The sample in this research is the trading, service and investment companies which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in period 2016-2018. The research sample are 33 companies using purposive sampling technique. The analysis methods of this research used multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating variables. The results showed that financial performance and firm size had a positive effect on firm value. Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. And the firm size can not moderate the financial performance and capital structure of the firm's value

This research was conducted by using multiple linear regression analysis and yielded two equations of regression model. The data obtained are secondary data using documentation method. The result of regression analysis shows that the two dimensions of capital structure have significant effect to both dimensions of profitability simultaneously. While partially, only DAR which have a significant effect on the ROE and ROA.

The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of the Profit Usage variable on Financial Performance by using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis and t test show that: The use of profit (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance (Y). In other words, it means, the use of profit has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Cash Flow (X2) has no effect on Financial Performance (Y). In other words, it means, Cash Flow has no positive and significant effect on Financial Performance.
