Contemporary aesthetic education is one of the educational methods under the contemporary cultural system, which includes contemporary educational ideas, methods, and countermeasures of art. Teachers under contemporary aesthetic education must take on the responsibility of improving their artistic qualities in this process, express differences through perceiving life, and reshape aesthetics by regulating oneself. Teachers need to be concerned about the society, and based on the present, with independent thinking, capture the essence of life and conform to the laws of art, maintain a vigilant and critical edge, advance with the times in teaching and life, as well as embody their own educational philosophies and value judgments.

Abstract I model a critical posthumanist pedagogy that uses text analysis software and is aimed at higher education students. A key purpose of the pedagogy is to help students enhance empathetic, critical and independent thinking. For their project assignment, the student chooses an unfamiliar campaign seeking to eliminate suffering and extend rights. They gather all texts from the campaign website into a corpus, which thus represents the campaign writ large. Then they use appropriate software to ascertain, efficiently and rigorously, common campaign concerns across this corpus. This puts students in a position to discern any significant concerns in the campaign corpus that are not addressed in text(s) supporting the status quo which the campaign opposes. Should significant omissions be found, students critically evaluate the status quo text(s) from the campaign’s perspective. Since this perspective derives from the student identifying (at least temporarily) with software generated data, it is a posthuman subjectivity. Engaging digitally and empathetically with a campaign’s data at scale for creation of a posthuman subjectivity can broaden awareness of disadvantage, discrimination, and suffering as well as expand horizons. Moreover, at the end of the assignment, the student is expected to formulate their own position vis-à-vis the previously unfamiliar campaign. Conditions have been created then for the student to enhance independent thinking too.

This article aims to describe ijtihad ‘Umar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb that have unique characteristics. The ijtihād of ‘Umar was based on the Qur'an and hadith, and the example of salaf al-ṣāliḥīn. The understanding of the naṣ is done by ‘Umar contextually, so as to produce ideas that suit with the needs of ummat and fair. With the comparative method, this paper further compares the ijtihād of ‘Umar with the concept of Progressive Law initiated by Satjipto Rahardjo because of their similar characteristics. The paradigm of Progressive Law is that the law solely to humans, so the law must be present for human’s maṣlaḥat. It’s also reject the status quo in the law. Between the ijtihad of ‘Umar and the Progressive laws in general have similar characteristics, both in terms of interest and the position of man as the subject of law. They are also similar in terms of potential legal reform in accordance with the times, change of venue, and the socio-historical conditions. The fundamental difference of both lies in the meanings of maṣlaḥat and the maṣlaḥat standardization.

dicontohkan orang saleh sebelumnya.

AbstractFaced with the most recent changes of the times, expectations of the nation and mission of universities, college students have been playing a major role in their respective university and become increasingly engaged in the development of universities and colleges. They are critical thinkers who are willing to undertake their responsibilities, and they have a strong sense of equality, legal awareness and consciousness for protecting their rights. In addition, in terms of the campus environment where they live, the needs of these college students vary from each other, and their demands for interest deserve much attention from both universities and the entire society. This paper intends to explore the status-quo of how contemporary college students’ demands are expressed, guided and handled in the cyberspace environment, and based on our analysis, we aim to put forward targeted suggestions of optimization. We have adopted the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the mechanism on the expression and guidance of contemporary college students’ demands in the cyberspace environment. By using such softwares as Excel, SPSS and Amos in our statistical analysis, we have established the model on the expression and guidance of contemporary college students’ demands in the cyberspace environment, which provides theoretical support for the endeavor of colleges and universities in this respect.
