Abstract—Stunting is a health problem caused by a lack of nutritional intake for a long time, resulting in impaired growth in children. Stunting has become one of the government's priorities due to the large number of stunting incidents in Indonesia. The lack of knowledge of mothers about nutrition and good parenting is one of the causes of stunting. Intensive provision of information and health monitoring of pregnant women from time to time will reduce the incidence of stunting in toddlers. The purpose of this research is to develop an information system that can contain various information on pregnancy health and parenting to avoid stunting and can send it regularly to user according to their needs. This information system development adapts the Prototyping model of the Software Development Life Cycle method. The result of this study is an information system that will help disseminate various information on how to fulfill proper nutrition in pregnant and lactating mothers. In addition, the system will send messages via email and Short Message Service (SMS) which will serve as reminders for patients. This information system also functions as a toddler or pregnancy health monitoring tool based on the data entered into the system. This study result tackle one of the causes of stunting, namely the lack of information on maternal health and good parenting. Researchers hope that this solution can contribute to help the government to realize its vision of reducing stunting rates in Indonesia. Abstrak— Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya asupan gizi dalam waktu yang cukup lama sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan pertumbuhan pada anak. Stunting telah menjadi salah satu prioritas pemerintah karena banyaknya jumlah kejadian stunting di Indonesia. Minimnya pengetahuan ibu mengenai pemberian gizi dan pola asuh yang baik menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya stunting. Pemberian informasi secara intensif dan monitoring terhadap ibu hamil dari waktu ke waktu akan mengurangi terjadinya stunting pada balita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat memuat berbagai informasi kesehatan kehamilan dan pola asuh agar terhindar dari stunting dan dapat mengirimkannya secara berkala pada pengguna sesuai kebutuhannya. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini mengadaptasi metode pengembangan perangkat lunak model Prototyping. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa Sistem Informasi yang akan membantu untuk melakukan diseminasi berbagai informasi mengenai cara pemenuhan gizi yang baik dan benar pada ibu hamil dan menyusui. Selain itu, sistem akan mengirimkan pesan melalui surel dan Short Message Service (SMS) yang akan menjadi pengingat bagi pasien. Sistem Informasi ini juga berfungsi sebagai alat monitoring kesehatan balita atau kehamilan berdasarkan data yang dimasukkan ke dalam sistem. Solusi ini merupakan wujud penanggulangan salah satu penyebab stunting yaitu minimnya informasi kesehatan ibu mengenai pola pengasuhan yang baik. Peneliti berharap solusi ini dapat berkontribusi untuk mempermudah pemerintah dalam mewujudkan visinya untuk mengurangi tingkat stunting di Indonesia.

Student attendance is one of the factors that need to be controlled by the School to maintain Indonesian resources. Therefore a school needs a system that can be used, for handles the students attendance data and distributes it to the parents. This necessity can be facilitated by building an online attendance system for the students. The online attendance system uses QR Code and Broadcast Short Message Service (SMS). The online attendance system used Waterfall methodology phases  as the system development  phases. Afterward  the system performance is evaluated using the black-box testing. The results test using black-box testing show that the system can accomplish the purpose of this research to meet the need of the School in collecting the student attendance data and distributing the information of the students attendance data to the parents. This system uses QR Code and the results of collecting the student attendance data are sent by the system through Broadcast SMS to parents.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a deadly infectious disease in the community. TB patient’s compliance in the consumption of Anti-TB drugs for 6 months, determine the recovery of TB patients. The outpatients TB is most likely to experience a drug dropout which can lead to Multi Drug Resistance Tuberculosis (MDR-TB), so that Supervisors Take Medication are needed to prevent the occurrence of MDR-TB. Ners-Short Message Service Intervention (N-SMSI) is one of the information systems that can developed to prevent the occurrence of MDR-TB. The purpose of writing this article is to describe and analyze the development of N-SMSI telenursing as an information system for conducting observations in the care of TB patients who can help TB patients achieve recovery in a way that effective and efficient. The method in writing this article is the study of literature using a variety of literature related to the application of N-SMSI especially in the prevention of MDR-TB. The results of the literature study show that N-SMSI can be utilized in monitoring patient compliance in consuming OAT, so that expectations cured patients is very large and the mortality rate in TB cases can be suppressed as much as possible. This literature recommends the application of N-SMSI in outpatient TB patients to facilitate activities monitoring by health workers in the prevention of MDR-TB.Keywords: MDR-TB, N-SMS, Telenursing, Tuberculosis

Sistem Informasi bermanfaat bagi dunia pendidikan yaitu untuk manajemen data siswa, manajemen proses belajar mengajar melalui pemantauan kegiatan siswa. Pemantauan terhadap nilai dan kehadiran siswa perlu dilakukan karena merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan siswa. Hasil pemantauan ini perlu disampaikan kepada orang tua, agar orang tua dapat terlibat langsung terhadap perkembangan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen sekolah untuk memonitor nilai ujian dan kehadiran siswa. Sistem informasi yang dikembangkan berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan short message service sehingga pesan langsung dikirimkan kepada orang tua. Sehingga pemantauan tidak dilakukan hanya satu semester sekali (pada saat pembagian raport), namun dilakukan saat kejadian berlangsung yaitu setiap ulangan harian, ulangan tengah semester dan ahir semester, kehadiran pun dapat dimonitor setiap hari. Sistem dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode system Development life cycle. Kemudian dilakukan Uji usability untuk mengukur tingkat kemudahan penggunaan sistem oleh orang tua. Berdasarkan pengukuran dengan skala Likert (1 - 5), hasil uji menunjukkan nilai 4.05 berarti sistem tersebut mudah digunakan oleh pengguna terutama orang tua siswa.<br /><br />Kata Kunci: kehadiran, nilai ujian, sistem informasi manajemen, SMS, usability.

  Importance of credit information Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for society, especially in those who need to develop the business unit in the future, which in the present situation that is difficult to build a business. To obtain credit information most people still have access to resources directly to the sources that provide such information. If the information sought is not found then look for other sources. In search of the required information was not little.Service information system with SMS (Short Message Service) on mobile phone s offer convenience and low cost can reduce the above problems. This service is suitable to be applied in seeking information about credit small and medium enterprises. Despite the above, the study made a Credit Information System Based SMS Gateway Service to provide or provide information about credit Credit Medium Enterprises. So it can be used as one of the alternative ways to obtain information about business credit easily and quickly. The result of this final project design is an SMS Gateway server that works without operator, able to provide information and seek information to the banks in accordance with the information requested by the customer and then sends the information to customers who request such information.

It's quite difficult to take the camera for each trans7 cameraman, in the Logistic Area of Trans7. After taking a queueing number, the cameraman will have to wait for a quite long time until finally, he got the camera. So did the logistic staff, they also have a problem in distributing the camera to the related cameraman. To solve the problem, the short message service is one of the alternate option, which arranges the queue and to call the related cameraman. This system consists of Netbook as a database center and data processing, C55 cellphone as the message transmitter and receiver and active speaker to call each cameraman. This system can accept queueing request manually in the logistics area and also accommodate each camera wanted by each cameraman that requested by SMS. The benefits of this system for logistics are it can directly autosave the data of the cameraman including the borrowed camera, calling the number of the queue and delaying the process for the unresponsive cameraman. The system always re-check staffs' ID and the SMS received a number as validation.

At this time the process of calling the party related to the trial process in the Metro District Court was still carried out by calling on the Jurusita with a relatively long period of time from the stipulated trial schedule. SMS gateway is an application for utilizing SMS facilities, SMS gateway is a gateway that connects computers and clients via SMS. From the problems faced, the SMS gateway technology is applied in the trial schedule reminder system using the GAMMU application and PHP programming, so that the trial schedule information can be sent by the administrator via scheduled SMS (Short Message Service) messages on the scheduled day to the user. GAMMU is a cross-platform application that is used to bridge / communicate between SMS gateway databases with SMS devices. The GAMMU application is a daemon that runs in the background. Every time, GAMMU monitors SMS devices and the SMS gateway database. When there is an SMS entered into SMS devices, GAMMU immediately moves it into the inbox in the SMS gateway database. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method which is often called the classic life cycle, which illustrates a systematic and sequential approach to software development from top to bottom. With the SMS gateway application, the calling process is more effective because the user is reminded again when the trial day has been set so that the user does not attend the trial.

The research aims to apply the fingerprint and Short Message Service technology in the attendance system. Presence or attendance is an important activity in the lecturing process. SMK Global Teknologi has a problem in the student attendance data. The human error factor in captured student attendance is a problem in itself. On the other hand, there are cases of students who went to school but did not arrive at school to become complaints from parents. Fingerprint technology has been proven to be able to validate someone as proof of attendance, while the SMS gateway is proven to be a reliable telecommunications technology for data communication. The research method used was to conduct observations at the SMK Global Technologi. The interview method was carried out with the principal, representatives of parents, teachers, and students. The system development method used is Waterfall which consists of the stages of planning, analysis, design, finally implementation. The testing method used a black-box. The results of the research are the application of student attendance information systems with an attendance system indicator that has been integrated between parents, teachers, homeroom teachers. So that student attendance data can be directly known. Presensi atau kehadiran merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran. SMK Global Teknologi memiliki masalah dalam data presensi siswanya. Faktor kesalahan manusia dalam merekap kehadiran siswa menjadi masalah tersendiri. Disisi lain adanya kasus peserta didik yang berangkat ke sekolah tetapi tidak sampai kesekolah menjadi keluhan orang tua. Teknologi fingerprint telah terbukti dapat memvalidasi seseorang sebagai bukti kehadiran, sedangkan SMS gateway terbukti untuk sebagai teknologi telekomunikasi yang handal untuk komunikasi data. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakuan observasi di SMK Global Teknologi. Metode wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, perwakilan orang tua, guru, dan siswa. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, dan penerapan. Metode pengujian menggunakan black-box. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah diterapkannya sistem informasi  kehadiran peserta didik dengan indikator sistem kehadiran sudah terintegrasi antara orang tua, guru, wali kelas. The purpose of this research is to produce a prototype of measuring the flow and height of river water that can help to find out in monitoring the flow and height of river water remotely by using SMS (Short Message Service) on the cellphone. So that it can anticipate before the occurrence of catastrophic floods caused by the height and flow of the river that exceeds the limit. The device used to build a flow meter and river water level with an arduino-based SMS Gateway is a GSM module, Ultrasonic sensor, Water Flow sensor, arduino uno and an arduino IDE application that functions to include programs on arduino The system development method in this research is the RAD method (Rapid) Application Development) and the stages are requirements planning, design workshops and implementation. The way it works on this system is that if the user sends an SMS to the device, the tool will provide information on the strength of the flow and height of the river water using the SMS Gateway facility and the user can find out the information about the current strength and height of the river water via SMS contained on the handphone.
