Quality improvement is a continuous work aimed at improving the technical level of product quality, quality of its manufacture, improving production elements and the quality system itself. The authors of the article give a specific method for improving the enterprise quality management system with a developed sequence. A risk-based approach to creating an enterprise quality management system was also considered. The main research methods in assessing the technical condition of certain building materials are differential, integrated and mixed methods. The authors show the calculation procedure using these methods, as well as the main results of their application. Then, the article provides a methodology for calculating the level of product quality, which is evaluated by a set of indicators, which do not include economic indicators.

Abstract The ISO 9000 series of standards are among the best-known standards developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation ISO. They provide guidance and guidelines for companies and organisations that want their products and services to satisfy customer requirements and their quality to be continuously improved. However, the need for recertification of the Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001 is increasingly being discussed by managers. The questions asked are: is it necessary to have such a certificate in order to maintain high product quality and customer satisfaction? What is the balance of benefits and losses for maintaining a certificate of this standard? The authors of the paper will try to answer these questions based on the experience of a medium-sized metal manufacturing company.

Abstract The aim of the article is to present the case study of implementation of the example CAQ system, which allows to meet the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 and the VDA 6.1 standards in the field of statistical process control (SPC). The foundations of the CAQ systems concept and their specific requirements, especially for companies operating in the automotive industry, for which modern CAQ tools are necessary, in the described case based on the LEAN-QS program, are presented. The article presents the observations and results of the analysis of the operation of the quality assurance system in a company that is a supplier of car parts. One of the modules of the LEAN-QS program was implemented there, which makes it possible to meet the requirements of a certified quality management system. The effectiveness of the presented tool was demonstrated, allowing to meet industry requirements while minimizing resources necessary for supervision and proper implementation of the quality management system process, which in this case is the SPC.
