Penelitian ini dilakukan pada objek wisata situ gunung suspension bridge. tujuan penelitian adalah bagaiamana strategi brand identity yang dilakukan oleh situ gunung melalu media sosial Instagram di akun @situgunungsuspensionbridege dalam menarik wisatawan, serta bagaimana strategi yang dilakukan oleh akun media sosial situ gunung melalui brand identity wisata ini menjadi simbol daya tarik untuk para wisatawan, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pembentukan brand idenitity yang ada di media sosial instagram terhadap kunjungan wisatawan penulis ingin mengetahui keadaan dari segi perusahaan dan juga dari stakeholder. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi brand identity di media sosial Instagram @situgunungsuspensionbridge dari yaitu Humas situ gunung yang melakukan pendekatan dengan pemangku kepentingan yaitu Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan strategi branding identity yang dilakukan untuk membuat masyarakat yang ada di sekitar Kab Sukabumi serta masyarakat yang ada di lndonesia mengunjungi objek wisata baru branding identity yang dimplementasikan dan dievaluasi dengan baik.

Purpose – This paper aims to apply the business-to-business (B2B) Service Brand Identity (SBI) scale to empirically assess the influence of service brand identity on brand performance for the first time. Design/methodology/approach – Based on data collected from 421 senior marketing executives, this paper applies the B2B SBI and structural equation modeling to fulfill the above purpose. Findings – Brand personality and human resource initiatives have a positive and significant influence on brand performance. Corporate visual identity, in addition to an employee and client focus, has an insignificant impact on performance. Consistent communications have a negative and significant influence on brand performance. Research limitations/implications – Data were only collected from executives in the UK. This research would benefit from replicative studies. Practical implications – This research empirically establishes the brand management activities that drive brand performance. Originality/value – This is the first empirical study to assess the influence service brand identity has on brand performance.

In intercultural scholarship, there is a considerable number of studies that explores the impact and effect of culturally oriented social media (see Koda 2014, 2016; Mendoza 2010). Of these studies, however, there is a paucity of understanding on how social media becomes a third space of cultural representation, especially in the Southeast Asian context (Dumlao and Wattakan 2020; Feng 2009; Kalscheuer 2008). Drawing from insights connected to inter-semiosis by Kress and Van Leeuwen (1996) and SF-MDA by O’Halloran (2011), therefore, this paper explores the glocalization process and its inclination to cultural representation, and thus creating new discursive forms of identities, by looking at Thai TV ads from January 2019 to December 2019. Two Thai TV ads were purposively chosen from international beverage companies. To capture the glocalization and cultural representation, we compared these with TV ads from other countries, namely, the Philippines, and the U.S.A. Through content and multidimensional analysis, the findings suggest that commercials construct glocal identities through several factors and incidences. These incidences and factors support and provide understanding for brand identity positioning, which itself describes the intersemiosis of elements within contemporary consumer cultures. Implications of this study are discussed in the paper.

The competition among the shops is diverse to attract costumers in forns of the menus, drinb, hotspotfacility, live music, etc.Nearly every night especially on Scurdays or &ring holidays, thecoffee shops become the main destinations of people. The phenomenon is interesting to study especially the attitudes of the castomers of the coffee shops in Yogtalrarta. With the reason, this research attempts to see the influmce ofemotional branding and brand identity on the loyalty of the anstomers of the coffee shops in Yogtakarta.To lotow the inJluence, there were 200 questionnatres distributed to the people who have visited od shopped in the coffee shops in Yogtalarta &tring six montlzs since this research began. The analysis instrwnent to arutwer the lrypothesis is Strtrctural Equation Model (SEM).  The analysis indicates o significant influence on the relational vwiable on the brand as person, the fue serutes uperierce variable toward the brand as prgfluct, the imagery variable toward the brands as pro&tct, thebrand as person, and the Walty, as well as the brond as person variable toward loyalty. Concerns have been raised that destination branding often overlooks the destination's internal stakeholders, and in some cases, has resulted in a brand identity that does not reflect the meanings and emotions that residents attach to places. Consequently, scholars have advocated for a more participatory approach to destination branding in which residents’ sense of place can be acknowledged, represented, and operationalized. This paper synthesizes these arguments and demonstrates that such an approach can be achieved by embracing residents’ place stories. Through storytelling, residents construe different facets of the place identity that is the foundation of destination brand identity. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to investigate the role, constituents, and effects of storytelling in destination branding, particularly exploring whose stories should be told and how these stories should be conveyed. In doing so, a participatory approach to destination branding is presented that employs residents’ place stories as a genuine form of participation in the destination branding process. Lastly, an agenda for future research is proposed, and practical implications for destination marketing practice are discussed.
