The solution of a logistic problem to improve the efficiency of the supply chain in order to achieve an optimal delivery strategy is presented. The solution involves the use of mathematical methods to determine the location of the distribution center in the service area. The use of an optimal delivery strategy leads to a decrease in storage and transportation costs, which has a positive effect on the competitiveness of an enterprise in modern market conditions

Community service is an activity that aims to help certain communities in several activities without expecting any form of reward. This community service is focused on processing coconut plantation products (Cocos nucifera .L), which is one of the main plantation products around the service area. Service activities were carried out for the community in Togafo Village, North Ternate City. This training is expected to be able to help increase people's sources of income and increase public knowledge about how to process food from coconut raw materials. The method of activity is carried out by the tutorial method and joint practice. During the training, the participants enthusiastically participated in the activities and actively engaged in two-way discussions. Participants understand and can practice coconut processing techniques into coconut chips, and this can be a business opportunity.

The aim to be achived in this paper is to analyze the relevant pastoral services (praxis) for the problems of seafares in the service area of the Southern  Makale Classics Toraja Church. In this paper, the approach method that i use is a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is research that intends or aims to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects sich as perseptual behavior, motivation, action, etc., holistically, and by means of description in the form of words and language. In addition, the authors also use literature studies. Based on the results obtained from field research and literature riview, the author can conclude that basically the servants (counselors) understand their duties but they have not been able to prove it in the world of service specifically to seafarers (theoretical). This is what makes the image seafarer continue to be under the bad quotes and also experiencing such dire conditions. That is what makes sailors continue to live in deep inner wounds. Servants should make visits, contact seafarers who are far from family, regularly refer seamen, make no distinctions about seafarers and be trustworthy friends. These are the practical things that sailors desperately need. Abstrak: Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah hendak menganalis pelayanan pastoral (praksis) yang relevan bagi permasalahan pelaut dalam wilayah Pelayanan Gereja Toraja Klasis Makale Selatan. Dalam karya tulisan ini metode pendekatan yang penulis gunakan adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bermaksud atau bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, dll, secara holistik, dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa. Selain itu penulis juga menggunakan studi literature atau kajian pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian lapangan dan kajian pustaka, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pada dasarnya para pelayan (konselor) paham akan tugasnya tetapi mereka belum mampu membuktikan hal itu dalam dunia pelayanan secara khusus kepada para pelaut (teoritis). Hal itulah yang mebuat citra pelaut terkesan terus berada  dalam tanda kutip buruk dan juga mengalami kondisi yang memprihatinkan. Hal itulah yang mebuat para pelaut terus hidup dalam luka batin yang mendalam. Para pelayan seharusnya melakukan perkunjungan, menghubungi para pelaut yang jauh dari kelaurga, rutin mendokan pelaut, tidak mebeda-bedakan pelaut dan menjadi sahabat yang dapat dipercaya. Itulah hal-hal praksis yang sangat dibutuhkan pelaut.

Shared micromobility – or short-term access to shared bikes and scooters – provides a flexible alternative for households living in urban areas, individuals seeking first- and last-mile connections to public transportation, and those without access to a private vehicle trying to reach jobs and essential services. In this paper, the authors discuss the history, growth, and evolution of bike and scooter sharing in North America; summarize the demographics and impacts of shared micromobility; and explore shared micromobility policies and practices for managing devices and operations such as: device caps, service area limitations, designated parking areas, fees, equipment/operational requirements, and enforcement. In the future, enhancements in device automation, battery range, charging times, and weight are likely to contribute to the evolution and development of additional devices and service models, which could allow improved range and e-hail for shared micromobility devices.

Bumdes Makmur Anugerah Lestari is located in the city of Ciomas, Bogor, with a clean water management business. The reach of the service area is the Sukamakmur village community and the pagelaran village. By managing 4 springs, Bumdes can distribute clean water to surrounding communities. However, the administration is still done manually and the manager does not understand how to book and record finances, the archives are not well organized, and payments are still made door to door. The abdimas team provides training on simple bookkeeping and simple filing. The results felt by the BUMDes management after conducting this training were being able to make financial records with a simple financial notebook, there was a consumer archive book to record monthly fee payments, and several people had made payments through the counter.Bumdes Makmur Anugerah Lestari berlokasi di kota Ciomas, Bogor, dengan bidang usaha pengelolaan air bersih. Jangkauan wilayah pelayanan adalah masyarakat desa sukamakmur dan desa pagelaran. Dengan mengelola 4 mata air, Bumdes dapat menyalurkan air bersih ke masyarakat sekitar. Namun administrasi masih dilakukan secara manual dan pihak pengelola belum memahami cara pembukuan dan pencatatan keuangan, arsip yang belum tertata dengan baik, dan pembayaran masih dilakukan dari rumah ke rumah. Tim abdimas memberikan pelatihan tentang pembukuan sederhana dan pengarsipan sederhana. Hasil yang dirasakan oleh pengurus BUMDes setelah melakukan pelatihan ini adalah mampu membuat pencatatan keuangan dengan buku catatan keuangan sederhana, terdapat buku arsip konsumen untuk mencatat pembayaran iuran bulanan, dan beberapa orang telah melakukan pembayaran melalui loket.
