4.2.801 99. Formulations of cosmetic day cream have been developed using ostrich fat and protein hydrolyzate from the connective tissue membrane of ostrich fat, characterized by high moisturizing properties and biological activity. The formulation of the cream product includes two fractions of ostrich fat solid and liquid in different ratios, mass. , samples: 1 2,0 and 6,0 2 3,0 and 10,0 3 2,5 and 8,0, respectively. The cream made according to the recipe of sample 2 was characterized by high indicators of consumer properties: moisture content of 190 S/sm elasticity of 10,0 MPa suppleness 19,5 s. Tests of cream compositions were carried out for a month on volunteers. The study was conducted on 27 female patient aged 20 to 35 years without an allergic history with dry skin in the clinic of active longevity Institute of Beauty on the Arbat (Moscow). After daily application of cream according to sample 2 for a month, after 28 and 30 days of application, the level of skin moisture in female patients increased by 34,0. It was established that on the 15th day the skin elasticity index after using the cream increased, , according to the sample formulation: 1 by 15 2 30. The cream according to the recipe of sample 3 took an intermediate position. Positive dynamics were detected at all control stages of the daily cream test according to the recipes of samples 1, 2 and 3. On the 30th day, skin elasticity amounted, s, to samples: 1 25,0 2 23,5 3 19,5. According to the assessment of microbiological safety, the developed cream meets the regulatory requirements of TR CU 009/2011 4.2.801 99 Methodical Instructions.

This study focused on the thermal comfort of air circulation-type whole-house air-conditioning ventilation systems. We studied the influence of 24-h continuous whole-house air-conditioning on the living environment in which the occupant is sleeping. A survey was conducted in the summer of 2016 and winter of 2017 to ascertain the influence on the sleeping environment, skin moisture content, and blood pressure. We then compared the results with those of the sleeping environment of residents in air-conditioned housing surveyed the previous year. The sleeping environment when using a personal humidifier around the occupant’s head was examined during winter when the humidity is low. The results indicated that sleep latency was significantly shortened in the 24-h continuous whole-house air-conditioning ventilation system in both summer and winter because the temperature control of the bedroom before going to bed affects the sleep latency. Subjectively, no participants felt dryer than the values measured in the bedroom environment. The results implied that the comfort of the entire building was improved with continuous air-conditioned housing.

Fibrotic disorders are the end point of many chronic diseases in different tissues, where an accumulation of the extracellular matrix occurs, mainly because of the action of the connective tissue growth factor (CTGF/CCN2). Little is known about how this growth factor activity is regulated. We found that decorin null myoblasts are more sensitive to CTGF than wild type myoblasts, as evaluated by the accumulation of fibronectin or collagen III. Decorin added exogenously negatively regulated CTGF pro-fibrotic activity and the induction of actin stress fibers. Using co-immunoprecipitation and in vitro interaction assays, decorin and CTGF were shown to interact in a saturable manner with a Kd of 4.4 nm. This interaction requires the core protein of decorin. Experiments using the deletion mutant decorin indicated that the leucine-rich repeats (LRR) 10–12 are important for the interaction with CTGF and the negative regulation of the cytokine activity, moreover, a peptide derived from the LRR12 was able to inhibit CTGF-decorin complex formation and CTGF activity. Finally, we showed that CTGF specifically induced the synthesis of decorin, suggesting a mechanism of autoregulation. These results suggest that decorin interacts with CTGF and regulates its biological activity.

The article presents the examination of the ovaries of embryos, ovaries of human feti and ovaries of children of the tender age. The researches revealed the increase of the surface of follicles, nucleus and primary oocyte’s cytoplasm that tells about the fact that further follicular maturation continues in the ovaries of a child of 2–4 months old. Also we registered the increase of nuclear cytoplasmic ratio, appearance of single mature follicles with cumulus oophorus that testifies to the fact that the ovary is functionally mature. Furthermore the research revealed increased content of lipids and DNA in follicular epithelium that also tells about functional maturity of the ovary. It was found that incretory activity of an ovary during the first year of life is provided by the cells originated from the connective tissue membrane of atresic follicles.

Vitamin K - is a fat-soluble vitamin which plays an important role in the metabolism of bone and connective tissue, maintenance blood clotting properties. Vitamin K is involved in carboxylation of glutamic acid residues in the polypeptide chains of 14 human proteins, providing them with the necessary functional properties. Lack of vitamin K-dependent carboxylation of these proteins leads to changes in their biological activity. In this literature review we cover the mechanisms of vitamin K-dependent carboxylation and none bone actions of osteocalcin and matrix Gla-protein with different degrees of carboxylation.
