a reference for evaluating bids through the Merit Point System. Loans for civil servants and police employees must be given to employees who are entitled to receive them. Lending without any criteria makes other employees not accept them. Lending using criteria ensures that the employee given the loan is an employee who deserves to receive it. The ahp method is able to complete the selection of employees who are eligible for the loan. Because of the criteria that can determine the weight value for each attribute, and then proceed with a ranking process that will select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. In this case, the alternative in question is the one who is entitled to receive a loan based on attributes, or determining criteria in selecting employees who are eligible to receive loans. Based on the ranking, Juliana Situmorang's employee has the highest score of 0.977 compared to other employees. The ahp method is the right step in determining employees who are eligible to receive loans.

Abstract - Rekomender electoral system is a database software application that can be used to look for alternative software database selection strategy, the method of analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Rekomender systems needed by companies that have a large enough data processing such as the Bureau of Bina Sarana IT Information, expensive investments in the provision of Information Technology (IT) makes IT Bina Sarana Information Bureau to be more careful in determining the selection of database software. This study focuses on research of database software selection system with the method of analytical hierarchy process (AHP), a case study of IT Bureau Bina Sarana Infromatika with the observation unit administrator. The results of the study found that there are two (2) main criteria, namely the selection of technology and a user with an alternative strategy My SQL, Oracle and SQL Server. Having tested the system rekomender My SQL result that the top priority in the selection of database software with a 41% weighting, followed by SQL Server and Oracle 39% 21%. The end result of a system that has been created rekomender concluded that the Bureau of Bina Sarana Informatics IT can define strategy alternatives before determining database software to be used more effectively and efficiently. Abstrak¬¬ - Sistem rekomender pemilihan database software merupakan aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari alternatif strategi pemilihan database software, dengan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Sistem rekomender dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan yang memiliki pengolahan data yang cukup besar seperti Biro TI Bina Sarana Informatika, mahalnya investasi pada penyediaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) membuat Biro TI Bina Sarana Informatika lebih berhati-hati dalam menentukan pemilihan database software. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada penetilian tentang sistem pemilihan database sofware dengan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP), studi kasus Biro TI Bina Sarana Infromatika dengan unit observasi bagian Administrator. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa terdapat 2 (dua) kriteria utama pemilihan yaitu technology dan user dengan alternatif strategi My SQL, Oracle dan SQL Server. Setelah diuji coba sistem rekomender didapat hasil bahwa My SQL menjadi prioritas utama dalam pemilihan database software dengan bobot nilai 41% yang diikuti oleh SQL Server 39% dan Oracle 21%. Hasil akhir dari sistem rekomender yang telah diciptakan disimpulkan bahwa Biro TI Bina Sarana Informatika dapat menentukan alternatif strategi sebelum menentukan database software yang akan digunakan lebih efektif dan efisien. Basically, each marketplace has its own market, therefore as a seller who will start an online business, especially those who use the marketplace, they must know which marketplace is right to start their online business according to what category of goods to sell. This research is needed to help business people, in this case ornamental plant traders, choose the right marketplace for their online business activities. Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system used to help make decisions from structured and semi-structured problems. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method that can be used to select from the specified criteria. This method can simplify the criteria that are considered in making decisions for marketplace selection to be simpler and easier to understand. The results of the study show that the decisions made using the AHP method are very effective, and are expected to help make objective decisions. After processing data and analyzing respondent data, with the criteria for the number of visitors, transaction system, features, and searc engine optimization (SEO), it was found that Lazada (0.428) has the highest priority, Tokopedia (0.235) with second priority, Shopee (0.204) with priority third, and Bukalapak (0.133) with the fourth priority

During this time, the selection of non permanent lecturers, parts staffing difficulties in selecting lecturers. The obstacle faced is the large number of applicants who register to become prospective lecturers. So that the staffing or the campus must give extra time to choose prospective lecturers so that lecturers can be obtained that fit the desired criteria. PT Urchindize has more than 35 anchovy suppliers, although the company has many suppliers, it still often encounters obstacles. The obstacle felt by the company is that the supplier has not been able to meet a number of standard criteria owned by the company. The company has not yet implemented the proper selection and assessment method for suppliers. Based on this, the company must select suppliers to get suppliers who are truly able to meet company needs consistently and with quality. Based on the results of data processing using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, obtained the most influential criteria in supplier selection in the following order of priority: price criteria, delivery criteria, quality criteria, supplier relationship criteria, service criteria and responsibility. While the right supplier in the selection of suppliers for PT. Urchindize namely Mr. Ali Yudin became the main priority with a weight of 0.181, second was Mr. Akhsan with a weight of 0.159, third was Mr. Sugiyanto with a weight of 0.141, fourth was Mr. Junaidi with a weight of 0.118, the fifth was Mr. Masdawi with a weight of 0.102, the sixth was is Mrs. Mustarikah with a weight of 0.081, seventh is Mr. Sofyan and Mr. Idris with a weight of 0.073, eighth is Mr. Yusman with a weight of 0.044, the last priority is Mr. Abdul Rokhman with a weight of 0.037.
