  Importance of credit information Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for society, especially in those who need to develop the business unit in the future, which in the present situation that is difficult to build a business. To obtain credit information most people still have access to resources directly to the sources that provide such information. If the information sought is not found then look for other sources. In search of the required information was not little.Service information system with SMS (Short Message Service) on mobile phone s offer convenience and low cost can reduce the above problems. This service is suitable to be applied in seeking information about credit small and medium enterprises. Despite the above, the study made a Credit Information System Based SMS Gateway Service to provide or provide information about credit Credit Medium Enterprises. So it can be used as one of the alternative ways to obtain information about business credit easily and quickly. The result of this final project design is an SMS Gateway server that works without operator, able to provide information and seek information to the banks in accordance with the information requested by the customer and then sends the information to customers who request such information.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a deadly infectious disease in the community. TB patient’s compliance in the consumption of Anti-TB drugs for 6 months, determine the recovery of TB patients. The outpatients TB is most likely to experience a drug dropout which can lead to Multi Drug Resistance Tuberculosis (MDR-TB), so that Supervisors Take Medication are needed to prevent the occurrence of MDR-TB. Ners-Short Message Service Intervention (N-SMSI) is one of the information systems that can developed to prevent the occurrence of MDR-TB. The purpose of writing this article is to describe and analyze the development of N-SMSI telenursing as an information system for conducting observations in the care of TB patients who can help TB patients achieve recovery in a way that effective and efficient. The method in writing this article is the study of literature using a variety of literature related to the application of N-SMSI especially in the prevention of MDR-TB. The results of the literature study show that N-SMSI can be utilized in monitoring patient compliance in consuming OAT, so that expectations cured patients is very large and the mortality rate in TB cases can be suppressed as much as possible. This literature recommends the application of N-SMSI in outpatient TB patients to facilitate activities monitoring by health workers in the prevention of MDR-TB.Keywords: MDR-TB, N-SMS, Telenursing, Tuberculosis

This study is one of the first likelihood ratio-based forensic text comparison studies in forensic authorship analysis. The likelihood-ratio-based evaluation of scientific evidence has started being adopted in many disciplines of forensic evidence comparison sciences, such as DNA, handwriting, fingerprints, footwear, voice recording, etc., and it is largely accepted that this is the way to ensure the maximum accountability and transparency of the process. Due to its convenience and low cost, short message service (SMS) has been a very popular medium of communication for quite some time. Unfortunately, however, SMS messages are sometimes used for reprehensible purposes, e.g., communication between drug dealers and buyers, or in illicit acts such as extortion, fraud, scams, hoaxes, and false reports of terrorist threats. In this study, the author performs a likelihood-ratio-based forensic text comparison of SMS messages focusing on lexical features. The likelihood ratios (LRs) are calculated in Aitken and Lucy’s (2004) multivariate kernel density procedure, and are calibrated. The validity of the system is assessed based on the magnitude of the LRs using the log-likelihood-ratio cost (Cllr). The strength of the derived LRs is graphically presented in Tippett plots. The results of the current study are compared with those of previous studies.

Abstract—Stunting is a health problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time, resulting in impaired growth in children. Stunting has become one of the government's priorities due to the large number of stunting incidents in Indonesia. The lack of knowledge of mothers about nutrition and good parenting is one of the causes of stunting. Intensive provision of information and health monitoring of pregnant women from time to time will reduce the incidence of stunting in toddlers. The purpose of this research is to develop an information system that can contain various information on pregnancy health and parenting to avoid stunting and can send it regularly to user according to their needs. This information system development adapts the Prototyping model of the Software Development Life Cycle method. The result of this study is an information system that will help disseminate various information on how to fulfill proper nutrition in pregnant and lactating mothers. In addition, the system will send messages via email and Short Message Service (SMS) which will serve as reminders for patients. This information system also functions as a toddler or pregnancy health monitoring tool based on the data entered into the system. This study result tackle one of the causes of stunting, namely the lack of information on maternal health and good parenting. Researchers hope that this solution can contribute to help the government to realize its vision of reducing stunting rates in Indonesia. Abstrak— Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu yang cukup lama sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak. Stunting telah menjadi salah satu prioritas pemerintah karena banyaknya jumlah kejadian stunting di Indonesia. Minimnya pengetahuan ibu mengenai pemberian gizi dan pola asuh yang baik menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya stunting. Pemberian informasi secara intensif dan monitoring terhadap ibu hamil dari waktu ke waktu akan mengurangi terjadinya stunting pada balita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memuat berbagai informasi kesehatan kehamilan dan pola asuh agar terhindar dari stunting dan dapat mengirimkannya secara berkala pada pengguna sesuai kebutuhannya. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini mengadaptasi metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model Prototyping. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Sistem Informasi yang akan membantu untuk melakukan diseminasi berbagai informasi mengenai cara pemenuhan gizi yang baik dan benar pada ibu hamil dan menyusui. Selain itu, sistem akan mengirimkan pesan melalui surel dan Short Message Service (SMS) yang akan menjadi pengingat bagi pasien. Sistem Informasi ini juga berfungsi sebagai alat monitoring kesehatan balita atau kehamilan berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan ke dalam sistem. Solusi ini merupakan wujud penanggulangan salah satu penyebab stunting yaitu minimnya informasi kesehatan ibu mengenai pola pengasuhan yang baik. Peneliti berharap solusi ini dapat berkontribusi untuk mempermudah pemerintah dalam mewujudkan visinya untuk mengurangi tingkat stunting di Indonesia.

With the growth of mobile phones, short message service (SMS) became an essential text communication service. However, the low cost and ease use of SMS led to an increase in SMS Spam. In this paper, the characteristics of SMS spam has studied and a set of features has introduced to get rid of SMS spam. In addition, the problem of SMS spam detection was addressed as a clustering analysis that requires a metaheuristic algorithm to find the clustering structures. Three differential evolution variants viz DE/rand/1, jDE/rand/1, jDE/best/1, are adopted for solving the SMS spam problem. Experimental results illustrate that the jDE/best/1 produces best results over other variants in terms of accuracy, false-positive rate and false-negative rate. Moreover, it surpasses the baseline methods.

ABSTRAK Pemungutan suara elektronik atau e-voting adalah suatu bentuk pemungutan suara yang biasanya digunakan untuk pemilihan umum maupun poling menggunakan media elektronik. Pergeseran penggunaan media yang dahulu konvensional dan di era teknologi saat ini sudah banyak beragam media yang digunakan untuk jejak pendapat tersebut di antaranya media sosial/internet, short message service maupun chatting. Penggunaan teknologi Short Message Service (SMS) saat ini banyak dipakai untuk pemungutan suara elektronik karena ketersediaan, kecepatan, keamanan dan ketepatan data yang dihasilkan. Aplikasi pemungutan suara elektronik atau istilah sekarang bernama e-voting menggunakan teknologi short message service dan AT command dirancang dengan sangat sederhana dan biaya yang relatif murah sehingga memudahkan para pengguna baik peserta pemungutan suara maupun pelaksana pemungutan suara.   ABSTRACT Electronic voting or e-voting is a voting form that is usually used for elections or polls using electronic media. Shifting the use of media that was previously conventional and in the current era of technology has a lot of media used for the traces of opinion such as social media/internet, short message service and chat. The use of Short Message Service (SMS) technology is now widely used for electronic voting because of the availability, speed, security and accuracy of the resulting data. Electronic voting application or now called e-voting using short message service technology and AT Command is designed with very simple and relatively low cost so as to facilitate the users both voting participants and committees that implement voting. Perkembangan yang sangat pesat terjadi pada bidang teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi saat ini mendorong masyarakta dunia memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 yang serba cepat, sekaligus menjadikan informasi sentral dalam dunia industri maupun dunia usaha hingga dunia pendidikan. Akademi Teknik dan Keselamatan Penerbangan (ATKP) Medan merupakan institusi pendidikan di bawah naungan pemerintah yang sudah mulai menggunakan berbagai hal teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi. Dengan adanya perkembangan tersebut berdampak memeberikan fasilitas yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna layanan komunikasi, dan informasi, seperti Short Message Service (SMS) hingga sistem berbasis aplikasi menggunakan smartphone android maupun iOS. Layanan aplikasi sms hingga sistem aplikasi tersebut adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan manusia untuk mendapatkan atau mengirimkankan informasi kapanpun dan dimanapun dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem aplikasi monitoring evaluasi pelaporan kegiatan taruna di ATKP medan berbasis web app. Dalam pembuatannya, aplikasi ini disesuaikan dengan kenutuhan user/orang tua taruna dan institusi ATKP secara umum. Sistem aplikasi ini akan memberikan kemudahan kepada orang tua taruna dalam memonitoring, kegiatan hingga prilaku taruna selama pendidikan di ATKP Medan serta  kemudahan mengakses nilai dengan cepat. Sistem aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php (web).
