One of the main barriers to implementing SUDS is concern about performance and maintenance costs since there are few well-documented case-studies. This paper summarizes studies conducted between 2000 and 2008 of the performance and maintenance of four SUDS management trains constructed in 1999 at the Hopwood Park Motorway Service Area, central England. Assessments were made of the wildlife value and sedimentation in the SUDS ponds, the hydraulic performance of the coach park management train, water quality in all management trains, and soil/sediment composition in the grass filter strip, interceptor and ponds. Maintenance procedures and costs were also reviewed. Results demonstrate the benefits of a management train approach over individual SUDS units for flow attenuation, water treatment, spillage containment and maintenance. Peak flows, pond sediment depth and contaminant concentrations in sediment and water decreased through the coach park management train. Of the 2007 annual landscape budget of £15,000 for the whole site, the maintenance costs for SUDS only accounted for £2,500 compared to £4,000 for conventional drainage structures. Furthermore, since sediment has been attenuated in the management trains, the cost of sediment removal after the recommended period of three years was only £554 and, if the design is not compromised, less frequent removal will be required in future.

The problems and goals approach (P&G) is a therapeutic assessment and intervention used in the behavioural psychotherapy field. P&G is a patient-centred, pragmatic technique in which the patient and health professional determine the patient?s problems and formulate realistic medium term goals based on measurable outcomes. P&G was utilised in the SA HealthPlus first round Coordinated Care Trial in South Australia with intervention patients who had chronic medical conditions. This article presents a case study from SA HealthPlus. The aim of this article is to introduce the practical workings of P&G and provide some observations about this technique.

The study of the organizations and manager work is relevant today, while requiring continuous improvement and understanding. However, there are few studies on the organizational structure and the manager work in the public sector. Thus, the purpose of thispaper is to identify the role of the public administrator through administrative processes and management activities, with emphasis on the structure and strategies developed. As a methodology, the case study was adopted at the Universidade Estadual Paulista, Faculty of Science and Engineering of Tupã/SP, where the data were collected from free observation (3 months immersed), interviews and document analysis. Firsts results, there is a need for a formal and effective communication between administrative areas, which have their specific functions and are formalized in the organizational chart. Also, that the planning process is carried out from top to bottom and there is a greater participation of the executive coordination and of teachers than of technical-administrative servants and students, because of the Collegiate System Representation. It is also pointed out that, although strategic planning is formal and results in a formalized tactical and operational plan, the organization executes its activities based on short and medium-term demands, because of emerging actions that do not follow the established plan. Therefore, despite the existence of several unmapped processes, the unit administrators follow a logical and standardized flow of actions to achieve their goal.

The progress of the economy in Indonesia is currently experiencing very rapid development, giving rise to very tight competition between business actors. In the business world the need for funds is a basic necessity that must be met by businesses to maintain and support the continuity of their business activities, so that to overcome the problem of capital needs, loan capital in the form of accounts payable is a solution that is often taken by businesses. Of course business people need funds or capital to strengthen their position in the economic sphere and intense competition in this era of globalization. Funds or capital needed by business people to run their businesses are obtained from debt facilities (loans or loans) obtained through individuals or financial institutions, which are used to increase their business capital both in the form of short-term, medium-term and long-term debt. This paper identifies one problem, namely whether someone / person is not declared bankrupt can be made bankrupt? (Case Study of Decision of the Supreme Court Number 769 K / Pdt.Sus-Pailit / 2016). The method used in this study is a type of analytical descriptive legal research and uses primary and secondary legal materials. The results of the study show that the property of a person or person referred to herein is the property of the Director (along with 2 partners) who at the beginning had made an agreement in order to make the asset in the name of The Hwie Gwan a guarantee by both parties.

Plastic waste derived from the packaging industry currently represents an important environmental problem. Therefore, it is necessary for product designers and engineers to become aware of this fact and seek to incorporate the environmental vector when designing, redesigning, and developing containers and packaging, so that they are more sustainable and eco-effectiveness. Starting from this premise, the following objectives have been proposed in this work: (1) study and identification of possible Ecodesign strategies to apply to an existing agricultural package (model used in the collection and distribution of fruit and vegetable products); (2) to propose a redesign of the package studied, applying the information and knowledge obtained previously; (3) comparative analysis between the existing (commercial) package and the redesign proposal developed. In order to respond to this approach, work has been carried out with CAD/CAE tools (SolidWorks 3D CADTM software). The results obtained from the case study developed in this work indicate that the application of CAD/CAE tools supported by the proposed Ecodesign strategies can be a very useful and effective instrument in the design and development of this type of packaging, for practical application in the agro-food and packaging industry, which can facilitate in the short to medium term the transition to a circular economy model, based on the "Cradle to Cradle" concept.
