The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of financial ratios on firm value carriedout in the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013 to 2017. The samplingin this study used a purposive sampling technique. Based on predetermined criteria, this study uses multiplelinear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis were obtained by the regression equation Y = α +β1x1 + β2x2 + β3x3 + ε. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that the variables of profitabilityand capital structure had a positive and significant effect on the value of the company, while the variablegrowth of the company was not significant towards firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity on tax avoidance. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 with a population of 150 companies. Determination of the sample in this research is by non probabilaty sampling method and by purposive sampling technique, so that the research sample is 63 companies. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows that all independent variables in this study, namely profitability, capital intensity, and inventory intensity have a positive effect on tax avoidance. This study aims to determine affect of size and leverage on firm value of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are all of BUMN companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012-2017, which amounted to 20 companies. The sample is in the form of selected BUMN company financial statements with certain criteria from 2012-2017. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing uses t test and F test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that firm size has a negative effect on firm value. Leverage has a positive effect on firm value. The results of the partial hypothesis test indicate that size has a significant effect on firm value while leverage does not have a significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously size and leverage have a significant effect on firm value. The contribution of size and leverage to company value is 43.8% and the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about the effect of financial performance and capital structure on firm value and whether company size can moderate the influence of financial performance and capital structure on firm value. The sample in this research is the trading, service and investment companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2016-2018. The research sample are 33 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods of this research used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating variables. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. And the firm size can not moderate the financial performance and capital structure of the firm's value

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of size, profitability, maturity, insider  ownership  and  leverage on  dividend  policy using  the LQ45 company object listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted for five consecutive years from 2015 to 2019 which included 27 sample companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using  multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  The  results  showed  that  the  size, maturity and insider ownership variables partially had an insignificant effect on dividend policy, while profitability and leverage had a significant effect on dividend policy. Simultaneously, size, profitability, maturity, insider ownership and leverage had a significant effect on dividend policy.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability on firm value and stock returns, liquidity on firm value and stock returns, and firm size on firm value and stock returns. This research uses data from 4 automotive companies. and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2009 to 2018 using multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. The results showed that profitability using ROA and firm size has an effect on firm value. Profitability with ROA and ROE proxies has an effect on stock returns. ROE and liquidity have no effect on firm value. Liquidity and firm size have no effect on stock returns.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of operational diversification and profitability on capital structure in state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data by using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all state-owned banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the period 2008-2016 a total of 41 companies, while the sample taken met the criteria of 4 companies the number of observations for 9 years (2008-2016). The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all hypotheses had a positive and significant effect based on the F test and t test. This means that both simultaneous and partial operational diversification and profitability have a positive and significant effect on the capital structure of state-owned banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.

This study uses Lintner's (1956) dividend estimation model to test the effect of earnings and leverage on dividend policy. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2014 to 2016. Sampling research conducted by purposive sampling technique which further collected as many as 52 company samples with 139 observations. This study meets the pre-assumption test required as a requirement to perform multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) earnings has a positive effect on dividend policy, (2) leverage has no negative affect on dividend policy.

The purpose of the research is to find description of liquidity, capital structure, profitability, and firm value, the influence of liquidity and capital structure to the profitability, and the influence of profitability to the firm value at PT Dharma Samudera Fishing Industries, Tbk listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research used descriptive qualitative analysis and descriptive quantitative analysis. Data collection is done by using documentation method. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and hypotesis testing. The data analysis was carried out using the IBM SPSS Statistic program version 20.The result of this research show that 1. Based on the first hypotesis testing, liquidity and capital structure have a significant effect to profitability. 2. Based on the second hypotesis testing, liquidity has no significant effect, but capital structure has significant effect to profitability. 3. Based on the third hypotesis testing, profitability has significant effect to firm value. The suggestions of this research is that company should control the liquid assets to increase profit, manage the long term debt, increase sales, and minimize the operational expenses. Furthermore, for the next researchers needs to research the other factor that effect the firm value. Keywords: Liquidity, Capital Structure, Profitability, and Firm Value.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on firm value of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The population were 72 and the sample were 40 companies. This study used the technique of classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Partial results of research showed that liquidity did not affect firm value, leverage had a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability had significant positive effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the company’s micro factors such as liquidity (CR), solvency (DER) as well as macro factors, namely interest rates to firm value (Tobin’Q) so that they can assess the development of good company conditions. The companies studied were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period of 2014 – 2018. The method of this research was explanatory research. Samples were taken by purposive sampling from a population of manufacturing companies that met the sample criteria. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity and dividends had a significant positive effect on firm value, while solvency did not support the hypothesis. Implications and suggestions are discussed in the article.
