The service on improving access to client data storage using the website at Inside Lombok is carried out so that data storage can be carried out effectively and efficiently. With this web, it is hoped that it will make it easier for Lombok insiders to enter and access client data wherever they are. The purpose of this activity is the development of a client database information system in Inside Lombok so that it can be accessed easily and can be done anywhere. The types of this activity are manufacture and training. This activity was carried out for 20 days with Inside Lombok employee participants. The evaluation carried out is divided into two. The first evaluation of the website creation that has been developed consists of a functional test and a satisfaction test, the second is an evaluation of satisfaction regarding the use of the web that has been used. The result of this activity is that the team has succeeded in creating a website to store client data so that Inside Lombok employees do not need to use excel anymore, which is where this website can save time for employees who want to enter client data because the format for entering data already exists and can be accessed anywhere.

Abstract - Management of letters that use manual storage, frequent errors in data storage and mail search. This mail archive information system is very necessary. This mail archive information system aims to change the way in which mail is stored by reducing paperless use. This information system is created using the Notepad ++ application. While the programming language uses PHP, Xampp is used to run the web server, MySQL is used for database management. Life cycle model is used waterfall, while unit testing uses blackbox testing. With paperless mail retention, errors that have occurred so far can be minimized. The purpose of making this application is to create an information system that processes mail archive data so that it is easier to use.Keywords: Information Systems, Website, Mail ArchiveAbstrak - Pengelolaan surat yang menggunakan penyimpanan manual sering terjadi kesalahan dalam penyimpanan data dan pencarian surat. Sistem informasi arsip surat ini sangat diperlukan. Sistem informasi arsip surat ini bertujuan mengubah cara penyimpanan surat dengan cara mengurangi penggunaan kertas (paperless). Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan aplikasi Notepad++. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP, Xampp digunakan untuk menjalankan web servernya, MySQL digunakan untuk pengelolaan database. Model alur hidup yang digunakan adalah waterfall, sedang pengujian unit menggunakan blackbox testing. Dengan adanya penyimpanan surat secara paperless, kesalahan yang terjadi selama ini dapat diminimalisasi. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi ini untuk membuat suatu sistem informasi yang mengolah data arsip surat sehingga lebih mudah dalam penggunaannya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Website, Arsip Surat

Abstract - The web-based lecturer track record information system application at the Asahan University Faculty of Engineering which has been designed serves as an information that aims to place data storage media to increase lecturers' functional positions. With this application, the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Asahan conducts monitoring or equalizing data and has a recording / recording of all important data of lecturers in carrying out promotions. Based on the theoretical basis and the analysis of programming used with PHP programming language with Notepad ++ editor and database using XAMPP, resulting in a lecturer track record program that aims as an information system tool for storing lecturers for web-based functional promotion and this application is used online at Faculty of Engineering, Asahan University. Abstract Digital signing of data in the Web-based IS is one of the most secure methods for guaranteeing the authenticity of data. Storage of user keys is particularly important for this methodology. The present development proposes a new algorithm for storage and usage of user keys for the database by the digital certificate of the client. The proposed methodology was designed for protection of data in a particular information system. One of the characteristics of this system is the great number of authorized users with rights for access and modification of various parts of data. With such systems it is extremely important to guarantee the authenticity of data stored in the system. Digital signing of data provides such guarantee of their authenticity.

The Student in a collage  who have finish their study  will  get  an academic document as a legal proof. The academic document it could be like an academic certificate, academic transcript, or teaching certificates. The document can be use for a complement if the alumnus want to get a job or continue the study to the higher level in a duplicate document that has a signature and stamp from the competent people. To get an endorsement of document in Engineering Faculty of Universitas Negeri Padang is still through the manual process and not computerized yet. Certainty about when the process has finish is not yet, because there isn’t system that provides information about i yet.  Storage of data relating to the management all of process is still in the form of archives and files is stored or held by Administration Employee. Therefore, designed a system that can manage all of process  that can give ease for all users. The application design of the web-based information system done using the programming language PHP (Hypertext preprocessing) and the MySQL database as well as the division level access use a username and password. A method of password encryption Message Digest 5 (MD-5) and session web system are use to provide security to the data and  information.  This  information system give  provide  services  in  an  order, payment confirmation, check the status, managing bookings and payments that can be accessed by online system. One of the data in the industrial process is information on shipping goods in a distribution warehouse. This study proposes a web-based freight information system in a distribution warehouse with a barcode system as the naming management of goods. The barcode reading system uses a barcode scanner as a barcode label reader, with an Arduino microcontroller device and NodeMCU as a controller and communication device with the web. The localhost web-based information system was built using the XAMPP application. Display information system using a simple display on the browser page. The results obtained in this study have successfully built a barcode-based goods delivery management system, information about the goods is coded into a barcode. The barcode reading system has successfully read and communicated with the web, with experiments conducted using 100 barcode labels, the success of reading and sending data has shown good results. Goods delivery information system in a web-based distribution warehouse has also been successfully built with an average data storage time of 5.5 seconds.Salah satu data dalam proses industri yaitu informasi pengiriman barang di gudang distribusi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan sebuah sistem informasi pengiriman barang berbasis web di sebuah gudang distribusi dengan sistem barcode sebagai manajemen penamaan barang. Sistem pembacaan barcode menggunakan barcode scanner sebagai pembaca label barcode, dengan perangkat mikrokontroler Arduino dan NodeMCU sebagai perangkat kontroler dan komunikasi dengan web. Sistem informasi berbasis web localhost dibangun menggunakan aplikasi XAMPP. Tampilan sistem informasi menggunakan tampilan sederhana di halaman browser. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah telah berhasil dibangun sistem manajemen pengiriman barang berbasis barcode, informasi mengenai barang dikodekan kedalam bentuk barcode. Sistem pembacaan barcode telah berhasil membaca dan berkomunikasi dengan web, dengan percobaan yang dilakukan menggunakan 100 label barcode keberhasilan pembacaan dan pengiriman data telah menunjukkan hasil yang baik. Sistem informasi pengiriman barang di gudang distribusi berbasis web telah berhasil pula dibangun dengan lama penyimpanan data rata – rata 5,5 detik.

The school library is a means for teachers and students to find information. The school library provides books or reading materials that can support the learning process. The focus of this research is to develop the information system contained in the school library. Many school libraries still collect data in the conventional way, such as handwritten using a ledger or using excel. The development of this school library system will use the website as a means to process data. The data that has been created will be entered into the data storage using the MySQL application as the database. This research planning uses the SDLC method with the waterfall model. The waterfall model is used because it is considered more efficient in developing school libraries. There are two entities that can use this website, namely library officers and members. Library officers can use the web to process data on book procurement, book borrowing transactions and viewing library reports. Meanwhile, members can fill in the guest book every time they visit the school library and also do book searches. Thus, the school library information system can facilitate the data processing. Book lending and borrowing transactions will also be more efficient and errors in data processing can be reduced.

String searching is a common process in the processes that made the computer because the text is the main form of data storage. Boyer-Moore is the search string from right to left is considered the most efficient methods in practice, and matching string from the specified direction specifically an algorithm that has the best results theoretically. A system that is connected to a computer network that literally pick a web server that is accessed by multiple users in different parts of both good and bad aim. Any activity performed by the user, will be stored in Web server logs. With a log report contained in the web server can help a web server administrator to search the web request error. Web server log is a record of the activities of a web site that contains the data associated with the IP address, time of access, the page is opened, activities, and access methods. The amount of data contained in the resulting log is a log shed useful information.

Summary DBE2 is an information system for the management of biological experiment data from different data domains in a unified and simple way. It provides persistent data storage, worldwide accessibility of the data and the opportunity to load, save, modify, and annotate the data. It is seamlessly integrated in the VANTED system as an add-on, thereby extending the VANTED platform towards data management. DBE2 also utilizes controlled vocabulary from the Ontology Lookup Service to allow the management of terms such as substance names, species names, and measurement units, aiming at an eased data integration.

Abstract Issue Geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing technologies are increasingly used in Public Health epidemiology, showing a great potential in anticipating and responding to actual and future challenges for the public health system and in improving health services' excellence. According to the evidences collected within a wide meta-research carried on of relevant literature (”GIS geographic information system” and “GIS geographic information system and training” on Pubmed; “epidemiologist use of GIS and training” and “epidemiologist use of gis” on Google Scholar),GIS and new sensing technologies are mostly used to: map air and water pollution, map diseases prevalence, predict infection diseases and vector-spread diseases in big areas, study health service coverage and preparedness in emergencies, map cities and study urban health, study climate changes for decision making. Description of the Problem Specific skills and training are required to address the use of GIS and new sensing technologies.The specific aim of our study is to identify the professional profile of a new figure, called 'Geomatic Epidemiologist' and to define its professional and educational standards, as well as the relevant training programs. Results Data collection and analysis of INAPP and ESCO databases about existing professional profiles (starting from 2016) has allowed drafting a first qualification schema and profile. The profile has been defined according to the 4C model (elaborated by Univaq) distinguishing between Hard Skills (technical knowledge and skills),Soft Skills (cognitive, individual and social) and interpersonal behaviors. Conclusions Profile will be validated with relevant stakeholders and Public Health professionals in order to deepen the understanding of the main competences required to study health issues with GIS and related technologies; to this extent, a questionnaire has been elaborated to evaluate relevance, frequency and complexity of each component of the profile Key messages Developing cross-disciplinary profiles, (i.e. the Geomatic Epidemiologist) integrating clusters of competences (holistic approach). Public health research challenges and excellence.
