At present, the tunnel design specifications in China do not provide a clear and systematic intelligent evaluation system of tunnel frost damage in cold regions. Based on the research results of 122 seasonal frozen soil tunnels in high-latitude areas of China, four key influencing factors of geohydrology, temperature, surrounding rock, and engineering measures were determined, the intelligent fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established, the weights of all factors were considered, and the intelligent evaluation technology system of tunnel frost damage in cold areas had been put forward. Meanwhile, the rationality of the intelligent model was verified by a specific engineering case. The research suggests that the intelligent evaluation model of tunnel frost damage proposed in this paper can accurately describe the relationship of influencing factors of tunnel frost damage in cold areas, the weight of each influencing factor is calculated by using analytic hierarchy process, and the main risk sources of tunnel frost damage in cold areas are found out. The intelligent evaluation model is an efficient and practical method for Intelligent prediction of frost damage. By using the subordinate function method, the improvement from qualitative analysis to quantitative index calculation is realized. The blindness of engineering analogy construction is avoided, and the scientificity and accuracy of renovation measures for frost damage have been improved. At the same time, the research results provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the intelligent evaluation system of tunnel frost damage in cold regions.

Understanding the current state of information and communication technology (ICT) use in teaching situations will help schools better develop students' 21st-century skills to meet the digital age's challenges and opportunities. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for colleges and universities to formulate the framework and implementation strategies of digital literacy education, by analysing the key factors that influence the digital literacy education of college students. Firstly, based on literature research and activity theory, this paper integrates and refines the influencing factors of digital literacy education of college students from five dimensions, and analyses the key factors affecting digital literacy education. Then, experts were invited to fill in the questionnaire to obtain sample data, and the interaction between the factors was analysed by using the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory method to identify the key influencing factors. The results show that university policy, cultural environment, ICT infrastructure, teaching management and evaluation system are the five key influencing factors.   Keywords: ICT, digital literacy education, university students, activity theory, DEMATEL

The healthy development of the city has received widespread attention in the world, and urban resilience is an important issue in the study of urban development. In order to better provide a useful reference for urban resilience and urban health development, this paper takes 56 cities in China as the research object, and selects 29 indicators from urban infrastructure, economy, ecology and society. The combination weight method, exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) and spatial measurement model are used to explore the spatial distribution of urban resilience and its influencing factors. From 2006 to 2017, the urban resilience of prefecture-level cities in the four provinces showed a wave-like rise. During the study period, the urban resilience values, measured as Moran’s Is, were greater than 0.3300, showing a significantly positive correlation in regard to their spatial distribution. Regarding the local spatial correlation, the urban resilience of the study area had spatial agglomeration characteristics within the province, with a significant distribution of "cold hot spots" in the spatial distribution. From the perspective of the factors that affected urban resilience, the proportion of the actual use of foreign capital in GDP and carbon emissions per 10,000 CNY of GDP had a negative impact and GDP per square kilometer, the proportion of urban pension insurance coverage, the proportion of the population with higher education, and expenditure to maintain and build cities had a positive impact. The development strategy of urban resilience must be combined with the actual situation of the region, and the rational resilience performance evaluation system and the top-level design of urban resilience improvement should be formulated to comprehensively improve urban resilience.

<p>The research article presents performance analysis of the State Bank of India Ltd and the HDFC Bank Ltd using Balanced Score Card (BSC) developed by Robert Kaplan and David Norton. It attempts an analysis to develop a deep understanding of the concept of BSC as a tool for strategy mapping and measurement of performance of a public sector bank and a private sector bank as mentioned elsewhere. BSC is a performance evaluation system not only based upon financial parameters, but also on non-financial aspects like customer indicators, internal business processes and employee learning and growth. Actual performance data from years 2009 to 2019 and business indicators of the year 2020 of the Banks are used for this purpose. The BSC model was developed to address the problems and limitations of relying only on financial measures for strategy formulation and measuring organizational performance. The study revealed that Gross NPA of SBI has increased while that of HDFC Bank has reduced during the period of study. Obviously the ROA is also better for HDFC Bank compared to that of SBI. It is inferred that HDFC Bank has garnered more net profit than SBI during the period of study. HDFC Bank has shown better performance compared to SBI according to the current study. The implication of the study is that both the banks have to visit all the areas of their business to ensure growth in financial performance, better customer service, efficient internal processes and higher learning and growth in the future years. This could ensure better profit management and risk management.</p>

Education evaluation promotes the scientific management of physical education (PE), and facilitates the realization of teaching goals of PE lessons. Through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE), this paper explores the influencing factors of teaching evaluation system for PE. A new evaluation index system (EIS) of PE was constructed through expert evaluation, the weight values of each index were determined through analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and an FCE model was established for PE. Taking a college PE teacher as the research object, the application effect of the proposed FCE model was empirically investigated. The results demonstrate the practicality and feasibility of the proposed model. The FCE model can qualify PE evaluation results comprehensively, and support the overall evaluation of a single factor. The modeling results reflect the actual teaching effect from multiple layers, and help to rationalize PE in the light of specific factors. The research provides important theoretical and realistic evidence to the promotion of PE evaluation.

ABSTRACT The current football can effectively exercise the body of college students and improve their physical health. How to use modern intelligent technology to perform quantitative research on the influencing factors of football on college students’ physical health is the current development trend. Based on this, this paper studies the influencing factors of college students’ physical health under the intervention of football. First of all, this paper puts forward an analysis model of college students’ physical health based on the sarsa algorithm. The autocorrelation function is used to simulate and process the students’ physical information. Through the maximum value of the autocorrelation function curve in the detection process, the detection signal is restored, then the error of the sarsa algorithm is analyzed. Secondly, this paper expounds the influence factors of sarsa algorithm on students’ physical health in football. Fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are used in the evaluation. Aiming at the shortcomings of AHP, the improved sarsa algorithm is used for comprehensive analysis, and an adaptive simulation evaluation system is established. Finally, the effectiveness of the sarsa algorithm in this system is verified by many football experiments.
