Economic growth is an indicator that plays an important role in determining the prosperity of a country. This study aims to analyze the effect of labour force, international trade, and inflation towards economic growth in OIC countries over the period 2007 to 2018. Panel data regression analysis approach was adopted to analyze the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the fixed effect estimation model found that all variables simultaneously had a significant effect on economic growth. Partially, labour force and internasional trade have a significant effect, while inflation has no significant effect on economic growth. The results of this study can be used as a reference and evaluation materials for policy makers. Keywords: Labour Force, International Trade, Inflation, Economic Growth, Organizations of Islamic Cooperation

Decentralization is the transfer of governmental power by the central government to autonomous regions based on the principle of autonomy. In general, the results of the analysis show that decentralization has had a positive impact on local economic growth. Global economy crisis has affect national economic growth and South Kalimantan slowdown that occurred since 2012 and continued until 2015 which only grew by 3,84%. The realization of motor vehicle tax in 2015-2019 is still fluctuating even though in certain years it has reached the target, so it is necessary to know the factors that affect the motor vehicle tax revenue. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influenced motor vehicle tax revenue in South Kalimantan Province.  The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The analysis method used in this research is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study showed the number of vehicles has a positive and significant effect while population, PDRB per capita, inflation, tax system haven’t significant effect on motor vehicle tax revenues in South Kalimantan Province. Keywords: Panel Data Regression Analysis, motor vehicle tax.

This study aims to: 1) analyze inflationary developments, road infrastructure, government spending, provincial minimum wage, and economic growth provincial in Sumatra; 2) analyze the influence of road infrastructure, government spending, provincial minimum wage, and economic growth provincial in Sumatra. This research uses a descriptive analysis method to determine the development of each research variable and quantitative methods using panel data regression approach random effect. Based on the descriptive analysis of inflationary development, road infrastructure stagnated, government spending, provincial minimum wage, and economic growth was increased every year. The regression of panel data with random effect approach variable of the provincial minimum wage has a positive and significant influence on the inflation of provincial in Sumatra. While road infrastructure, government spending, economic growth have no significant effect on provincial inflation in Sumatra. Keywords: Inflation, Government spending, Economic growth.

The high number of educated unemployment of university graduates is a significant problem in Indonesia. This study aims to find out the effect of brain drain, economic growth, and provincial minimum wage on educated unemployment of university graduates in Indonesia. In this study, we were implementing brain gain on brain drain in Indonesia. This study uses panel data regression that describes the relationship between independent variable and dependent variables. There are two models from the panel data regression method: the Chow test and Hausman Test. The regression model used is fixed-effect model. The data is secondary data collected from Statistical Central Agency (BPS) and National Agency for Placement and Protection of Indonesia Labour (BNP2TKI) in 2014-2018. The results show that brain drain and economic growth influence the educated unemployment of university graduates but the provincial minimum wage does not have a significant relationship with the educated unemployment of University graduates in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyze economic growth, income disparity and community welfare in the West Nusa Tenggara Province.     This research is a descriptive study using secondary data obtained from relevant agencies in the form of GRDP data, population, economic growth, HDI and per capita income between regencies / cities in NTB Province and data collection using the case method. With analytical procedures using Williamson index and panel data regression analysis.     The results showed that during the period of 2010-2016 the average economic growth of West Nusa Tenggara Province was 6.0%. The income disparity seen from the Williamson index in the 2010-2016 period is classified as a medium inequality criterion. The estimation results of the relationship between the variables of economic growth, income disparity and the welfare of the people of West Nusa Tenggara Province measured using HDI in 2010-2016 using panel data regression analysis with the Fixed Effect model (FEM), found that economic growth variables were positively related, but not significant to welfare society. The variable income disparity is significantly related to the welfare of the people of NTB Province.

<p>Population growth can encourage and hinder economic growth. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence gross domestic product (GDP) in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) using panel data regression. This study uses three independent variables, namely number of population, number of poor population, and investment, while the dependent variable is GDP. We use secondary data obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The results obtained from the regression analysis of the data series time panel are generalized least square (GLS), while for the cross section data panel shows the REM model is more suitable than PLS and FEM. Based on the validity test of the influence or t-test, the variable that shows significant to the economic rate which is categorized as GRDP in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta in 2011-2015 is the variable Total population and Investment which has a positive relationship.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong><strong> : </strong>economic growth rate, panel data regression, gross regional domestic product</p>

Income inequality is the difference in the ability of people to have goods or services, and more broadly, it is the problem of community welfare. Income inequality can be measured at regional, national and global level. Income inequality in Indonesia,, which representing by Gini index, is still relatively high, even though the number tends to decline. The high level of income inequality is influenced by various factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of economic growth, population and provincial minimum wage toward income inequality in Indonesia. By applying a fixed-effect of panel data regression model of the 34 provinces along 2014-2016, the study finds that economic growth and population do not affect the income inequality, while provincial minimum wage has the negative effect.

There is inequality between the economic growth of provinces in Java and outside of Java. The total area of Java  is only 6,77% from total area of Indonesia but the Growth Domestic Product (GDP) based on constant price in 2014, Java contributed 57,8% of the GDP total Indonesia. One cause that made this disparity is the development of infrastructure in outside Java is still weak. The development of infrastructure is a basic element for increasing total output production that later will increase the economic growth. However, there are so many problems that occur in developing the infrastructure in outside of Java. This study aimed to analyze the condition of infrastructure provinces outside Java in 2010-2014. The data used is the secondary data for 27 provinces outside of Java 2010-2014 from BPS. The analytical method used is panel data regression with fixed effect model and Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR) Model. Based on the results, the infrastructure that affects economic productivity significantly and positively is road infrastructure, health, and budget. Infrastructure that affects economic productivity significantly and negatively is the educational infrastructure. Water and electricity infrastructure did not significantly affect economic productivity. Keywords: Infrastructure, Economic productivity, Panel Data Regression, Fixed Effect Model

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic banking on economic growth in Indonesia and to compared it with conventional banks. In recent years, Islamic banking has increased in terms of assets. By using panel data regression, this study examines the effect of Islamic banking on economic growth. Besides that, how big is the level of elasticity to economic growth. This study uses secondary data in the form of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Islamic banking financing and credit by conventional banks. The results showed that Islamic banking and conventional banks had a positive impact on economic growth with the level of elasticity of Islamic banking still below conventional banks. So the existence of Islamic and conventional banks does not always replace, but complement each other in Indonesia.
