The research aims to know the executive attention and its relationship to psychological empowerment in the Faculties of Physical Education and Sports Sciences among the faculty members and in the variables of the study, the two researchers used the descriptive approach to suit it to the nature of the research. As for the research sample, it was represented by a group of male and female physical education teachers in four universities of (100) teaching staff And teaching The two researchers designed two measures (executive attention) and the scale (psychological empowerment) and distributed them to the sample electronically. The results were processed statistically through the Statistical Package Program (SPSS). The two researchers concluded that the teachers possessed the research sample both from executive attention and psychological empowerment. And its impact on shaping the student’s personality and developing it through the educational media and publications

This study aims to identify the concept of psychological empowerment and clarify its various dimensions and their impact on the effectiveness of performance in the higher education sector. The study has been applied to a sample of 185 staff members working at 3 universities in Saudi Arabia. This study found that the degree of practice of staff members to the dimensions of psychological empowerment exceeds the middle degree, while the level of performance in these universities was high, it showed the existence of a significant effect of the dimensions of psychological empowerment (competence, impact) on the effectiveness in performance. This is while the other two dimensions (self-determination, meaning) do not significantly affect the effectiveness of performance. The study also pointed to the existence of significant differences between the practice of faculty members to psychological empowerment according to the variables (experience, scientific rank, college), and also indicates there are significant differences in the levels of effectiveness performance, according to the variables (marital status, college).

Subjective evaluations of levels of importance and satisfaction of areas (domains) of life constitute multi-dimensional overall quality of life of individuals. Faculty members seeking satisfaction in their domains of life are likely to feel more psychologically empowered. The education industry tends to report positive and significant relationship between overall quality of life and overall psychological empowerment. Only age is correlated to psychological empowerment. Satisfaction with domains of community belonging, physical being, and satisfaction with: my nutrition and the food I eat significantly predict overall psychological empowerment of faculty members. Satisfaction with domain of physical being, and satisfaction with: my nutrition and the food I eat significantly predict goal internalization determinant of psychological empowerment. Satisfaction with domains of leisure becoming, social belonging, physical being, and satisfactions with each of visiting and socializing with others I do, how I fit in larger social group, and having a spouse or a special person significantly predict perceived competence determinant of psychological empowerment of faculty members in the education industry. Suggestions for further research are proposed.
