This Study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability on income smoothing of the manufacturers registered at the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Type of research in this study is quantitative research. The data used be in the form of secondary data taken based on the company’s financial statements in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling method. The analysis method of this research uses a regression analysis with Eviews 9 Version. Based on the result of analysis data in this research showes that the firm size have a positive effect on income smoothing while the leverage and profitability does not effect on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, financial, dividend payout ratio and firm size towards income smoothing. The dependent variable of this research is income smoothing measured by Eckel Index. The independent variables of this research are profitability measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM), financial leverage measured by Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and firm size measured by natural logarithm assets. The samples were determined based on purposive sampling method. The sample of this research are 11 manufacture companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. Secondary data used in this research was analyzed by using logistic regression method. The result of this research are (1) profitability (NPM) has no positive effect towards income smoothing, (2) financial leverage (DAR)  has no positive effect towards income smoothing, (3) Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has no positive effect towards income smoothing, (4) firm size  has significant negative effect towards income smoothing, (5) profitability, financial leverage, Dividend Payout Ratio, and firm size has significant effect towards income smoothing.

This study aims to determine the effect of Firm Size and Growth on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Quantitative research using 30 respondents and purposive sampling methods, namely (1) Manufacturing Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have submitted audited financial statements and notes to the financial statements as of December 31, according to the research period. (2) Companies that submit complete data in accordance with the information needed, namely Firm Size, Growth and Profit Management. And using secondary data is the financial statements of manufacturing companies that meet the purposive sampling requirements that are analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate (1) Firm Size has a significant negative effect on earnings management, (2) Growth has no effect on profit management. Benefits of research, (1) For practitioners, input for investors in investing in the capital market is also a reference to make a healthy company with this research. (2) For Theoretical, Add insight into Firm Size, Growth and Earnings Management.

Tax aggressiveness is the act of manipulating profits carried out through tax planning that can be both legal and illegal. Measurement of tax aggressiveness using the comparison formula for tax expense and income (ETR). The purpose of this study is to test whether there is an effect of Capital Intensity, Leverage, Return on Assets, and Company Size on Tax Aggressiveness. This type of research includes quantitative research using secondary data obtained from company financial reports. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies listed on IDX, the financial reports in rupiah, and manufacturing companies with an ETR value of less than one. The samplehas met the criteria of 249 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression using Eviews 9.0. The results showed that Capital Intensity, Leverage,ROA and Firm Size have no effect on Tax Aggressiveness. The result of this study have implications for the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) to detect the practice of tax aggressiveness by companies.  Keywords: Tax Agressiveness, Capital Intensity, Leverage, ROA,and Firm Size

This study aims to explain the effect of firm size, sales growth, and profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical fields. The sampling technique using the purposive sampling technique was obtained by 40 companies in the basic and chemical fields listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is quantitative research, using secondary data in the form of company financial statements obtained from www.idx.co.id, and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability affect firm value, while sales growth does not affect firm value.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Timeliness is information that ready to be used before losing meaning by companies who use financial statements and their capacity is still available for make a decision. The determinant factors in this study are profitability, solvency and firm size. By using purposive sampling method, obtained research samples of 30 companies. The dependent variable of this study is timeliness measured by the date the audited annual financial statement is submitted to BAPEPAM by using a dummy variable. The independent variables in this study are profitability, solvency, and firm size. Profitability is measured using return on assets (ROA), solvency is measured by the debt to assets ratio (DAR), and firm size is measured by natural log of total assets. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are the solvency has a significant and positive effect on the timeliness of financial reporting, while profitability and company size do not have an influence on the timeliness of financial reporting

This study aims to test and analyze environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study also aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and sustainability reporting disclosure on firm value. This research uses quantitative research using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. This research was conducted by selecting research data in accordance with the criteria of a sample of 17 manufacturing companies. The data used are secondary data, namely data obtained indirectly from original sources but through internet intermediary media in the form of financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and references in the form of supporting books that relate to research. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of : (1) Firm Size on Profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size on Capital Structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) on Capital Structure (DER) in the Manufacturing Sector Automotive Companies and Components on the IDX. The data used are secondary data using a sample of 13 automotive sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Sampling was done using a sensus method. This research uses a quantitative approach and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis (path analysis. The results of this study are: (1) FirmSize significantly has a positive effect on profitability (ROA). (2) Firm Size significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER). (3) Profitability (ROA) significantly has a positive effect on capital structure (DER).

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, fixed asset intensity, and firm size on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2020 period. The sample of this research was taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and certain criteria. The method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leverage has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness, while the intensity of fixed assets has no effect on tax aggressiveness, and firm size has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The implications of the results of this study provide input to companies in making decisions to minimize the tax burden paid so that companies can be more aggressive towards taxes.

Introduction: This study aims to determine the effect of insider ownership, audit committees, leverage, firm size, the number of independent commissioner on the performance of manufacturing firms in the Indonesian stock exchange. Methods: The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. This study uses a tool to answer the hypothesis in the form of multiple linear regression. The number of samples taken by the sampling technique as many as 50 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Results: From the test results indicate that there is insider ownership, audit committees, leverage significant positive effect on the performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. firm size and the number of independent commissioners no significant positive effect on the performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Conclusion and suggestion: The implication of these findings is that insider ownership, audit committees, and leverage it will be able to produce a good performance. Although firm size and the number of independent commissioners has no effect, but still must be considered, because if the firm size and the number of independent commissioners are not in accordance with the provisions of SFAS may result in the presence of certain interests that are not in accordance with the company's goals.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilas, ukuran perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional, dan komite audit terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2019. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 84 perusahaan manufaktur selama 3 tahun. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode regresi logistik.
