Big data is a collection of large volume of data and extract similar data points from large dataset. Clustering is an essential data mining technique for examining large volume of data. Several techniques have been developed for handling big dataset. However, with much time consumption and space complexity, accuracy is said to be compromised. In order to improve clustering accuracy with less complexity, Sørensen-Dice Indexing based Weighted Iterative X-means Clustering (SDI-WIXC) technique is introduced. SDI-WIXC technique is used for grouping the similar data points with higher clustering accuracy and minimal time. First, number of data points is collected from big dataset. Then, along with the weight value, the given dataset is partitioned into ‘X’ number of clusters. Next, based on the similarity measure, Weighted Iterated X-means Clustering (WIXC) is applied for clustering data points. Sørensen-Dice Indexing Process is used for measuring similarity between cluster weight value and data points. Upon similarity found between weight value of cluster and data point, data points are grouped into a specific cluster. Besides, the WIXC method also improves the cluster assignments through repeated subdivision using Bayesian probability criterion. This in turn helps to group all data points and hence, improving the clustering accuracy. Experimental evaluation is carried out with number of factors such as clustering accuracy, clustering time and space complexity with respect to the number of data points. The experimental results reported that the proposed SDI-WIXC technique obtains high clustering accuracy with minimum time as well as space complexity.

The implementation of online lectures using blended learning needs to be assessed to find out the performance activities of lecturers with students in using the learning activity management system (LAMS) feature and reward lecturers with the best performance. Based on the assessment system of the best lecturers previously have not used the right methods so that the resulting decision is still not right and not accurate. This research aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the assessment process of lecturers who are the best in using LAMS. The performance of the AHP method can determine the weight value of criteria consistently and can perform a role to produce solutions in decision making. The criteria indicators used to consist of Interactive Video Teaching Materials (C1), Audio Teaching Materials (C2), URLs (C3), Forum/FBL (C4), Slide Teaching Materials (C5), Assignments (C6), Quiz (C7), Attendance (C8), and Labels (C9). The results of this study showed that the performance of the Decision Support System (DSS) using the AHP method can determine a better weight value with a consistency level of 0.080049762 from 0.1. These results presented with AHP performance can provide weighting value on each criterion and continue the multiplication process with the best lecturer assessment data to get the results of the battle. Overall these results concluded that each criterion had a degree of consistent relationship in the best lecturer assessment on LAMS.

The retail business continues to grow rapidly along with the development of science and technology in the era of globalization, but the purchase of fabric is still done manually and not computerized, such as in choosing fabrics, only looking at the shape of the color and the price tag, if it is suitable and likes it is taken immediately without thinking what type of fabric to use. used for these clothes, when they have been made into clothes or clothes, do not match the criteria desired by consumers and many ready-made clothes are returned because the color becomes dull or faded, and does not match the desired motif. The problem in this study is to determine the selection of the best fabric using SPK with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in selecting the best fabric at Crown Textile Tailor built using PHP MyAdamin programming. The decision support system method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), because it can determine the weight value for each attribute, through a ranking process selecting the best alternative from a number of alternative data, the results obtained are Viscose Rayon Fabrics worth 0.933, (Rank 1), Brukat Lace Fabrics are worth 0 .9 (Rank 2), Toyobo Cotton Fabric is worth 0.716 (Rank 3), Japanese Cotton Fabric is worth 0.700 (Rank 4).

Abstract Seagrass is a Spermatophyta plant that has many roles, including as a primary producer in the food chain in the waters. Monitoring of seagrass meadows and conditions needs to be done in order to achieve a healthy marine ecosystem. The steps taken in monitoring seagrass are by detecting and segmenting it. The purpose of the study is to implement and get information about the performance of the Mask R-CNN algorithm in detecting and segmenting the Enhalus acoroides. The dataset consists of 500 Enhalus acoroides images that had gone through a color correction and labelling process. The training process was performed with the configuration of 0.001 learning rate, batch size of 4 and some image augmentation was used to avoid overfitting. The optimum weight value was obtained after conducting the learning process with 100 epochs. A confusion matrix was used to evaluate detection performance, and linear regression was used to evaluate the segmentation produced by the model. The model evaluation results showed an accuracy value of 0.9246, a precision value of 0.9507, a recall value of 0.9712 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.8771. The value indicates that the model can detect and segment the seagrass Enhalus acoroides well and accurately.

Urban color is becoming more and more important in the construction of smart cities. This research mainly discusses the influencing factors of AHP-based 3D regional color smart city construction. From the perspective of city managers, the factors selected in the article that affect the choice of urban color planning are economic development, urban culture, designer’s ideas, customs, and natural environment. We use GIS to comprehensively collect basic geographic information data of the city. We use CityEngine and GIS data to quickly create virtual cities. When constructing the AHP model, once the weight value of each factor in the color-influencing factors of the entire smart city is obtained, the total ranking of the levels needs to be checked once. After that, the study uses the MATLAB program platform to realize the parametric design of the main color of the city, including the control of the changes in the spatial structure of the main color of the city, followed by the control of the transition and coordination mode between the key elements of the city color. Explorer provides comprehensive and rich 3D digital city roaming browsing, query positioning, analysis, and other functions; supports the loading of multiple data sets from the Internet and local; and can dynamically load massive 3D city simulation models above and below ground. Finally, the design of the urban architectural color or improvement plan is further carried out, and the urban color main color design plan is finally implemented in the implementation of the urban architectural color, which effectively realizes the quantitative control of the urban color. When evaluating smart city color resources, the color weight value of public facilities is 0.147, which accounts for 14.7% of the total weight value. This research helps to enhance the regional and local cultural characteristics.

Designing beampatterns with constant beamwidth over a wide range of frequencies is useful in many applications in speech, radar, sonar and communication. In this paper, we design constant-beamwidth beamformers for concentric ring arrays. The proposed beamformers utilize the circular geometry to provide improved beamwidth consistency compared to beamformers which are designed for linear sensor arrays of the same order. In the proposed configuration, all sensors on each ring share the same weight value. This constraint significantly simplifies the beamformers and reduces the hardware and computational resources required in a physical setup. Furthermore, a theoretical justification of the beamforming method is provided. We demonstrate the advantages of the proposed beamformers compared to the one-dimensional configuration in terms of directivity index, white noise gain and sidelobe attenuation.

This research aims to determine the right concentration of cayenne solutionso the red tilapia product most liked. The method used in this study was experimental. The research consisted of 4 treatments and 20 panelists as replicates. The treatments were addition of pineapple fruit extract solution as much as 0% (control), 10%, 20%, and 30% of the total weight of the fish meat filet and the soaking process for each treatment for 30 minutes.Based on the calculation of the value of the criteria in the form of color, aroma, taste, and texture obtained, the most important is the taste that determines the final decision of the panelists in choosing the processed product of shredded fish meat with a weight value of 0.46.Based on the parameters of preference, the product of  red tilapia shredded with 20% pineapple solution was the best treatment and the most preferred by the panelists, with organoleptic values: color 6.5; fragrance 6.3; taste 7.2; and texture 6.0. The results of the proximate test of red tilapia with the addition of a 20% pineapple solution in the soaking process for 30 minutes was the most preferred treatment by the panelists. The results were 6.2% water content, 30.18% protein, 17.72% fat and carbohydrates 41.97%.

Neuromorphic systems are the future computing systems to overcome the von Neumann’s power consumption and latency wall between memory and processing units. The two main components of any neuromorphic computing system are neurons and synapses. Synapses carry the weight of the system to be multiplied by the neuromorphic attributes, which represent the features of the task to be solved. Memristor (memoryresistor) is the most suitable circuit element to act as a synapse. Its ability to store, update and do matrix multiplication in nanoscale die area makes it very useful in neuromorphic synapses. One of the most popular memristor synapse configurations is the two-transistor–one-memristor (2T1M) synapse. This configuration is very useful in neuromorphic synapses for its ability to control reading and updating the weight on a chip by signals. The main problem with this synapse is that the reading operation is destructive, which results in changing the stored weight value. In this paper, a novel refreshment circuit is proposed to restore the correct weight in case of any destructive reading operations. The circuit makes a small interrupt time during operation without disconnecting the memristor, which makes the circuit very practical. The circuit has been simulated by using hardware-calibrated CMOS TSMC 130[Formula: see text]nm technology on Cadence Virtuoso and linear ion drift memristor Verilog-A model. The proposed circuit achieves the refreshment task accurately for several error types. It is used to refresh 2T1M synapse with any destructive reading signal shape.
